Amazing facilities! Phil is one of the nicest guys in the Denver area! Colby is super helpful! Once, I was moving my marble collection out of my unit and I accidently dropped them all over the floor. Marbles were literally everywhere. Without question, Colby immediately started to help me collect the marbles and return them to their enclosure. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Two weeks ago I went to Roxborough Storage to arrange to move my things out of their storage unit - things that had been there for about 5 years. And there as usual was Tahmra Copeland with her great big smile and big big laugh. She is the kind of person who, if you show up grumpy, will have you happy and laughing within minutes. Every time. She is also very very efficient. She doesnt miss a detail about what you are going to need to get your job done there - whatever it may be. Plus she keeps the place spotless. I have rented with several different storage facilities over the years and this one is by far the best.I rented a couple of units from Tamara and the crew at Roxborough Storage and I can not say enough good stuff. The facility is immaculate clean. When I finally left after 4 years, my stuff was extremely clean when we went to move it out. Hardly any dust on my items after 4 years.The one time there was an issue, Tamara was quick to find a resolution. I was extremely happy how it got resolved.I would rent from them again no questions asked. Great people and a super nice storage facility. To bad I moved so far from them, otherwise I would still be renting a unit with them.Do yourself a favor and rent a unit here!

Great place for mail delivery! Whereas my husband and I have not had a need for a storage facility, we do use this place for mail and package delivery. Tahmra is an absolute angel and has become a friend over the past three years we have been patronizing this facility. The staff is always friendly and honest. I had a storage unit for over 4 years. When I came to move my furniture out, there was very little dust present. Everything was in good condition. The facility was IMMACULATE. They must clean regularly because you can see no evidence of people moving in and out (debris, etc). Tahmra was an absolute pleasure to work with and was extremely helpful.

OMgoodness, I love this place. The service is amazing. The attendant created a business environment akin to a warm trusting handshake enterprise even as a signed all appropriate paperwork. You might be tired of my little love song here but one last thing: it is everything you could need or want plus the amazing service. I wish my memory wasnt as holey as swiss cheese and I could remember the attendants name. She made the entire experience awesome.

Roxborough Storage is everything we expected in a quality storage facility. Its clean, easily accessible and most importantly it is superbly managed.When we first visited, the on-site manager was there to give us a tour and show us the various available units. When we delivered our first items and had an issue with access, she was there to work that out for us. A couple weeks later our son and his family were evacuated from their neighborhood by the Waldo Fire.We arrived at Roxborough Storage late in the evening with some of their boxes, and there was our now familiar manager with an empathetic word and cookies for the kids.Thanks for making a difficult time a little easier to manage.

I cant recommend Roxborough Storage enough! From before I even arrived, the service was stellar -- I got a phone call in the morning that the manager had already set aside two units that would fit my needs. The paperwork was mostly done by the time I arrived, and she could not have been more helpful in terms of walking me through some best practices dealing with the logistics of moving my stuff in. She was always thinking two or three steps ahead of me in terms of what I might need, and the complimentary refreshments were very much appreciated on a hot day moving heavy items! This is honestly the best experience I have ever had with renting a storage unit, and a five-star rating isnt close to being enough. One hundred stars!

When we needed storage, the first place that we looked at was Roxborough Storage on Rampart Range Road. If you live near Waterton Canyon, its very conveniently located.It was easy to find since it is just a few blocks south of the Safeway. It is on the west side of the road, which makes it very easy to get in and out of, which is a blessing for people with large trucks (which is most everyone that needs storage).When we pulled in, we noticed that the entire place was neat and orderly. The security gates were working and cameras covered the entrances and exits. Our impression was that the management had put in the effort to make the storage units safe and secure.We met the manager and she explained the available options to us. She was very friendly and extremely patient with all of our questions. She helped us to determine the right size of unit for our needs and gave us a quick tour of the facility.The rates for the units were very reasonable and comparable to units in the Littleton area. I think that we actually saved since were not paying gas for the extra miles to those other places. Were also saving time on each trip, too, so Roxborough Storage has actually been a bargain for us.We would recommend Roxborough Storage.

Had a VERY tight timeline to find a storage space for my husbands truck, tight meaning last minute on a SUNDAY. We called tons of places and they were either full or closed or just plain unhelpful. I found roxborough storage and told my husband to give them a call, I could tell as soon as they answered the phone that he was at ease. Tahmra was so helpful and just magically knew most of the answers to his questions before he asked them. Once we got there, everything was ready, bought a lock, and got the stuff put in the unit. Left with two mountain dews and two cookies. Cannot ask for a better experience, TOP NOTCH.
