This place was surreal. It was like walking into the front page of the Amazon App. There was a lot of cool random things avaible for purchase. Check out was quick and easy and the staff was friendly. A perfrct place for that thing you need but dont want to wait 2 days to get.

I was in alderwood Mall, and saw the Amazon four star store. I am a huge Amazon fan, and decided to walk around and take a look. Firstly I would like to say the staff was super nice. I was greeted and offered assistance, and they helped me look for the item I was looking for. I like how the items they sell show the amazon.com rating on the display tab. In the end I did not end up buying the item I was looking for, and instead just ordered it from Amazon website. I guess I just enjoy getting it in the mail more than actually buying it at a store. Novel idea, but it just wasnt for me.

Loved setting up the palm payment at the checkout. This store has so much great stuff. Youll want to buy it all. Youve been warned. Lol.

I usually love the Amazon stores. This one was strange. It seemed more like a set of shelves each of which had the top ten items from the website in different categories. Interesting but didnt have much cohesion and seemed like a pop-up holiday kiosk rather than a store. Im thinking that this was intentional, it just struck me as odd.

Neat store. Lots of great products. Ill be going back when I have more time to shop.

Seemed like items stocked were those being highlighted on Amazons front website. Talked with an employee who stated approx. 20% the inventory changes weekly.

The store is clean and professional in its layout. The products offered are in a good range so you get a little bit of everything. The staff were not all over you but did check in to see if you needed anything. The whole feel was great. I diddnt end up purchasing anything but would if they had what I needed. Was a decent extension of my Amazon experience as a whole.

There is a staff member in this store. His name is michael. Very helpful, genuine and great customer service.

I really liked this place! Id never known there was an Amazon store. As a Prime member, you get discounts on many of the items. I had my kids with me, and theres something in this store for everyone. Pretty cool!

Im giving it 5 stars even though theyre only providing products that are 4 stars and above. I needed a mouse. They had a good mouse. I bought it. The end.

The employees didnt entertain us as the store was about to close in 15 minutes.

I didnt know this store existed! And if you have Amazon prime, their prime items are 50% less at checkout.

I tried to return an unopened magic bullet with the credit card I purchased it with, and the manager said it was 2 days past the return policy. The only customer service that was provided was a phone number. The service rep then directed me to ask the manager for help with the return. No help was given, so I left the item on the counter for them to deal with. This problem will undoubtedly take a good part of their evening to solve. Amazon lost a customer for life.

I am not one to complain, having been a customer service employee multiple times in my life. However, I went in there today and had an interesting experience - all of the workers were super nice to me, but I was watching the manager & she was incredibly rude to not only her own employees, but to customers as well. She had a horrible attitude & was super inconsiderate of me as a customer, & assumed things about me that weren’t friendly. Just leaving my two cents.
