We stopped by here for a quick oil change. The staff was friendly and the service was done quickly. They have a nice little seating area to wait. The bathroom was clean too! (That’s a big plus) The prices were about on par with every other place in the area too! We will be back.

After my oil change my 2019 Nissan started leaking oil profusely. Ruined my driveway, was almost out of oil when I checked everything out. The new oil filter was barely on there and was actively dripping oil. I tightened it myself, added some oil, and the next day brought it into the business with my invoice. They let me know there was nothing they would do, didn’t acknowledge the issue since I had adjusted the filter the night prior. Never coming back here again, shouldn’t have to fix their work

This is my favorite jiffy lube place. I rather come here than the ones in fort Collins. Employees are always nice and helpful.

Ive been coming here for a few years now for a few different vehicles and they are always friendly and I love the things they do including vacuuming and filling all the fluids. Fairly priced. They offer water and coffee in the waiting room.

Used old oil.didnt refill the anything.an,d when I complained they laughed and hung up.also did something to my brakes.now I have no right break

Went in on a Sunday and one customer ahead of me. Was attended to promptly and explained what further maintenance was needed and what was done. Was there approximately 30 minutes. Great service!

Almost always everything is great here.. I have been going there for about 3 years and they have always had friendly service, fast and only 1 x they didnt shut my hood all the way. But things happen. Overall would reccomend to family and friends

I got an oil change & I had a couple bags of items I had just purchased in the front passenger seat. When I returned to the car after the oil change, all my bags had been dumped into the floorboard including dumping out a white blanket out of the bag onto the floor where it got dirty. I immediately went inside and complained. The guy at the desk asked if I wanted him to do anything? I said yes! He said he would have the manager call me, which never happened.

Employees are very nice, dont go there for lottery stuff though. Most of the staff dont know how to cash out tickets and machine is often down or not stocked.

Had my oil changed 8/3. The next day started noticing oil on my driveway. About a week later oil was dripping out from under the car. My husband checked under the car and the oil filter was loose almost to the point of off.

No matter what the other reviews say, I am 100% satisfied with my experience.Although it did not start out too good, they more than made up for it. At my last service (at this location) someone stripped out the oil plug bolt. It was discovered on this service when they could not remove the plug. This all happened on Super Bowl Sunday. The next day, we received a call from the owner, who sent someone to my house (20 miles away) to pick up my vehicle, then took it to a machine shop to get the plug drilled out and replaced. Had the vehicle delivered back to my house (in just a couple hours), completely free of charge to me, and even gave me this oil change at no charge. Glad to see a company stand up and take care of their mistakes. I will be coming back!!!

Never again im not from colorado but i was visiting my sister for thanksgiving they were friendly and everything but they do a very sloppy job!! they put the oil filter wrong and was dripping oil!! mind you i live in texas 18hr 1/2 away from loveland colorado!!! after noticing small spots of oil in my driveway i told my husband to check it and thats when he said look at this mess filter incorrectly put in!!! never again cant imagine what could of happen to me and my girls on our way home.. DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

I had to put my own air filter back in, and the next day I had fresh oil on my driveway.. the oil plug was left untightened.. employees need to be educated in the trade a little more in my opinion.. but they were very polite

They managed to leave my air hose unattached wich had my car sputtering. Thats a pretty bad move. Not hard to reattach the hose after you check the filter.

Sterlin is amazing!! The whole shop is!! They did my oil change nice and fast and sterlin took me through all what was going on with my car and I will most definitely come here again!!!

I went to this Jiffy Lube location in early December for my oil change and I am so impressed with how quickly they got me in and out. Today I went over my lunch hour for a non oil changed related thing and same wonderful service!!! Great group of guys.

Tried to get oil change at 5:15 on Monday was told even though they are open till 6 they stop at 5:15 due to Covid, I went the day before Sunday they had two cars in the bays and 2 waiting so a 40 minute wait so the employee said were open till 6 tomorrow probably wont be as busy you can try then. Unfortunately he didnt tell me only til 5:15 to get it done

Told possible price. Shown better one accepted blend oil. Get bill told money was as taken off and forget they showed me less price. Wont go again. While sitting looked reviews from others same or simular issue. I should have looked first.

Came in for the first time to get an oil change. They werent going to use the recommend oil grade. They aired up my tires without asking my preference for air pressure, then didnt replace the valve caps. They didnt do anything I thought came with a full service oil change, windows, vacuum, etc..... The customer service was basic at best. Wont be going back to this place ever again.

They said they checked all of my fluids. I have the receipt showing “Power Steering Fluid ——— Normal Range” but no they didn’t check it at all because I thought my power steering pump was going out and I checked the fluid and there was none. I didn’t and don’t have a leak, they just decided it was too much of a hassle to check it and lied instead.

