Oh my goodness. I am new to google reviews. It was worth the learning curve to be able to brag on Jean and Christopher! I call them my work family. I am a stager and have rented multiple units for two years. I am in and out of the lot all of the time. I can count on a drive up visit with whoever is in duty when my door is open. I highly recommend renting here.

The gentleman that called me to confirm my reservation was incredibly nice and welcoming. The unit was perfectly clean and instructions were very simple! I was a little confused trying to get back out since the keypad is on the opposite side. Now that I know where it is though, it will be a piece of cake.

Working with Chris was simple easy and even enjoyable. He was fun to talk with and he took the time to explain what all we needed to do to get everything started.

I was very happy with the Customer Service that the Littleton location provided. We rented two storage units and both of them were very clean. The site is well kept up and very clean.

Ive used CubeSmarts storage services for over 1 year and my experience has been great. My unit was presented to me clean and in great condition. The location and facility feels safe, secure, and well maintained. I dont have concerns over my safety or my belongings in the facility. The staff, Christopher in particular, has always been friendly and accommodating.

Really what more could you ask for? Friendly, helpful staff, clean units, easy access and everything is secure and dry.

Just went in and rented storage space there. Christopher could not have been friendlier or more helpful, making sure I knew exactly where the entrance was to best get to my unit, ensuring my codes worked, etc. The pride he took in the cleanliness and safety of the facility made me feel confident that I chose the right place for my stuff. This is definitely the place to go to store your things.

Jean at CubeSmart just made my day and so much more! She was extremely helpful from the start of the reservation process over the phone and made sure we had the best unit at the best monthly cost. Christopher did a fantastic job with our rental, insurance and determining the right size. He took care of our automatic payment and never stopped smiling. My grandson (6 years old) loved the little candy bars they had at the counter and had fun with Christopher the entire time.This business has it figured out but there may only be one Christopher.

I had a great experience with this location. I had to change the size and reservation dates for my move. They gave me courtesy calls and also sent an email with all the facility information that I would need. Another very professional thing that happened is that the manager called me after I had spoken to customer service about a cancellation I needed to make.In this day and time it is nice to have RESPONSIVE courteous well organized people on your side, especially during a stress move.

The manager, James Rogers, was extremely helpful. He got me two of the largest units they had only one unit apart. He explained all of the insurance, fees and monthly rent options and ensured that I got exactly what I needed. The units are very clean and very tall leaving even more room for storage than the average companys storage units.I highly recommend CubeSmart and Mr. Rogers!

I was going to shop around for storage but my first stop was here and after meeting Tommy and talking about pricing I decided there was no need to go anywhere else. He was a pleasure to work with and made sure I was charged a very competitive rate. I recommend him highly and this location.

Very nice staff. We broke our key and they had to cut the lock and get us a new one. The lady behind the desk, I think her name was Anita but I’m not 100%, was very courteous and helpful and did it very quickly.

I was immensely pleased with my experience at Cubesmart in Littleton (Broadway). The staff was friendly, accommodating and very helpful. I had a large unit which I was able to reserve and rent within a couple of days. The location is great if you’re in the Littleton area. The rates were competitive and I managed to get the first month free!A big thanks to management for allowing me to prorate a few extra days in order to accommodate moving out of town. They obviously dont rent to those from abroad. Showed them my passport and country license. Manager called district manager who said I was unable to rent a unit. CubeSmart must be a Trump supporter? Make America Great Again???

From the recommendation the CUBESMART mothership provided (based upon requirements (need), location, timeliness, etc) all the way to the price options I was very happy to have leased this location in Littleton (Store 6732). Christopher provided a short term lease (1 month for pennies, i.e. incredibly reasonable). Check in was thorough. Likewise, I was pleasantly surprised by the phone call, observing within hours my smooth vacate of the premises, proving out their situational awareness of the grounds. Lastly, the Masterlock purchased on the premises was EXACTLY like the style I was going to get down the street at ACE, saving me the trip at a competitive price. Thank you for your service.

Great customer service and location. Website prices didnt indicate mandatory monthly insurance costs.

Very poor customer service. They have added a coded door to the units, and due to security I HAVE to stop by the offices to pick up the code. I work several jobs and rarely have time, to stop on by. I have tried to get these codes via email and telephone without any luck. VERY POOR STAFF! I am unable to get access to my possessions despite paying my bill each month!

After completing the paperwork and paying initial fees, we found that our car could not fit over the curb in the storage garage. The $24 admin fee was not refunded even though they provided no storage or other service. Attempted to resolve and get refund but they refused. Very disappointing experience.
