I had a very smooth time changing to a newer phone as well as a smart watch that Im just waiting to be delivered. All in all. Savannah made everything work for the best for me.

Savannah Ojeda was the greatest part of the experience. It took a good while but she persisted with diligence and focus the entire time. She exhausted all resources before getting help from a service agent on the phone. She was kind and patient, she was friendly and disarming, but all the time trying to resolve the issue. She repeated steps multiple times and worked together with the agent to trouble the issue which ultimate turned out to be in the financial department. Savannah’s hustle and attitude are the only thing that made that experience ok since my service had been out for nearly 6 hours after paying to restore them. Thanks Savannah. Verizon please do better

Working with MJ, one of the managers, showing his knowledge and expertise in resolving my concerns, was service beyond my expectation. I would definitely recommend this store. Also, having the opportunity to work with Jennifer and Alysia was just as amazing, theyre all very patient, knowledgeable and work with such expertise to bring resolutions to questions or concerns. I went by this location to get help concerning a claim for my phone.. Savanna was very helpful and kind in providing great customer service she actually called and stayed on the phone with our insurance company until everything was completed plus would multi task in helping other people at same time. Came to this location, I greet the lady there with glasses. I told her I would like to deactivate 1 line out of my 4 lines I have there. 0 customers she was there just wondering on the computer and her cellphone. The only answer she gave me is call 611 and they will help you with that. I told her is there a way you can help, she said no you have to go through them really. She is getting paid to do nothing. I will not reccomend her for customer service

I came in here, and was welcomed by Alysia, who was so friendly. I was originally with AT&T, but they had the WORST customer service! I came to Verizon to discuss my options, and Alysia was not only very knowledgeable and helped me, but she was very nice and I really appreciate that. I wish there were more workers like her.
I would recommend driving to another Verizon store. This is just a retailer, not a corporate store. We had a bad experience today trying to replace a broken phone. Ended up going to a San Marcos location and they took care of us with no problems.

I rated the store at three, and I would’ve rated it a five because of the exceptional customer service that I received by Alysia. However, the store was so hot - I felt like I was gonna pass out. It was at least 90°, and you guys need to get that fixed as soon as possible, because it is not fair to the customers or the employees.

He was dealing with a very rude customer with a smile on his face while doing my activation. So much zen. Definitely will be coming back to this store to work with MJ. So very kind and helpful.
I came into the Verizon store desperately needing a new phone! Admittedly I half expected to walk out considering a carrier switch having previous unpleasant experiences in Verizon stores. Selina and Steven greeted me as I walked in. They were both very helpful and very polite and very friendly answering any & all my questions to my satisfaction. They both displayed outstanding customer service for a pleasant experience. Plus I love my new phone!
I came in here because I had a seemingly impossible problem with my phone, but then I came in to the store and Alysia helped me. She was absolutely fantastic, and did whatever it took to help me, even when we had to wait on customer service. I am definitely coming back here for all my Verizon needs.

I want to start with how impressed I am with the customer service here. Last Friday, I came into the store with loads of issues with my parents. The rep who helped us was Geoffen. We were greeted instantly at the door and treated with such hospitality. Im sure our questions were irritating and annoying, but the mood of the store remained highly positive. Not only did he resolve our problems, but he even gave us a courtesy call to make sure we were still doing great. Nowhere Ive ever been has shown so much care for their customers. I applaud this company. Thank you for the spectacular customer service! I will be definitely recommending friends and family to this place.

The store was so helpful. I went to Walmart to print a picture from my phone and the associate downloaded an app..can you believe that it erased all my pictures! I went to Verizon corporate, geek squad 😬, and you break we fix store and they could not do anything. I went to the Verizon Cellular sales store and spoke to Selina & Stephen and they helped me recover all my pictures. They are the best!

Bait and switch. Tried to sell me a 125.00 phone for 180.00. Did not even know about their double data program and what plan it worked on. Dishonest. In addirion verizon phone to call when activating refuses to give you an agent and instead hangs up on you. Unfriendly, Despicable, Antagonistic company and policies.

I came in to get some assistance and Rachel helped me set up my warranty claim. I love this store because of the friendly staff and great customer service-
Alysia was kind and helpful but, my original experience at this place was so shady (I dealt with a different individual). This store is NOT owned by Verizon. They are considered an authorized retailer which means that they write their own rules and costs.First, I paid my bill here in cash and they charged me a fee and I had to go back for a receipt. Go to the corporate San Marcos location to pay your bill without a fee.Second, they charge a 56$ activation fee for a second device while the actual corporate stores charge 30-40$ depending on your plan. They also charged my boyfriend 50$ to activate his personally owned ipad.Lets not forget that they had a free iPad promo. The iPad they gave away was an iPad Air which no longer exists anymore. They hand out refurbished devices in bubble wrap. They tell you that they take them out of the box so, thats why it comes without an owners manual or a clear screen protector you peel off before use. This device is probably worth 50$. They also charge a 75$ restocking fee but, its 35$ at a corporate store. Also. While youre at the corporate store instead of this place, they will be honest with what youre signing up for and will tell you what your bill is. When I asked the lockhart location what my estimated bill would be, the first answer was that she wouldnt know until the next cycle and then the next answer was 160$. The corporate store got me figured on a plan for 120$ and thats even including a brand new iPad and an upgrade to unlimited data on top of my original plan.This retailer is a scam. Do not go here! Take the extra 15 min to go to San Marcos.
SCAM ALERT. Pleasant staff- They sold me 2 “FREE” iPads with 2 year contracts. When I got home, I noticed they weren’t in retail Apple boxes but in bubble wrap only. 🤔 Curious, I looked up the serial numbers and these were iPad AIR models (Discontinued 2016) and the 2 I got were all scratched up and obviously used. When I called Apple, they were also NOT UNDER WARRANTY. SO, I returned to the store to find out they want me to pay a $75 RESTOCKING FEE for each iPad ($150). The manager told me they’d taken these out of the boxes. Obviously LIE, since new-in-box iPad AIRS from 2016 don’t exist and the agent who sold them to me said they receive them in bubble wrap since they order them in “bulk”. These guys are taking advantage of the Lockhart community with their “FREE IPAD” sign on 183 but BEWARE of this obvious consumer trap. 🙏 This store is owned by a company called WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS, not Verizon.

Wow! Just wow! Yesterday I was on the phone with customer service and technical support for 3 hours. This morning I went into the Lockhart Verizon and met with the young man Geoffen. I was locked out of my phone with disabled issues and I kid you not he fixed it within seconds. Not only that, but afterwards the young man took the time to revise my bill to try and save me every penny possible. He ended up saving me over $20. I applaud you and this specific Verizon for meeting my needs and beyond. Outstanding work!

Hideous customer service. Salesman is rude and incompetent. I wouldnt want my worst enemy to go to this place--and I HAVE Verizon wireless, have had it for many years in fact. Ive never met anyone so rude anywhere else in Lockhart. Its a great community except for this store.
