This office really needs help in efficiency.They Open Late and Close early ( when most people are at work) so most of us need to come at lunch. Which means customers want to be serviced quickly and efficiently. I went in to get a paper notarized on my lunch break. There was a total of 3 people total in the waiting area. I asked how long the wait would be ( there were 5 employees in the main hub only one was this a customer) I was told I had 2 people in front of me and they all notarize so not long. During my wait I observed many people walking in and every time they asked a question it took 3 employees to help them, Instead of 5 employees helping 5 clients you have 3 employees helping 1 client on a questions about car tags, chiming in on their personal experiences and then moving off topic to personal conversations. Not only that but I walked up and asked how much longer only to be told soon. I then observed staff having conversations with customers that had nothing to do with services... like Buddy Hollies plane going down and what that did to the history of music. I walked out after 1 hour of waiting. I noticed a lot of employees in the cubicles just sitting instead of helping out. In the hour I was there only 1 person in front of me was called up. Honestly with grocery stores now doing DMV services, and booking trips online, and most car places and insurances now offer road side assistance I may just need to cancel my membership.

Came in for my dmv tags. It was the quickest dmv service ever, even with 2 ppl ahead of me. Always professionals and quick.

This AAA was a lot faster than one in Orange County I went to. 10 minutes to get the car transferred to my name. 10/10 recommend

Happy AAA open on Saturdays. Although limited hours had me worried about finishing my business since there was along wait period (over 1 hour). From past experience, its still better than going to DMV.

Roadside service is excellent. Drivers are pleasant and know how to properly tow your vehicle to ensure it is safely moved. Thank you!

For anyone that doesnt know, AAA is an amazing place. Its what the DMV should be - they can take care of all of your car/government related issues immediately, quickly, and professionally. I updated my address, got new tags, and new registration stickers, all in less time than it would have taken me to find the right form at a DMV!Cant recommend it enough.

The Los Alamitos office is great! Sorted out the mess that the CORPORATE iddiots made! Magnolia is very kinda,professional & helped alot..I will be going here for now on when in the area.

Overall it was a pleasant experience, had to wait a little bit, was kind of busy.

The lady that helped us was beyond helpful. She explained everything perfectly. AAA is really worth having down to every penny. It gives you a peace of mind. I have been a member 44 years. My Mom had AAA too. I followed her example.

Great place to renew tags and other DMV related stuff...that youve to pay a fee. But remember, that they only accept cash and you must be a member of AAA. OVERALL AAA ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE IS A GREAT SERVICE TO HAVE...BECAUSE you never know when you are gonna need a tow or something else

Friendly staffs and great service! Great options for members to skip the DMV for services.

Staff tries to get people out as soon as possible before they start complaining. Wait times are reasonable (5 to 20 minutes) depending on what you need. Some staff are happy and upbeat while others are not. However, everyone appears to be friendly and helpful considering the amount and type of people they need to deal with on a daily basis. At least its better than going to the DMV.

AAA service back in the swing of things from the covid-19 shut down. Its nice to have them open to get DMV handled again. Very happy for that.

This place is not huge, but they are super efficient and friendly. I am in and out of there very quickly and it is freeway close, which make it fast to get my registration paid and get back during a lunch break. It has always been a minimal line when I go by there during the week.

Usually theyre good people but lately Ive been having little technical issues like theyre not being as nice as they could be

I needed to get an auto title transferred to me from an estate sale. The lady at the counter knew exactly what to do and kept us on track. And she was cheerful all through the process. She even had a screwdriver to lend me so I could swap out the license plates!

Wow! They just did an excellent job at the AAA on Katella in Los Alamitos. They were on the ball and the line outside moved right along. I received my trip tik in quick order and they were so helpful A+

I called the first time and spoke to somebody regarding I have a dog and Im trying to see if my insurance covers are and then she said that she had to transfer me to someone else and when the other person was transferred its the same thing the woman is at the home and the second person help me out I was on there for about 40-50 minutes but the first person should have helped me as well and she didnt she just passed the book so thats not right and its the place thats right next to where I live off of Los Alamitos and Seal Beach and thats who I called first but she was at home and she said she couldnt help me and she transferred it when the other person was at home and she did exactly what I needed help with so its kind of sad how people pass the buck

Expect to wait outside in line for a while, but under the circumstances they are pretty efficient. If you can go during the week, its not as long of a wait.

Not sure if the peronnel are not efficient / experienced or need additional. Came yesterday during my lunch and was not called over an hour. Today checking in and was advice it will take about 35 min. So far 35 min passes and has not called/serviced a motor vehicle registration person. Better going else where its worth the drive.)
