Excellent store for healthy food, snacks, floors, Amazon orders and returns. Pasties and sweets too. Prepare food to eat on the spot and the have seating to eat it as well. Nice clean store unbelievable products are stocked to perfection.

Another great Whole Foods Store. Right off the hwy with easy parking. Great staff and awesome wine selection with all my favorite organic wines. Stellar Organics Pinotage and the Zeroincondotta Barbera are awesome...

This is our local store and we shop here weekly. We are consistently pleased with the produce section and for the most part, the cheeses. What we are very unhappy with is the pasta and olive oil offerings. Every year or so our favorite organic olive oil is discontinued, we find a replacement, only to have the same situation occur once again. The pasta section is extremely limited, especially if you are searching for organic whole wheat pasta. Seriously, no organic whole wheat linguini? The other department that is very deficient is the bakery. In the past we were able to buy individual bars (lemon, brownie, coconut, etc). Apparently the store is no longer purchasing from this vendor.Weve noticed a big grocery reset since Amazon took over - fewer choices, limited availability of some items, and in a few cases poorer quality substitutes. And as another reviewer pointed out, where there were tables, there are now lockers and refrigerators. I guess the new look is warehouse modern.

It’s a giant Whole Foods anchor store in the new fancy shopping center. It’s clean, staff is pleasant. The other patrons are the problem. Be prepared to get run over in the parking lot by a G-wagon or Tesla. Then the driver will try again with a cart in the store. Good time.Salad bar is worth it.

This is my local Whole Foods and where, since the pandemic started, I’ve been fortunate enough to be able to have groceries delivered from. Unfortunately, the packaging is often excessive. I am desperately trying to reduce my plastic waste and every time I order things SPECIFICALLY because they are plastic-free they throw them in a plastic bag. They also throw items already wrapped in plastic in MORE PLASTIC.Don’t even get me started on the insulated bags they throw items in in the summer. (FYI Whole Foods’ “recycling” policy on those is that you throw them in the trash.)This company needs to do better.

Staff not taking Covid precautions as they should be an extremely rude! Used self check out as I always do (I go every week ) got told it was 20 items or less, But yet there’s very little signage to notify any customer of this change?? (Mind you, I have been using self check out here well over a year with NO issues). I proceeded to tell the staff, that I did not feel safe having other people touch my groceries and nicely told the staff member I’m gonna proceed to use self check out and which I feel comfortable doing. After I finished a manager came over and rudely explained that we ignored the staff member in which we clearly told them that we did not feel comfortable of other people handling our groceries that we eat! Manager seemed to lack customer service skills needed which should bea priority in a place where they overcharge for food! I will continue to check out in anyway I’d like to as I feel comfortable doing so! Management/staff should be retrained better on how to be respectful/aware of each customers preferences, especially in today’s society!

Hoping Whole Foods will end its relationship with plainville farms located in PA (which is one of their turkey providers). They claim to humanely raise turkeys yet there is footage of them torturing and beating them to death. Do better Whole Foods

Im really happy that this location is carrying Chinese Eggplant! I live right across the street and normally have to drive all the way to H Mart in Burlington to get these, saved me a trip!

Very nice grocery store, first time my wife and I had been to a whole foods store.

Whole Foods is my favorite grocery store but I wish they had a better assortment of organic produce. Lately I used their Prime free delivery a few times but rarely they get the order right. It seems the grocery buyers are not familiar with the products or do not read the full description. Amazon is pretty good refunding things that did not go well, but you still need to go out and buy all that was missing in your grocery list.

While the quality of food and selection are a 5 out of 5, I almost always end up arriving at home with disappointment. They pay their employees a great competitive wage, but thats the end of investing in their workforce. Their baggers are horrendous. We just got home and pulled a bag of carrots out of one bag that was sandwiched between a package of raw chicken and bacon. Our bread was at the bottom of the bag that had all the canned sauces in it. We have pita bread instead of buns now. This is a regular occurace on WFM Lynnfield. EVERY week we open a bag to put things away and inevitably find signs of zero to little training on bagging. Hannaford and others that pay their workers minimum wage at least have elite baggers that never just pile the groceries into bags.

Clean store, quality products. The only place I trust for fresh seafood (except Market Basket who steam lobsters on request). (WF does not carry live lobsters or my usual pharmacy type items.) Certain specialty items at premium prices. You can also get some basic items at reasonable prices: milk, bread, eggs, canned goods. Nice to have beer and wine available, too. Excellent customer service. They will walk you to the item you need!

This is a typical Whole Foods. There is a broad selection of pre-made food and many natural products. The place is spotless. They have the staples of many Whole Foods, though the sushi here appears to be brought in from somewhere else. (The Andover location has the chef right there in front of you.)The staff is friendly and helpful.There is plenty of parking and a large inventory of carts.

This whole foods has products from many local vendors, which is awesome! Mid-day grocery shopping here during the week is never any trouble for me.

Their to-go pizza and slices are so good, the crust is the best part.. produce is always fresh and great selection of cakes and pastries, everything always looks so delicious. Very clean store.

Places is absolutely top notch!Just the prices are outrageous.I have to intermittent fast just to afford this stuff.

