I was very pleased with Blinds to Go. We did our own measuring and I received a phone call reviewing everything with me beforehand so I could be certain the measurements were accurate. The blinds turned out beautifully. We had a minor problem with the valences which was corrected with no delay. Would highly recommend Blinds to Go!
Thank you for reaching out. This has been, by far a horrific experience thus far. To begin with I waited 3 months before blinds ( motorized) were received. Approximate 5 months later, I started to have problems with one of the blinds. The customer service dept was extremely unhelpful in problems solving the issue, which i am still dealing with. A service person was eventually sent to the house to troubleshoot. He could not resolve the matter and said he had to send it back to the factory. I followed up with the store about 3 weeks later to get an update. My blind was sitting in the store with the rep stating that they were not aware of the issue so it was not sent out...smh..ugh. It was eventually sent out & reportedly returned and fixed. I picked it up and when I got home and opened the box, there was the blind, but no motor...followed up again, and waited some more. I was notified the motor was in-stote. I picked it up and inquired about the functionality, as the initial installer programmed our 3 blinds on one remote. The store agent printed out a 21 page instruction manual and handed it to me...for the price of these motorized blinds to not function as expected, and for the customer service to be so inefficient is maddening. I do not recommend doing business with them. I wish I had not.
So disappointing. My GC directed me to Blinds To Go. The representative came to my home took the order and rarely was heard from afterwards. She was unresponsive through the entire process. Staff mis-measured multiple times, product had to be ordered multiple times, blinds were damaged and installer told me that’s how they are supposed be. Poor quality. One valance is still not right. But they have my money and I got the email to write a review which indicates they will remain unresponsive to correct issue as have already paid.I received an automated reply from ‘the owner’ about my experience. There is no contact information to respond and submit my order number for follow up. Not surprising for a company that provides no customer service follow up. Thousands of dollars and o er many months of inquiry, cannot get management to call me back. Shameful.

I can’t say enough good things about how well my experience with Blinds to Go has been. Tonya from the Livingston location was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when helping me pick out my blinds. Once I ordered them, Blinds to Go kept me up to date every step of the way so I knew exactly where my blinds were in the process. My blinds got installed today and they look great! Every single person I interacted with - Tonya, the guy who measured my windows and the guy who installed my blinds - were wonderful. If you’re thinking about getting blinds, I highly recommend Blinds to Go! There’s no one better!!
After 1 day, shade malfunctioned. I now have to wait 10 days for someone to look at it.
The worst experience ever, I am so angry and disappointed about this company.I ordered 4 shades on August 29th. On October 1st, I asked about my order status and installation date, they told me the shades were scheduled to be in store the week of 10/10/2021 and no information about the installation, so I waited. Today (10/18/2021) I still had no news about my order and I had to contact the store once again, by the end of the day today I received a call where the person simply told me they don’t have the fabric which I chose ALMOST TWO MONTHS AGO.The more frustrating part is that they are not even honest and transparent about anything. How do they keep a customer waiting for so long and said my order was scheduled to be delivered to the store, and after that, all suddenly they don’t have the materials… UNACCEPTABLE, UNRELIABLE AND DEFINITELY UNRESPONSIBLE!![10/19 - Update after the response from the owner]Sure, and I will keep tracking the responses here so other customers can see if this is just a pattern response to the reviews. Installers were prompt (even called to see if they could come earlier). They even packaged the garbage so it was ready to be tossed out. Blinds were installed with no hitches and they look great. Very good service.
The salesperson was very kind and knowledgeable but the experience beyond that has been a huge disappointment. We had custom blinds installed which fell apart immediately. We then asked for them to be replaced and kept on getting sent between corporate and the store. A few weeks later the installer said he would show up on a Monday and no-showed. He then said he would show up the following day on a Tuesday and no-showed again. The store claimed that somebody would show up on Friday. The installer showed up today (Thursday).The installer showed us the new valence which had the same issue as the first one! The glue is clearly peeling off and we expect this one to fall apart immediately as well. Dont waste your money here... The service is a joke and the quality is poor. The price is also incredibly high and they will waste your time.
Ordered blinds in January. Asked if they could escalate because I had a fire and needed to have blinds ASAP. They said they would do what they could. I’d say that a 5/26 install wasn’t much of an escalation. Then received several text/phone calls to arrange installation. Last text had installation for Saturday 5/29. They showed up afternoon of 5/26. Luckily we were able to accommodate the installation. But come on, they couldn’t even get the install date right. Still need valances replaced and installed on two blinds that were defective. This was a whole house blind order. Price was reasonable, Actual install by Phil was good and professional. Customer service was horrible.
Every part of the process has taken longer than it should have. We ordered on the 10-March-21 and the initial install did not take place until 8-June-21. I write initial because the vertical blinds (for our sliding glass door) could not be installed, the order was incomplete. I have been calling the store to get an update, no one seems to know anything about my issue.I finally get an install date for the missing parts, 3 months after the initial install date. The entire process has taken 6 months. I would not do this again.
Measuring and install were great!When ordered half of the blinds were forgotten to be ordered, it was difficult to get in touch with the store, when I finally did get in touch they told me they would call back to resolve and never did so I had to go into the store in person.When in the store the woman still seemed confused about the issue and advised me that they can only reach their finance department by email and they cannot be called!?!?I made it very clear that I wanted to be copied on all emails back and forth with finance, that never happens either. Was told I would receive a call to follow up, never happened.Finally got the other half of the blinds ordered and when they came in I went back to the store for the third time and dealt with a much nicer woman who was able to get everything sorted out and scheduled within minutes.The product is great! The customer service not so much.

