We didnt have a great experience. They miscalculated and gave us the wrong amount. Didnt seem to care. Then gave us broken pieces which they tried to hide to make up the difference. Our business will go elsewhere in the future

Great selection and service. Cost more than the big box stores but the quality and service is worth it.

The quality of tile is good. But if you are not an experiemced buyer， the staff is not that helpful. They can not give you an right number you should buy. I end up to backorder several kinds of tiles which drive me crazy. And staff there trick you to buy more and promise that you can return single tile. But the truth is they will refuse if you take back seperated tiles.