Im pretty particular about getting my truck serviced and that is why I take it here. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly, Honest! I have been taking my cars here for years and I wouldnt take it anywhere else. You get what you pay for in todays world and Jiffy Lube has a great price point for the quality service you get. If you dont want to spend any money to service your vehicle, do it yourself! Keep it up fellas!

I called to schedule an appointment to change the oil on my Audi. When I asked the price they quoted me 15 dollars more than the Audi dealer to have the oil changed by someone who is not an Audi specialist. They may be good but they seem a bit over priced. I will stick with the Dealership

After my oil change I got in my car and drove to a near by store, that is where I discovered I couldnt open my door....the lock was broken. I went back to Jiffy lube and informed them of the problem...the owner was contacted and he promptly fixed the broken part. Thank You!!

This is the second time I brought my car here and it will be the last. I presume the oil change itself is fine, no indications otherwise.They did however get greasy oily grime all over the interior of the car; carpets, vinyl and seats. Both times its was there.I will take my car somewhere where they understand they need to care for the cars in their care!

I cant believe what I am about to say but the supervisors and owner at Jiffy Lube have been the most honest and easy people Ive worked with in the automotive field in Loveland. In addition their recommendations of other repair shops is good. Like all oil change places the people in the bays may not do things correctly. Just ask the managers on duty to oversee or inform bay staff of your needs. It says something about Loveland and this Jiffy Lube when an oil change shop is where you have to go to get reccs for honest mechanics.

Called about AC being overcharged, was given a quote, ended up costing less. Only took about 40 minutes. Very happy with the service.

Nice place here, nice waiting room but kind of small, was packed when I went so I waited outside in the other waiting area. Guys were nice didnt try to force me into any other services

Snapped off a dipstick, said nothing and left it for me to find. Rotated tires and now TPMS alerts when still at 34psi (manual says 28 before warning). Used the wrong plug on the bottom of my oil pan (ironically this was caught by a change at a different Jiffy Lube). These two cars are old but both starting to leak oil where they werent. I suspect but cant prove routine overfilling is bursting seals. Time to go back to a mechanic for oil changes I can trust.

I dont trust many people with my truck but I trust these guys 100%, austin is very good with customer service and Matt and Daniel do quality work.

I have been struggling with a mechanic that fixed my daughters car and have taken it to Jiffy Lube a few times to check the oil. Each time, they have gone overboard to help me and have topped off the oil. This last time they took a look and gave me some problems that they saw so I could go back to the mechanic knowing what they needed to do to fix the car right. I will always take my vehicles to this Jiffy Lube!

To start they couldnt tell or figure out what year my truck was. I asked to have the tire pressure 70 p.s.i. in the front and 80 p.s.i. in the rear. Measured it when I got home, 65 in the front and 90 p.s.i. in the rear. Did not have my air filter in stock for my truck plus another car while I was there. Even though my truck is a 2016, its middle of July. For being a fleet account you would think it would be better service wise and have newer stuff in stock.

This establishment needs to be shut down immediately!!! My sister whos a decorated marine brought her car here for a simple routine oil change about a month ago. She drove her car no more then 30 miles and blew her engine! We took it to 2 repair shops and both said that it was due to the oil filter being put on incorrectly! JIFFY LUBES FAULT!!! The owner John took full responsibility in the beginning and must have had amnesia the next day bc now hes saying they arent responsible! Im sorry thats not going to cut it! We hired a lawyer and have called news stations!!! You dont do this to people and get away with it!!! YOU WILL PAY!!!

Friendly customer service, friendly people. One of the few Jiffys that cares about customer satisfaction...even when its 3 degrees out! They showed me the manufacturers recommendations on the computer, and where I am on those timelines without shoving services down my throat. I told them what service was to be performed on my car and that is exactly what I got.Thank you!

Fast friendly professional service

In and out quickly; about 15 minutes. Showed me my dirty air filter before installing a new one, something I usually do myself, but the price was right this time.

If it is possible to give no stars, I would. Years ago, they installed the wrong filter on my Expedition, which caused a multitude of engine problems until the problem was finally discovered and fixed (with no help from them). I recently brought my daughters Jeep to the same location (we have used other locations before and had good service and I was in a pinch, so I figured it was ok) and the transmission fluid was drained from the vehicle, causing more problems. They take no ownership of the issue, even though the car was running perfectly before we brought it in for service. Would no recommend and we will never be back to any Jiffy Lube location.

Dishonest... my wife took our 2006 Subaru in for just an oil change and “austin”told my wife the air filter needed replaced, when she got home she relayed the conversation. I had just checked our air filter and even have the new one in our garage because it was still very good! Wish there was a service one could trust out there, very disappointed, I don’t think there’s an honest person there. I called after my wife got home and was told the air filter was marginal. What a dirty deal.