I placed an order with Blinds to Go on June 30. They came to measure on July 8th. They said it would take 2-3 weeks to come in. A month later, I didn’t hear so I tried calling and you can’t get through to the store in Livingston. The phone system kept disconnecting me, so I finally called the 800 number who tells me that my order was canceled. They tried calling the livingston store and they couldn’t get through either. So I sent them an email. They replied saying the only way an order gets canceled is if the consumer cancels it. Well I told them that I didn’t cancel it and there had to be some other way. It turns out that the Blinds to Go people canceled my order to give me the BOGO discount, but never put the order back in the system! Then they said I had to go back in the store to resubmit the order since the entire thing was deleted from the system. I should have just gone somewhere else, but decided to give it one more chance. I went to the store and gave them my paperwork that I saved and resubmitted my order. They said it would be a week and a half to two weeks. The good thing was it took about a week and a half, however when I got the text that the order came in and to call the store to set up an install appointment, again, I couldn’t get through to the store! Their phone system won’t connect their customers to a representative! So, again, I had fo send an email. Someone called me back a few hours later to schedule the appointment. When I mentioned something about their phone system, they just told me that it’s working and they don’t know why I’m having problems. It was just too much to deal with. Not a good experience at all.
I placed my order in early January and it’s May and I’m still waiting on a few blinds. The installer had to come back 3 times. Also the prices seem to be high based on the quality. I’ve ordered from you about 11 years ago and the quality seems much better and the price is more fair. I guess inflation is really taking hold. My order# is 284552
After waiting 6 weeks for shutters to come in, the installer couldn’t hang them because the wrong molding was delivered with it.
Briyanah was very helpful when we were shopping for blinds. She didnt rush explained everything we needed to know about the blinds.I would definitely go back to purchase again when I do my other two rooms. The most unprofessional and unreliable company I have ever worked with.I placed my order in November 2020 and I still don’t have my blinds. All of them were defects, I dropped them off to be fixed a month ago and no update on ETA until today. After 4 months of waiting since I placed the order only to learn that they will all be recalled because their product cannot be fixed. Now I won’t have any blinds at my house for who knows how long.Really don’t think running business like this will last long. Hope there aren’t any more victims like me in the future. Order your blinds elsewhere where consumer’s expectation matters.

Overpriced, poor quality, and even worse customer service.Very disappointing experience not to mention, were still waiting for lift handles for the eight cellular shades we purchased back in September. The entire process was painful at best. After paying our initial deposit to start the process, it took multiple trips to the actual store since no one would answer the phone or respond to email inquiries to schedule an appointment for someone to measure and discuss the specific type of shades we wanted. When we were finally able to get someone out, it took well over two months to get the shades delivered. The installation went well once they arrived but the quality isnt very good as theyre already starting to slope on certain sides and are not even. I would recommend looking elsewhere and there are many other companies that offer better quality products at a lower price and deliver in a fraction of the time. We learned the hard way!UPDATE: I still havent heard from anyone at Blinds to Go! Not surprised.

