Staff was extremely kind and helpful. My youngest was on the verge of a meltdown and a nice associate showed a lot of kindness toward him and got him smiling. Another associate was looking all over the store trying to find a specific table for us, and another was helping us pick up an online order. Excellent customer service!

Im so bummed Pier 1 is going out of business! I love that place! I hear that a retired teacher bought it, along with another man who often buys failing businesses. 🤨 That second guy makes me a little suspicious. Hahahaha! I hope they reopen it with the same merchandise, if the same quality.Anyway, you cant shop Pier 1 online anymore; you have to go to an actual store. Totally worth it, because their markdowns right now are amazing! I got three lovely pillows for my new loveseat. I also got a gorgeous blue vase, made entirely of recycled glass, in Spain. So pretty.I love those glasses from Mexico that are clear, except for a dark-ish blue rim. Ive bought all of the ones I have from Pier 1. So naturally, I had to get more at the going out of busines sale! They were out of tumblers so I bought a few stemless wine glasses. I love them! I do believe they had tumblers in the glassware that had green or red rims.Oh, also, the staff that were working that day were super awesome!Bottom line? Last chance! Lots of things are 50% off! Be cautious if Pier 1 reopens under new ownership. It may not be the same. (And no, I dont work for them. I just really love the place!)

Sales associates are rude. They messed up my online order, over charged me and refused to correct it. No wonder they are going out of business.

I went into this store today 12/12 around 2-3pm with my grandmother and TWO year old son. My son crawled up on to a chair to sit while my grandmother and I looked at the clearance section. I had already told my son to be careful on their furniture so other people can sit on them as well. A lady who worked there 60-70 years old walked up to my 2yr old toddler and yelled at him to keep his feet off the chair. Shocked I grabbed my sons hand and the three of us left.We went Into Joannes for decorations instead and he asked me if the lady around the same age in the isle was going to come yell at him too. My son was very nervous and upset the rest of the day. It made Christmas shopping less enjoyable for him.I’m not asking to get this unknown named old woman in trouble. But please train your staff to address the parents standing next to their children especially a toddler. Or to keep their mouth shut. We will not be coming back to the Loveland store or any of your locations.Thank youLK

I was in the Loveland store while they were going through a store reset. I was greeted by a friendly employee and she was very helpful. While browsing the store I noticed a tall woman with glasses and long hair, a store employee, following me. NOT ONCE did she ask if I was finding anything I was looking for or if she could be if assistance. I counted five different times she was looking over my shoulder, following me, acting like she was looking at displays, etc. it was obvious she was following me! I almost asked her if she had a problem with me, but I purchased my two small items and left the store.I will do my shopping online from now on where I can browse items at my leisure and not made to feel like a criminal! Thanks honey for chasing me out of the store. Brick and mortar goodbye, hello online!The lady who checked me out was more than friendly, thank you for making me feel welcome.

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, & eager to assist. Prices are a bit higher at this location due to sales tax in the area, but if you want great candles & beautiful home accessories, this is a good place to go!

I recently popped into Loveland Pier 1. They had a sign that said all outdoor furniture 50% off. I thought perfect time to replace my old outdoor chair cushions. So I chose my cushions and went to purchase them. When they rang the purchase up it was not even close to 50% off. I talked to the manager on duty. She unapologetically explained that if the outdoor cushions had been marked down at all, that the sale doesn’t apply. Never mind that the sign says 50% off on ALL outdoor furniture. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the employee that helped me was so kind (not the manager). I put a picture of the 50% off sign on Yelp. I was unable to get the picture added to this review.

This place is a guilty pleasure to whomever visits.. I bought a papasan chair and i love it!
