Nice location but not nearly enough outlets available to function as a workspace

The employees take customer satisfaction to another level. I was instantly greeted and on top of the friendliness I was offered a cookie and coffee on the house just for making a cash withdrawal.But the other reviews are right about it basically being a coffee house with an ATM. You should call in advance to see if they can take care of your needs before driving here. I wasnt disappointed.

👎🏻 theres not a single branch near Boston and you cannot overcame background check of all papers through the internet or by phone to open a business account. This is ridiculous! WHATS IN YOUR MIND? This is banking reimagined at the edge of a cliff 🤥 Oh, the cafe is the same gross stuff from DD. Disgusting too!

Love the concept. Relaxed cafe to work on my laptop and can connect with a bank advisor for some quick tips. Refreshing.

My fave coffee shop! Best thing: if you have a capital one account your drinks are half price! They’re great with kids and provide a welcoming environment for all. Also, lots of freebies.

Ok. Well this supprised me. Great chocolate. Way better than Starbucks.The workers their were really nice. If u use your capital one card for any food or drink is half off.

This is a coffee shop and not even close to be a banking place! It has ATMs and the ambassadors can do nothing else but tell you that you can use the ATM but cant take payments for credit cards! This place is a joke!!! SO disappointed that I drove 15 miles for nothing! It made me give a star but I give them NO STARS!!!

Capital one had a great idea of moving all operations to the Web, but with the worst execution. They didnt recruit enough agents to provide a high quality service.I had to spend 4 hours over the phone to finish a 5 minutes job.What a mess! 🤔

This place is amazing, Capital One Banking and a Coffee Shop (Peets) together. This is the future.

Nice working environment but seats are hard and uncomfortable.
