Got a new part for my tie rod end done here. No problem with the part and installation looked good. The problem was that they didn’t do an alignment for my car which was noticeable right away. I didn’t ask if they aligned my car before I left because I expected it was just part of the process when you change or replace part of the tie rod end. I drove back and asked if they had done an alignment and said they didn’t. They ended up sending me to a tire shop down the street. And like I expected the alignment was off...

Wonderful experience. I had a car accident and thought my car was done. My car is now fixed and back on the road it’s as if by magic. Reasonable rates. Conveniently located. Amazing customer service. Was tired of being overcharged at the dealership so we took our Audi Allroad over to Paul & his team. I have no complaints about any part of the process. They did a timely & thorough job! Not too mention Paul called around to other competitors and matched their current specials. They give your car a complete diagnosis and then let you know what needs to be done according to the immediacy of it. Love that! Will be taking my husbands Toyota 4 Runner in tonight with their after-hours drop box for some maintenance work. Kerri took all my information down and already has the paperwork waiting! I found ICS because of BG Products but NEVER have I been so happy to find a reputable and friendly honest mechanic. Im tired (as I am sure YOU are as well) of shady, dishonest people always trying to up-sell you the latest service. Tony is fair and will only do what is necessary for your car at the time. His concern is more about you and your being able to drive your car safely than in making a buck. He treats your car like it his!