This Whole Foods carries Seven Stars Bakerys Toasted Walnut & Raisin bread. It is absolutely delicious!

Its just all fresh, thats all you need to know, and everything else is just as good, all there Buffet food bars seems to be all made in house, yes more than one with hot food too.

One of the best Whole Foods outlet. Has all the varieties of groceries and is almost always in stock with whatever you want to find.

Does anything need to be said? It’s Wholefoods 😆 I just wish their smoothie bar would open up now that COVID vaccinations are widespread, but I’m not sure if they’re even planning to reopen it or not.

I love this particular Whole Foods! I love the way its laid out, and I feel that the wine and cheese selection, bakery, and floral department set it apart from other Whole Foods. I havent had many interactions with staff other than in the cheese department and theyve been helpful.

Definitely a wide array of fresh groceries, domestic and international. Better than usual selection of wines. Can be busy at peak hours but is worth the costumer service from the staff.

Prepared Foods area very very good

A bit expensive, but their kitchen cooking is fantastic. They have things that you cant get in other stores. There isnt any spoiling food either.

Same as the one we regularly go to in Melrose but with a great cheese and wine selection.

The word on the street is that Whole Foods is struggling financially. Based on our visit today I can understand why. Although it is a beautiful store with lots of colors and wonderful foods, the prices are high and the products they offer are available in much cheaper stores. Whole Foods appeals to those indifferent to price. Its a smaller population so they lack the demand to generate the volume needed to be profitable. Thats my guess. We will go to Trader Joes next time.

Ive been shopping at this store since the start. Theres a consistent problem with items missing at the cashier. Im a prime member and tried the refund online but found the process not user friendly and live 20 minutes away so going back is not an option. Staff seemed distracted. Disappointed

Always love going here for organic, vegetarian/vegan food supplies. A lot of diverse products and the employees in both the store and in delivery take their work seriously. Prices are decent for quality products and knowing what discounts are available for Prime members on the app is much better than couponing.

O was buying a big fruit bowl. And The red grape, orange melon and strawberry was old and the tast was terrible is the second time that’s happened 🤮I payed almost 30 dollars for it and it is the good quality that you have 😪. Please don’t put more old fruits on it the person can pay a good money to shop with Whole Foods but it must to be fresh please

Very busy store there was an employee standing outside the main door, perhaps she was tasked with counting the people that were coming into the store but she was just standing without a mask texting on her phone. The exit was the same as the entrance would make which made it very confusing to leave the store and overall I wasnt impressed with the shopping experience. I expected much more from a Whole Foods.

Love it, one can find what they need and then some! However really a lot way too pricey. People are very accommodating really nice to the customers store is well stocked love the floral section an d the location at outside mall is so handy great spot!

Fast Friendly Service and Clean!

They offer a wide selection of healthy, organic grass fed and free range meats. The store is exceptionally clean and well stocked at all times. You can find specialty items there as well. It’s always a pleasure to shop there.

I visited the whole foods market on 5/16 at 7pm. There were no sanitizer available at entrance and exit to add safety measures for customers. I asked a staff if there is a sanitizer when I was leaving the store and I was told ‘no’. I saw few staff members were wiping door handles for freezer section but it is important that stores make the shopping env as safe as possible. I was expecting better from wholefoods. Hopefully they step up their safety measures.

This place has great food but my god these Amazon people in there are like roaches running around the store with there face in there phone. It has become unbearable to shop here. They should work overnights not when the public is in there spending money.

This is a blockbuster big Whole Foods. We only stopped briefly for some groceries, but I have to imagine they have an expanded product line over a regular Whole Foods. Wouldnt you think? I mean what are they going to do with all that space? Anyway, it was really nice and we enjoyed our time there.

This Whole Foods pretended to follow COVID guidelines by having people wait outside 6 feet apart to get in but once inside it was a joke. No one cared about social distancing, too many people inside, employees didnt care and walked right by everyone, SHAMEFUL!

Am very disappointed at whole foods refunding policy, around a week an a half ago I purchased a eczema relief body cream, (AVALON ORGANICS THERAPY) so much for being all natural, Almost made cut off my hand as it made my eczema 100% WORSE....when I return to the store for an exchange for something else they denied me a refund or exchange caused lots of customers in lynfield have bought many products from bath and body department and return them or exchanged so they changed their policy on it. So am STUCKED with a product its useless to me as it makes my condition worse. Thank you whole foods.......😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬

It is expected that Whole Foods are expensive. That’s a fact. Regardless, for essential items we like to come here since is the healthiest option that we can find. My husband was buying vegan Cesar salad dressing and when we got home noticed that the product expired over a month ago! I’m 23 weeks pregnant. Tell me about risking people’s health. My husband went back to change the product and the entire line of that kind of dressing was also expired. Absolutely disappointing especially with all the high prices you would expect way better. Make sure you check expiration dates on everything

Whole Foods is awesome especially for lunch I love coming here and grabbing something quick and healthy to eat the food is usually pretty good at all of them. They have some awesome selections and some meats that are nitrate-free which is always good!!..👍
