I literally can’t express my gratitude for Jeremy, the manager at this location. After 3 phone calls and multiple failed attempts online, I came here where he worked tirelessly to get me situated with a plan that fit my needs and budget. As other customers came in, he seamlessly bounced between us all without even an inkling of stress. Jeremy, if you’re reading this, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your patience, your smile and for making me laugh after many days of stress!

I wish I could give a negative 5. POS service from Jordan. Not sure if he had Covid or something after ordering my screen protectors. After following up 2x I was told he was sick. I have empathy. I understand. He or anyone else at the office didn’t reach out. I had to follow up. Then I can’t get there in his timely matter and he sells 3 out of 4 and wants to get defensive about it. Garbage customer service. Garbage AttitudeThis is exactly why you don’t buy from these authorized retailers. Buy direct. Some of these Franchise owners who employ there own people feel they can treat people any which they want.

Customers be aware of this location the guy running it have a very bad attitude. I came in to store on Sunday afternoon 11/08/2020 around 1:30 I was with my cousin trying to upgrade 2 iPhone 12 pro when we walk in to the store the guy have no name tag on and had a hoodie on I started asking him to upgrade our phones he would always reply back with an attitude and Smart remarks until I got to a point that i start fighting with him verbally and I snatched my credit card from him and walked away from the store.This guy had a very bad attitude was extremely rude very disrespectful and I can go on and on with this I immediately left the store and took my business elsewhere if there was a zero star I would give them that and I’m also going to contact corporate.
Lost my phone today and Jordan and Kayla were awesome! They were both very professional and personable. I’m so thankful for all their help! Hope they stay for a long time!
Came in to do an upgrade, manager Jordan was awesome! I have never been treated with such kindness and fairness as I have at this store, he took his time and was very patient with me as well. Will definitely be coming back when it’s time for me to upgrade again. Thank you, Jordan.
We just walked in, the man working had one man at the counter and a couple looking at phones. He then stated that we would have to wait in our car until he waved us inside, then he told us that it would be at least an hour and a half wait. I asked why so long and he said because Im working by myself. He did not apologize for the wait or inconvenience or give us another option. But not only that I have never had my experiences at a verizon store take an hour and a half. Even with getting new phones or adding lines... very unsatisfied with our experience at this store. He needs to be trained on his customer service skills.

The staff here are always very helpful. If I need any help figuring out something on my phone they are always willing to fix it and show me how to do it myself if I need to again later. That means a lot to me.
I came into the store to have my phones upgraded and had some technical difficulties, however the Store Manager Jordan and his staff were amazing . He was extremely patient and resilient. He got us done !!! I’ll forever be a loyal customer . Super Job !!

Not a good experience. Wanted to get a new phone since my Galaxy 7 was now 3 years old and lagging / slowing down and having problems.Ill get to the worst part first - I left the store with a phone that COULD NOT make phone calls and a hope that Verizon techs would have it sorted out within 48 hours. Wow.Spent hours there after picking out a new Galaxy A10e. The tech started the transfer process, a 45 minute activity - I left and came back. Then after all the info was transferred and SD card moved, accounts updated, I tried to make the test call. No go. The tech tried multiple things, new SIM card, resetting multiple times, turn on & off. Finally gave in a called Verizon tech support. Another hour goes by, they cant figure it out either. Lots of network resetting, etc.I leave the store with a service ticket # and a phone that only half works.At home I do an online chat with Verizon. They escalate to 2nd level support after 1/2 hour. I finally decide to troubleshoot myself and through the power of google find some forums that describe my problem and provide a possible solution. I do it - needed to manually put in my carrier on my SIM - and hey, my phone works now. I tell Verizon chat - never mind, I fixed it myself.Also really irritated to find after I got home that Best Buy had the same phone $50 cheaper. Go Wireless waived my transfer fee - which I didnt even realize they had because they couldnt get their credit card reader to work - I thought thats what the $40 Verizon fee was all about. They also offered no sales tax on their website but charged me anyways.What a horrible place. Ill stick to Best Buy or direct buy from Verizon from now on.

