They take ages, they are out of medications for days at a time. I had to wait over 24 hours for an inhaler and 4+ hours for pain medication. They dont call when prescriptions are ready, I drove up and was told it wasnt ready, I could wait 15 minutes in the drive thru or come back later. I asked when to come back and did that, upon arriving they told me again it wasnt ready, and I could wait 15 minutes or come back AGAIN and hope it was ready then. The pharmacist was unhelpful, when I asked what am I paying for, for each item? She replied everything and then sped read the costs so I couldnt tell what I was getting.The pharmacists here are genuinely horrible people who dont help and dont make any priority to get you your medication.

Got our flu shots quickly. Pharmacists were very friendly.

Walgreens website says this location has walk in covid vaccinations and when my husband and I arrived the women working the pharmacy was EXTREMELY rude and not helpful and said they don’t do walk in appointments and that they close in 30 mins. She literally just wanted to leave on time and was no help! I work 10 hour shifts and that was the only time I could go in. Thanks a lot! Not!

So I get my prescriptions filled here every month. So does my father and my littler sister! However there is a VERY rude lady here named APRIL. I’m sure she’s not just rude to me every single time because I’m not always the driver. I am picking up my prescription right now and we just got into the worst argument. She is disgusting. And I will be calling corporate for further assistance. Thank you for tonight April.

I have been standing line for 10 minutes waiting while there is an employee sitting behind the photo counter on her PHONE not helping the other employee at the front registers.

The Photo part of walgreens needs an update. Me and my mother in law just tried to upload pictures to a flash drive so we could give it to the church for her dads funeral. We has just scanned in about 20+ photos and asked for help from the lady behind the photo area and told her what the pictures were for. And as we were talking all the pictures deleted and were going to make us start over completely after being there for half an hour. We told the lady behind the counter what happened. She just laughed and walked away from us. Never giving this place our business again.

I Love this Walgreens!! The entire staff is friendly, helpful and always smile and greet me!!! The Pharmacy in this Walgreens is wonderful!!!!!Vince and Kitty, and the entire pharmacy staff are great!!!!! They go the extra mile all the time for me! Always helpful, professional and always exceed my expectations!!! Even at extremely busy times, the staff always have a smile on their face and take all the time each customer needs. Weather it be advice, a flu shot or I’m in a hurry to get my script, the staff never fail to go above and beyond for me! I moved to south Loveland, but I drive to this north Walgreens just to go to this pharmacy. I wouldn’t use another pharmacy in town! I’ve used this Walgreens for at least 20 years, and I enjoy my experience every time! The staff always puts a smile on my face!🤗Thanks to all of you for your excellent service and exceptional knowledge. You all are truly the best!!!

My van stalled in front of the prescription pickup window. Pharmacy technician Anna and store associate Gale came out and pushed me around the corner so the cars in line could acssess the window. We have been customers for over 17 years.

Went in to look for something to take for my allergies, and the Pharmacist was very helpful.. She was busy filling prescriptions but took the time to help me out. Very friendly staff. A big thank you!!!

Terrible photo department. Consistently late or cannot produce the canvas or project that was submitted online. Very disappointed in the service and quality of products.

I have been a loyal Walgreens customer for many years however, after the INCOMPETENCE I experienced today, I may have to switch stores. I ordered 4 small gift magnets on line this afternoon. The store indicated they would be ready at 4:43 pm today. I stopped in around 6 pm to pick up my magnets and they were not ready!!! REASON GIVEN....NO ONE WAS IN PHOTO ALL DAY. Hmmmm not my problem. I couldnt wait the 20 minutes so told them Id come back. Went back at 7 pm only to be told they didnt have enough kits...and someone was going to call me. SERIOUSLY????? WHY DIDNT I GET THE CALL???? Needless to say....I cancelled the entire order! And will NOT go back to that store any time soon! Great customer service Walgreens .....NOT!!!

I deal with pharmacies on a daily basis and do not always receive great service. Today I called Walgreens on N Garfield and talked to the most helpful, cheerful, and polite pharmacy staff member Andrew! Thanks Andrew for making my day at work go a little smoother!!!

I have been taking my prescriptions for myself and family for over five years and never had an issue. Every staff member has been very friendly and professional, even at very busy times. I just recently moved to Severance and still travel the distance to pick up my Rxs at this particular location.

Horrible customer service, from the manager Tim even. Came to cash Western Union Money Orders at 8 p.m. one hour before closing. The manager refused my business because and I quote, I already counted most of the drawers and dont want to have to redo it.Never coming to this location again.

If you like being sent all around town trying to get your meds this is the place for you. I was told hours after i droped of my prescription that they no longer had my meds and that i needed to get them from another walgreens so i was sent clear aross town to a walgreens with a closed pharmacy. I will never go though people agian.
