Havent been to the Lynnfield location in awhile. Pretty quick service today. Not really crowded at all. Mobile orders piling up. In store orders moved along fast.

Consistently one of the fastest Starbucks even when it is busy. Also staff is friendly

Can’t get anything here...hours on google say open till 9 but they close at 6. It’s not that hard to update a google listing.

Got a Vanilla Chia, with cinnamon dulche and sweet cream foam. It was good, but like it better with the brown sugar instead of cinnamon.

Nice outdoor place and services.Nevertheless, indoor seating is completely off the chart, which is very healthy for all of us.Restrooms are closed for any Gender but you could go next 2 doors away at Panera Bread.

The coffee wasnt that great. Also why wont they let you sit there every other restaurant and coffee place does.

There is an employee here (maybe manager?) that has some serious moods swings. It’s the very tall woman that is hard to mistake. Looking at past reviews, I’m assuming it’s the Arwin woman everyone else is talking about. Most of the time her mood is rude and condescending. Once in a great while she’ll be happy. Nonetheless, she is not fit for the customer service industry and gives Starbucks a bad look. Too bad, everyone else there is very friendly...I feel bad they have to work with her!!!

Disappointed every time I visit this location. Armen and Robert need to have customer courtesy training. I sat on a small portion of couch and was rudely told I cannot sit there. Then I had ordered 2 ice coffees and Armen did 1 coffee then another persons order and then finally when asked about the other ice coffee Armen answered rudely that she takes each order according to when she receives it. Funny as the two ice coffees were on 1 slip. Never coming back or as a matter of fact to any Starbucks. Not the first Starbucks to be treated rudely. Train your employees in customer service 😡

I rarely go to Starbucks. I was reprimanded for asking for sugar after receiving my coffee. I was told harshly that I should have told them I wanted it when I ordered. Having been abroad for 8 months Im still getting used to life in the US with new COVID rules.

Great place to get coffee in Marketstreet as long as Arwen (Tall lady) is not your barista. She is rude and makes you feel like an inconvenience . If I stop by now and see her behind the counter, I just leave. Everyone else is very friendly

I just ordered two drinks i have child I bought for him regular juice and I asked if i can get cup if ice the cashier said Sorry I cant gave u any ice so my wife she bought another drink mixed with ice also the cashier did not where gloves or regular mask he wearing like cowboy scarf i guess i have bad experience am not going any more to this place

Good coffee and other beverages. Nice muffins and pastries. My only negative is that its too small a space. You can only sit outside when its warm.

Just picked up an order that I purchased through starbuck app for a venti Dark roast no milk. Got home and found venti cup barely was three quarters Full!! First and last time ordering from this location. Buyer be Beware!!

They were serving drinks and the lady that told us to go inside to order was rude. She had an attitude and when we walked in and got our drinks she immediately yelled at us to leave. She was telling us to speak up but it was loud.

I go to different Starbucks through the day because of work. There are two ppl at thisStarbucks who waited on me and I find them to be particularly unfriendly and very rude they seem to be Much more interested in talking to their colleagues as if I was interrupting their conversation. (Tall “woman” and a fat bold guy”)I usually don’t like to do bad reviews but after many times of getting attitude and the worse service I decided to share. Maybe one day their manager will realized they need to customer service training they are in the wrong field if they do t like to serve people, they should get themselves another job

Literally one of the top 3 worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. So slow, my order was messed up, they don’t completely rinse out the cups the put milk in (so if you have a dairy allergy make sure they rinse it out well) and somehow at 11:30am on a Saturday they ran out of the cup sleeves. I was given a double cup instead, but my cup is still hot, so I guess I’ll burn my hands.

They were short-staffed at 8 in the morning and the influx of mobile orders was too much for them to handle. Still waiting for my drink for about 20 minutes. Need to work faster or figure out a better system

Its a standard Starbucks. The inside seating was slightly limited for tables wise but there were a decent amount of bar style seating.

Attempted to try out this location because it is closer to my work. Every single time I have been here before 9am they are out of bagels of any kind? Never heard of this happening at any other location before 9am. Will be going to another location from here on out for more availability of products and services. Also, the employees behind the counter should learn how to properly make the drinks offered and possibly smile just once throughout the transaction.UPDATE 11/6/15: They now have bagels consistently and the tragically hip kid behind the counter that likes to flip his hair is the man

Very active spot but usually always a place to park your butt and sit whether just to enjoy your purchase or do some work/reading. Tends to be on the loud side. Staff is very good...acts as a team.

Today (January 15th) I went to this Starbucks store to buy a coffee and an attendant called Arwen was super rude to me. She would just throw my order on the counter for no reason. I didn’t have a time to say a word! I hope her manager sees this review and do something. I’m never coming back again.

Good place to people watch and get some work done on a nice day. Outdoor seating is available, along with free Wi-fi. Its still a Starbucks, so things are a bit overpriced.

The service is always great and the coffee is good.

Crazy busy but very fast!

I went to this starbucks with my friends and I couldnt stand up so I sat on the floor and passed out then was yelled at that I wasnt aloud to sit on the floor and my friends helped me get up then I took a chair and sat on it because I still couldnt keep myself up then was yelled at again to not sit on the chairs.

My app was giving me a system error when I tried to login even though it showed that I had a reward available. It wasn’t a big deal at all, but the manager handled it very unprofessionally and was very rude.

Love the sous vide eggs with bacon and cheese. So good.

Been coming here since they opened up on Market St. When I was a legit regular, theyd actually have my order waiting for me by the time I got to the counter. Nice to have a touch of personalized service in this fast paced world...

It takes FOR EVER to get a simple iced coffee. Their baked goods are awful.

I live nearby this Starbucks and I could not recall asking for a cup of iced water before this experience. I asked for a cup of ice water once to go with my coffee mobile order, and was met with a rude reply. There’s a larger woman who works here occasionally, she told me when I asked for a cup of ice water that she could not because it would take away from the bottled water sales but I just witnessed her coworkers giving out waters. Also the old bald guy is grumpy towards me for no reason as well, I catch him staring at me all the time then I say hi and he looks away and doesn’t respond.

Mobile ordered one drink and one retail item. Both were wrong on pick up. Not as accurate as some other Starbucks.

Comfortable atmosphere, spacious, open the latest of all surrounding Starbucks.

They are always so helpful and cheery.

Apparently its against the rules to make your own coffee here at 3am when this place isnt open yet

Coffee was good but the barista made a mistake on my name

We visited this Starbucks location every morning for the past four days, the service is far from good in particular one member of staff called Billy took down our order wrong, we ended up with four shots in one of our lattes. When the guy who made the drinks questioned him, he shrugged his shoulders - we did not get our money back for the extra shots.We were served by a nice girl which resulted in the higher than one rating.Overall, the drinks werent consistent, the staff not attentive, not good!

Im a huge Starbucks fan but you could not find a more disgruntled group of people working this shift together. Everyone was obviously in a bad mood. Slamming the doors open and closed, flinging cups...w Oman asked a drink to be remade and one barista ripped the cover off and angrily dumped it out. Another woman asked for the whipped topping to be removed from the drink and the barista let out a huge sigh and snipped so now what? You want me to make it over for you? (She didnt). The icing on the cake was when she plucked a large piece of ice out of a completely made drink with her bare hands...and then handed it to my husband. No thank you. Step it up starbucks! I know youre capable of more and a better trained staff.

Service was slow. I had to ask for my egg bites; they had evidently forgotten about them. The facility was very untidy. And ANDY needs to wear a clean apron ; I was disgusted by the condition of his apron, FILTHY.
