Zero stars. Placed an online order 24 hours ago. Order was not ready when I arrived. An employee went to.pull the order and never came back. It was clear to me there was no sense of urgency..

Great customer service! Very knowledgeable staff and prices beat Lowes across thpe street. Even if they didnt, beat Lowes prices, I would still come to this Home Depot. Thats how important customer service is to me and my family.

I have rentals and this is the first place I check out. I must be asked by each person wearing an orange apron if they can help me. (at least 4 or 5 times each visit.) Sometimes I buy 4 or 5 items because Im not sure which is preferred by my workers, I can always return what isnt needed. So much easier than running back and forth to the store. I buy appliances, tools, garden blocks and mulch and so much more. My go-to place!

So much better than Lowes right down the street. Staff could be a little bit more helpful, but great store overall.

Of all the Home Depos in the south side of town, this one is my least favorite. The service is lagging behind all the others. Lowes is just across the street and they are much more accomodating.

I always buy more than I go in for. They have everything from lawn and garden to home repairs and I always find something new.