This is truly the BEST store to go to, if you want the most outstanding customer service, this IS the store to go to! Theyre extremely nice and very customer oriented. Rick is one of the most helpful representatives there, he went above and beyond to make sure Id get the phone I want without any hassle. Hes very easy to talk to, and pays attention to every detail in any problem, questions, or concern about a phone you would have. Whatever the problem is, he will go out of his way to fix it just for you. He never rushes you off the phone or in the store should you have any questions or concerns, he takes his time into listening to you and what you need and will do whatever it takes to make you happy. If you want the best customer service, to be shown the respect you deserve, to even having a slight financial problem with your phone worked out that is fair to you but also fair to them, this is the store for you. After having an awful customer service experience with the Sprint location next door, I went into Verizon the same night to talk about my options and couldnt believe the difference in service. Charlie, the gentleman helping me, made sure I was getting the best phone and plan for my life style. He was very informative in breaking down my monthly charges, giving me everything at face value. He ensured that I had the information needed to apply my corporate discount. I purchased the Product Red edition of the iPhone 7 and he went out of his way to find a clear case for me so that I could have my phone protected while advocating the cause. The manager Dave was helpful as well, making my trade in device from sprint worth half the in store cost of activating a plan with Verizon. Hands down best experience Ive had at a wireless store.
Jason and Dave the manager were amazing. I was paying $300/month because of the old plan I was on. I was greeted at the door by Jason and he also walked me out. I ended up getting a new phone and tablet and now my bill is only $150 thanks guys I wont be going to any other store moving forward!!

Esmir was helpful in getting my line ported over to Verizon. He was a master at jungling three customers at once and making sure no one felt slighted. It was a great visit.
I had a great purchasing experience with Jason. He was very attentive to my needs and my wants. He made sure that I left with the products that I need it and also when my order came in for a product that had to be ordered he called me immediately help me set up and make sure I left a happy and satisfied customer.
Andy really gave excellent customer service! I came in at 7:45pm and he was STILL patient and answered ALL of my questions about which versions of phones were available and the cost of the bundles (case, screen protector, extra charger). He checked in store stock and online stock multiple times to find what I was looking for. Once I made my decision he set the phone up, applied the protector and the case without rushing, without complaining. I wasnt finished until 8:20 which is 20 minutes after closing time! Andy went above and beyond. He saved me an extra trip by having stock in the store and he stayed late.

I came into this store having an issue with my account and the employee working there (Matt) was very helpful. While I was there I needed to speak to corporate and I spent over an hour talking to a representative. During that time I was able to see Matt assisting many customers with various problems. Everyone left the store with their issues resolved and a smile on their faces. He is the best employee Ive met from all of the previous Verizon locations Ive been to. Whatever his salary is it needs to be doubled.

This location would not help me sort out a billing issue over the phone even after I advised I had contacted customer service repeatedly. First the rep said he could not help at all. Then he said only if I came in. This was after I had advised that I had been in a motor vehicle accident and was on a medical restriction. Odd how their policy seemed to change mid phone call. . Very disappointing.I certainly would have done business with another provider if I had been aware up front of the lack of customer service provided at local stores.

All Verizon stores have the same products, services and prices, but this location has something most other places do not - GREAT customer service! Jason was my salesman, but Charlie and Dave also teamed up to help me. They were so patient, spending a couple hours with me working through every question I had. Never once did I get the feeling they were burdened by all my questions, in fact they went above and beyond to help me until I was all set up. I cant recommend this location enough, and these 3 guys are all extremely helpful.

Beware of this store. THIS IS NOT A VERIZON STORE. This is Gowireless store. Expect to pay $100-150 dollars more for the new phone. Is their premium service Their free lifetime supply of screen protectors is lie. Dont believe this stores sales people. Watch your backs!! These people will screw you over so badly. If your phone is stolen and you get a new one, Verizon considers it an upgrade and will charges $30.00 upgrade fee. . Horrible customer service.

