There was a service person ready for me standing by my car before I could even open my door, He took my info quickly and accurately and offered suggestions based on his own experience. The service was done very fast, they even vacuumed the floor mats when they saw they needed it. A wonderful experience!

Awesome experience. They checked the transmission fluid and found that it hadnt been changed like it was supposed to be (from another business) and quickly informed me. Did oil change and transmission flush within 25 mins. Even told me to come back in 1 week to do another flush free of charge.

The staff are absolutely lovely. I am incredibly comfortable with them and trust them to help me make the right decisions for my vehicle. I have NEVER been pressured to spend more or recommended unnecessary maintenance. I love this grease monkey.

I have never gone to Grease Monkey before but had a half day at work and decided to stop by. Service was quick and easy. I had brought my dog with me and sat outside waiting. One of the workers came up to me and let me know they were pet friendly and my dog and I could come inside to wait. That was so nice considering it was 90 plus degrees out. My dog appreciated the cool floor inside. I will definitely be back for an oil change again! Thank you guys!

Friendly, efficient and today, no waiting. My only gripe was that the waiting room smelled very strongly of petroleum and fumes. The gentleman who checked me out said that others hadnt commented on that . . . . .surprising.

The guys worked together very well and completed my services quickly...they did NOT try to pressure me into buying anything that I didn’t need (unlike some of the other oil change places in town). I dropped my car off for just an oil change and they did above and beyond of what I could have asked for. They were amazing and checked my transmission which was way over due for service and my power steering. They looked at my car from top to bottom and they did all the services within a hour. Very courteous and helpful staff, going beyond the usual to assist. I called on a Saturday afternoon and explained the problems. He explained what they could do and what it could be they couldnt do. Then he asked me to come in early Monday morning and we could go over everything. When I pulled up he knew exactly who I was from my call and they helped right away, with detailed questions and very matter of fact answers. The work itself was done efficiently, and only took an hour where other shops had quoted me four hours.

I went in for an oil change. The whole staff was friendly and welcoming and friendly. Without a appointment they got me in immediately. After changing my oil, they checked out everything topping what fluids needed it, and checked all my filters. Afterwords they let me know some things needed replaced shared why and how much. It wasn’t expensive and they took good care of my car. Will be coming back!

Everything was good besides the bathroom there was no soap to wash your hands or anything to dry them. We’re in a time we’re people need to constantly wash there hands hence the COVID-19 pandemic

They are always cordial and very efficient at Grease Monkey. The price for an oil change is a bit on the high side, however. Other than that, I am always pleased with their service.

The guys were great and did the work quickly. I did have a slight issue because I paid for the Mobile One Synthetic and they didnt tell me but they didnt have any and gave me the lower grade synthetic but charged me for the Mobile One. I didnt even notice until I went back with my other vehicle to do the same and after a brief discussion, I figured out they didnt use the correct oil. They refunded me the difference to fix the error but it was still disappointing that if I didnt figure it out they would have never fixed it.

Greeted me almost immediately.Had the car in the bay within a few minutes.Came out to tell me the air filters did not need replacing and that coolant levels/condition were OK. Although there were other customers, I drove away in less than 35 minutes. Beautiful experience.

The staff was very friendly and the work they did was good. I live in the Denver metro area and was just in town for the weekend. I am used to fast, convenient service, where I am in and out in 20 minutes or less. In Loveland, I was there an hour which seemed much longer than I am used to.

Came in on lunch for an oil change and hot the job done in 10 min. Fast service and they have a great team. Will come back forsure if any my car needs some care.

The 2 older men immediately knew what was wrong with my electrical system and battery. My part was ordered, delivered and installed in less than 30min. I felt very lucky to have gone to this particular grease monkey. They were knowledgeable on how to resolve the problem that has stumped even the dealership.

All employees I encountered were courteous and professional. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. No high pressure sales pitches. They provided me with information about my vehicle but didn’t pressure me into anything. Plan to return again for future services. Facility was clean and following all COVID guidelines. This was probably the best Grease monkey I’ve been to, everyone was friendly and got the job done. The only thing that took forever was the third party approval process. But I’ll be bringing my personal car by to this location.

I normally dont complain. I took my car in twice, both times requesting a brake fluid flush, and both times I was given a laundry list of excuses on why they couldnt/ wont. Grease Monkey should probably remove the brake service tab on the website. So people dont show up needing help only to be denied service.

The service was good, the tech did not acknowledge there was a suction filter inside of my transmission casing that also needed to be replaced come to find out.

I got an oil change, which went well. Howe, when I was driving home, I heard a terrible racket while driving at 45! I got out to check it. It happened to be shield or cover that protects the oil pan dragging on the street. I drove back. They straightened it out and put it back on. With that I do not think I’ll return. Plus, because I had to go back, I was almost late to pick someone up at DIA.

I came to grease monkey for a coolant flush. I was concerned about a few other issues which I explained to the service techs and Rico the manager. They were so so helpful in guiding me as well as taking the time to show me the issues. The coolant flush went well and put my mind at ease as I set off on my long haul to the west coast. Cant thank Rico and his team enough for assisting me in getting to my destination. I highly recommend them if youre looking for a place that makes you feel like a priority and taken care of. They are also super quick and efficient so I was able to hit the road in no time!