Stopped at the Blinds to Go to see about a repair and was very pleased with the service and conscientious employees in the store. First the two ladies greeted me. Both wore ppe face coverings which is huge during this pandemic. They asked my son and I to hand sanitize and then assisted me. Yani answered all my questions professionally and quickly. My blind cover was cracked while my kids were playing. She took it and repaired it. I was extremely pleased and happy I stopped by the Livingston Blinds to Go. I’ll be back for the next blind project.
Today I had blinds from “Blinds to Go” installed in my home and I’m extremely pleased with the work. Gary, the installer, is an expert at his craft. Not everyone can properly install blinds. Prior to starting, he measured and assessed my windows and explained how he is going about it. He just didn’t jump into it. I like that! I came back 90 minutes later and the dining room and kitchen windows done perfectly. I can’t wait to see the rest of the house! Go with blinds from Blinds to Go and make sure Gary is installing them!

Terrible customer service. Blinds took a long time to produce, they did not install what they promised, and color was wrong. And they never answer the phone or return calls even after repeated messages. I would not use blinds to go again and will tell everyone about my terrible experience
When I received 25 blind, 20% (5 blinds) need to fixed for mechanism.It takes @2 month to come back from repair place. I bought this from blinds to go representative/agent. Delay on email reply and never answer of detail I ask.Not happy with blinds to go service and process. Material is fine

I purchased black out cellular shades for my house, it was an easy experience, my blinds came in 2 weeks and we had them installed, very professional and pleasant, I would highly recommend.
Our blinds took 6 months to deliver. When the blinds were finally installed, there were defects. Defective blinds were scheduled to be fixed and installed in two weeks. The installer was not given all of the blinds that need to be reinstalled so now we have to reschedule again. Horrible quality control and customer service.

A bit misleading. Blinds to go are not ready to go. All blinds are custom ordered. To order quality blinds, takes 3 to 12 weeks. Not a place for a quick pick up and go.
I took a shade back that was not working, it was repaired in two days everyone at the store were very professional and enjoyable to work with.
Our whole experience at Blinds To Go was excellent. The salespeople in the store were very helpful and patient. The installer arrived exactly on time and installed 25 blinds in under 3 hours. They all look absolutely beautiful!
Ive visited this location in the past several times. Ive never felt like customer service was important to the people who worked there, no one ever really helped me at all. So I didnt spend my money here. But I decided to try again today and Im glad I did. My salesperson Yonni was extremely patient and helpful, and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. She is the reason I decided to actually make the purchase for 2 windows in a guest room today. I may even come back when I redesign other rooms. Thank you again.

Service is horrible. Ive been trying for 6 months to get my motor blinds repaired and I keep getting the run around. Even the service repair men are horrible.
Waiting for it to get better! Three blinds installed were broken. Still waiting for replacements and call back from installer. Constantly chasing down rep and installer to help finish the project. So far, not impressed and will never choose BTG again!
Excellent and efficient installation
The quality of the blinds we received was a absolutely garbage. For the price we paid I am highly disappointed. We had excessive amounts of glue, tears and strings hanging off of all of the blinds. Also the strings to lift the blinds doesn’t match the blind . Totally not worth the money. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Very disappointed with the service from Blinds to Go. We reordered blinds that we’d previously ordered from the store. When the blinds finally came in, they were four inches too short. I’ve called the store twice and have not heard back from anyone. Buyer beware.

The individual that came over to measure the size of the blinds led me to believe that the windows and door blinds would be similar in terms of placement. However upon installation, the window and door blinds were at a different placement. We are unhappy with our purchase from Blinds To Go, since aesthetically it does not meet our expectations. We would like to discuss additionally with Blinds To Go to reach some sort of resolution.

First Shade (of four) started becoming detached within weeks of receipt...returned. After receiving what I now believe to be a shade that was fixed and not replaced...A second shade was returned and replaced...Within days of receiving the second replacement...First shade again began detaching. Asked BTG if I could choose different style but was denied...Asked BTG if I could return for refund but was denied. Asked BTG to make replacement shade and allow me to exchange upon pickup but was denied...Where is the integrity and personal service that BTG claims to have?....UPDATE 1 Year later...Third shade is now detaching in same fashion...will have to go back to have repaired.

The string on our blind broke and I took it to the store to be repaired. The next business day I got a call saying that it is ready. There was no charge as I was told all blinds from the store are guaranteed for life. It was a good experience overall.
