This was the most efficient and painless storage rental of all time. Gail was so enormously helpful, friendly and knowledgeable that it was like working with an old friend. I really appreciate how theyre running their operation and couldnt have felt more comfortable with the quality and safety of the property and the storage unit itself. Ill definitely be recommending this storage location to anyone that is looking for one.

I made a few calls and spoke to Gail, who could get me in a unit without the corporate storage run around. I am new to Stor-N-Lock as of this month (4/21). I was impressed how clean the unit was when l was assigned to the unit. I like the fact that there is an alarm on each unit that needs to be turned off when l enter and is turned back on when l sign out. The alleys between the unit buildings are kept clear and clean. Very happy. Say hello to Gail & Andy when go in the office. Very nice folks.

Wonderful from start to finish. We were in need of a storage unit when we moved from AZ to CO and I contacted this facility based on the great reviews they received and was not disappointed. Gail was informative and most accommodating to us. The unit was exactly what we needed based on the description of our belongings that I gave her over the phone. They treat you like a valued customer and friend. Would highly recommend them and would use them again should the need arise in a heartbeat!

Our check in was timely and accurate and Gail was very pleasant. The facility is clean and very well kept. The unit was clean inside and easy to access. Price was less expensive than UHaul storage. All in all a very good experience and value.

Great place to keep your items safe. Used them for over 8 years, never once has there been any issue. Property is clean and the owners patrol the premises daily. Youd be a fool not to use their storage.

VERY easy to communicate with the on property managers. The process to rent my unit was quick and easy, all guidelines clarified to me in a reasonable manner. I was able to quickly drive my rental truck to my unit, easily entering my security code into the property gate access, unloading my household goods into my new unit, and leaving the property effortlessly. Also good email communication following my initial unit rental. Would strongly recommend!!!

Rented a storage unit 5/18/2019. The representative was extremely helpful, offering a complete explanation of the rules and access process. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The facility itself was clean and very secure.When I terminated the lease, again the manager was helpful. They promptly canceled my auto pay and checked me out. If I need another storage unit, I’ll definitely use them.

Excellent service. Recommended the right-sized space for our things. Was happy to repeat directions with patience. Owner walked back to our space to lock it after I had forgotten (saved us a second trip driving back from the exit). Real local business kind of feel! Also their special of free storage for our second month was a welcome surprise.

Great storage rental facility. This is my second go round using them and they are always great! Mrs. Jaramillo was very nice and courteous when I got a new storage unit. The prices are very reasonable and i got a free month to boot. If u are military or have been, they offer a nice discount as well. I definitely recommend them!

The team at this location are great. They treat you fairly, honestly, and always greet you sincerely. The place is well kept and I feel it is very secure. They dont try to push you into a bigger or more expensive unit but rather try their best to help you get the best fit for your needs.

Excellent service! I love knowing that their is people on site at all times and that my unit has an alarm. I also love that it is password protected with a gate. Well maintained facility - one of the best I have ever used. The employees in the office are always helpful and friendly. I once forgot to make my payment :-( and they were very forgiving, which Im sure they dont have to be. Highly recommend, easy to access off of Santa Fe, wide driveways for loading and unloading!

I was moving property into storage on a hot day. As Andy and Gail drove around the facility for routine checks, they would stop by those of us working to exchange a few words, ensure we had water, and provide us with more cold water. We were looking for storage units for a few weeks and went to every storage unit in and around Highlands Ranch. They were the friendliest and most accommodating out of ALL of them. They are so nice and answered every question we had and more. We have been in our unit for a few weeks now and it has been such a pleasant experience. We love the security that we have there and we know our stuff is in good hands. I would recommend them to ANYONE! Andy and Gail came to my rescue last year when I urgently needed a very large storage unit. there were none within 10 miles of their location, so they added me to their list - I thought I was going to have to use 2 units to accommodate my moms house which needed to be emptied in less than a week. Out of the blue, one of the large units came available, Andy and Gail called and did absolutely everything you can imagine to make the move in easy for me. Unit was impeccable. Grounds are superbly maintained and I have and will continue to recommend them.

The folks there were very friendly and professional. They were easy to work with too. The storage place is easy to navigate, is clean, and secure. We will be back if the need arises.

Nice and friendly managers, explained everything very professional. I went to three other locations before I chose this one. The other three tan the gambit of just plain rude to unacommidating. The others pricing is the main reason I chose this location and then when I arrived I was sold by how the managers treated me and the customer behind me.

Having on-site living of management is a plus. An added plus is how kind and helpful the staff (Andy&Gail) is. Transaction went smoothly and online was smooth also. I may be renting another one here without worry.

The storage units were always clean and fairly priced. I never saw any sign of a rodent while at the facility and had no doubt that my possessions were safe. Andy and Gail were always kind and did what they could to help us out when we needed it. Even if it meant a cool place to hide from the summers heat for a few minuets or an ice cold bottle of water.

I had used a number of storage facilities prior to meeting Gail and Andy at Stor-N-Lock. I was having a garage floor repaired and thought I would be there for a couple of months. I have been there for nine years now and Ive never had anything short of excellent service and a hassle-free experience. The property is the cleanest there is and the friendship they exhibit is truly unmatched. This is a cant go wrong storagefacility.

A great storage center with two exceptions. 1. NO light bulb socket so as to see in dark days. 2. No dumpster for customers. I have used several storage centers over the years and this is the FIRST one without the light socket or a dumpster!Otherwise the facility is clean and well secured.

Ive used this facility two years in a row, and Ive gotten great treatment, and customer service. They have great online discounts, and a lot of helpful information. A-1 place to store your stuff!!!

The experience with storage was great, we left town for a mission with our church and would be gone for a year. Andy & Gail got us into a heated unit so no worries about weather while we were gone. The storage was very clean, with alarms, cameras and managers living there. I would feel very good about recommending Stor-N-Lock Highlands Ranch.