Inaccurate business hours on Google,stated that they were open until 7:00 I showed up at 6:30 and the business was closed wasted over an hour of my time driving here and back I will never be a customer of this location.

Came to this store with general questions regarding my vzw service. The sales assistants at this vzw location were not only customer service driven but very knowledgeable and energetic about the product lines they were selling. I witnessed a small child running amuck in the store at the time I was there and they worked with that situation flawlessly. Wish I went to this store when I bought my most recent phone because the difference in service by these sales assistants compared to my experience from the Verizon outlet I purchased my recent phone at was like night and day.

Since this is not a corporate store they will NOT be held up to true Verizon standards. The staff will not disclose to you your best options in sales, billing, or anything else for that matter. Not only will they not help you but their staff will knowingly take advantage of your wallet for their own gain. For example not informing you of unneeded services you WILL pay for, talking you into services that will cancel out warranty or insurance on items and not being able to recover your previous plan status, the list goes on. Having seen the corporate plan upfront and personally, unless you are looking to have your hard earned money stolen from you do not patronize this business.

Stopped in to get some information about activation for retailed device (my price $235), was influenced to purchase same device at 40% less ($150) with discounted accessories, no activation or change to plan...no brainier right?Well I waited a day for them to get stock, and it changed, tried to make me think I misunderstood, double talk and numbers.Well it was all a flim flam, had to agree to a 2 year (supposed service) contract and my bill would increase 30% (from $90 to $150), this was explained as a service upgrade for the device...in fact it was a contract payment agreement for the device balance.Nice salesman, nice smile (gave me HIS card with someone elses name scratched over), a bait and switch con game, hidden fees with a shell game to make you dizzy. But for the fact they did not have the device I wanted I would have been trapped. Shameful and dishonest, pay close attention if you get sucked into this fun house.Shortly after this posting I was contacted by a person named Joe, who represented himself as the District Mgr for this independent franchise group of stores. He apologized for my experience and explained that my event was not normal, that the sales person was new and poorly trained. There was a meeting to address this concern and inform their personnel on how to represent the offers and plans clearly and correctly.

I recently was on a mini-vacation to Maddison Hights area, and upon arrival to our hotel we spotted the huge red Verizon symbol on their store, and pointed it out. We hadnt been in a Verizon store in probably about 6 years, after a very unpleasant experience with us being able to purchase new phones and keep our unlimited data, we decided to begin purchasing our phones off eBay and play the whole game of swapping SIM cards, until recently when the newer phones began taking Nano SIMs did this become a problem, leaving us in the Dark Ages. We did some research and soon found out you could cut you SIM cards, but this seemed all to risky, so we kept on with our up to 6 year old phones. The next few days went by on our vacation until finally caving and entering the Verizon we had looked at for 3 days, we were welcomed by a door being held open for me (Im in a wheelchair) and once the manager (Oscar) realized we couldnt get through the snow he grabbed a shovel and went at the snow and ice, welcoming us in, and asking what wed be needing that day. We explained are problem involving a lot of the following terms; Unlimited Data, Hotspot, And Upgrade. He very quickly caught on that we wanted to return home with new phones for the whole family without upgrading our lines, and while still getting the best deal! He soon after was asking what phones we wanted checking availabilities and letting us feel them etc. By the end of our three hour visit, Oscar had gotten us all new phones (2 Galaxy Note 4s and 1 iPhone 6s) looked through cases with us and even set me up with the iPhone forever program without jeopardizing my contract! Whilst in there we also thought that the 2 other guys working in there were very friendly and engaged in conversation with us. As a family weve officially decided that we must drive the 2 hours to go to this Verizon store if anything else comes up, as they are friendly, and manage to give the customers EXACTLY what they want without making them feel bad!
