Been coming here every morning for the last week. I get just a regular large Latte. Its been very consistent in quality and amount. They dont burn the milk.

Honestly, I love my Biggby.I have always had exemplary service.Just had the Chumpkin, it was AMAZING.I have slowly worked my way through at least half of the menu.Sign up for texts and get BOGO pretty reliably every weekend, love it!

I would be lying if I said I dont come here daily since moving to HP. It is always a wonderful part of my day. My partner always gets drink of the day and they are all good how did yall manage 365 delicious drinks PLUS the ability to make anything reduced calorie. Incredible. 15/10

We go to BIGGBY much too often, it’s so good. There is no better chai latte, but of you are a cold brew lover like myself, you must try their cold brew with sweet plus three pumps of sf vanilla and 3 pumps of cinnamon.

Madison heights bigby coffee looks a little dumpy from the outside, and its obviously under construction, but the employees there are gold! They were so polite to me, and got my order right! If you havent had the orange cream freeze yet, get it! Its delicious!

I would love to see the difference between a light amount of cream cheese and a regular amount. I should not have to order extra just to get a normal amount. Also, my frozen caramel marvel was light in flavor and after about 6 sips, was all ice. Completely disappointed. I would never visit this location again. I usually go to the one in clawson with zero issues. What a complete disappointment!

This is my favorite Bibbgy around town. The Baristas are helpful and patient while trying out new flavors. I ended up spilling my drinks today, and Raven was a doll and helped me take care of it. I prefer Biggby over the other coffee houses and have been a long time customer since they first opened in East Lansing. If you havent tried them, I would highly recommend that you do. You can order your drinks hot, iced, or frozen. They also carry vegan sausage.

Go here on Fridays they got the little free shots staff is pretty good and also I like their bagels or bagels are always pretty good unless sometimes they forget some stuff on the good job staff

FYI only certain lattes are part of the $3 Wednesday latte deal. Their sign does not mention that. It’s very dishonest.

I love biggby but stopped going to this location. The middle aged ladies at the window are usually super uncomfortable and they never tell you the price. Gave someone too much money and she said she keep it as a tip. I’m sorry to the owner but please hire ppl that don’t make others feel awkward

The employees here are super friendly and nice, great customer service. However, the orders are more often wrong than they are right, which can be frustrating. Its always a toss up if youll get what you order.

Omg. This place is the worst. Went through drive thru. Never tried this place but it was over priced dirt. I will never come back to any of your coffee shops. I hated the Moca moca frozen. E Just overpriced Re-ground coffee grounds.

No drive thru here, but the staff always helps you quickly and kindly!Biggby serves great coffee and drinks in a similar style to Starbucks, but their coffee is better. As a speciality barista, I wouldnt get just an espresso but I appreciate the quality in which they do their work!Huge plus for all Biggbys, is oat milk! Oat milk steams like cow milk so you get the fluffy cloud texture and a great taste

I love Biggby, but this location, the coffee I order never tastes right. I normally go to the hall road location or the New Baltimore location, but traveling around for work I stop at this one periodically. My frozen coffee never tastes right.

I called this morning and spoke with a extremely nice lady on the phone to place an order of two large boxed coffees for this morning to pick up. She was so nice on the phone, it was an extremely easy pick up through the drive through and the coffee was ready and hot when I picked it up! Extremely happy with their customer service and how easy it was to place the order!

Nice clerks yes. Good food prep no. I asked for a strawberry banana freeze and received a strawberry freeze, because they didnt have bananas AT NOON on Sunday. I asked for a plain bagel with cream cheese and well just take a look at the photo I include. There is perhaps half a teaspoon of cream cheese on it. Its so transparent it looks like butter instead. I have one or two cheat meals per week and chose this as one of them. Very disappointed with the meal I was served and this was my first visit at that. FYI there is a grocery store with bananas in stock within sight of this Biggby location.

First timer. I have to report, I ordered 2 bagels with cheese and was actually able to see through to the bread. There wasnt a half teaspoon of cream cheese on each of the bagels. Very unhappy when I got home to see this. I would suggest checking your order before leaving store or drive thru.

Turkey havatri slaps, js. I dont think there is a tea latte I dont like. I switch the milk with oat milk tho. I go fairly often and drive thru is rarely more than 3 cars long.

I just drove 20 minutes to the Madison Heights location to get iced coffees. Since moving here from out of state, its been hard finding good local coffee. Yall are legit. I love the oat milk option. Donut holes are deeelicous. The ladies working were super nice and our drinks were made to perfection. Will definitely be back!!!

Extremely nice and friendly service but... times like these it’s probably be a good idea to have people wear gloves and not hand off my coffee holding the top of the cup. I’ve been a server and GM of a restaurant and it’s always been a pet peeve of mine when people hold the top of a glass. It’s even more important not to be doing that now.

The last few times I went to this biggby they just offer one or two options of brewed coffee ☕️ I’m not sure if they are trying to save money or what but any other biggby’s that I’ve been to they have about five or six different flavor selections at all times

I paid $6+ for a large speciality coffee. It had no flavor. I tasted the cardboard from the cup more than anything. They gave me a buy one get one free coupon. I would rather just pay for 1 good one. Two stars as they were really friendly but what a shame to have to represent lousy product.

I really like the turkey havarti bragel & the frozen lattes, but this location is superrrr slow & if I order through doordash, more often than not my order is wrong. I ordered a latte made breve, which means made with heavy cream instead of milk. I literally got a cup of heavy cream with ice. The baristas here are really nice though

I love BiggsBy I’m not going let this experience deter me from my favor place however this place and the manager Rochelle really disappointed me 1st off I get scheduled only one to today days a week while in training so wasn’t really in training that long fast forward on my birthday I was fired for not catching on fast enough first off I’m only scheduled one to two days a week than when I called the manager Rochelle to get a explanation she hangs up in my face unprofessional don’t work here I think they are prejudice against African Americans thinking about call the NAACP on this company

I know we are all learning how to deal with new protocols due to covid-19...I would be alot more understanding if a mistake was made but this wasnt a mistake. Employees masks are hanging from multiple employees ear while they are speaking over my iced coffee as they make it. The mask isnt protecting your customers or employees if they are not being worn! What is the point? Paid for my coffee and left it there for your employees to enjoy. I will not be back!

I am having a hard time drinking my coffee. Taste kinda burnt. I live really close n finally decided to try this place. I will drive the extra mile for Tim Hortons or just drink my house coffee before I ever walk in here again. We got 2 really big cups and Im surely not drinking mine.

Their phone number doesnt work & I ordered a Super frozen snow mint mocha, at first they made a hot drink then just gave me a mocha. This biggby is always so slow & messes up my order all the time. Get a working phone & better employees that know how to handle a rush.

I’ve been a diehard Tim Hortons fan for decades. You’ve won me over. I called the location I’ve been going to see if they sold their coffee by the pound. I’m sure they’re busy but they answered my question and they were especially polite. Excellent work, and I will see you tomorrow.

I ordered a caramel marvel with an extra pump of syrup and it taste like they added an extra shot of espresso. I also ordered a plain bagel toasted with 2 cream cheese on the side and received an everything bagel with little cream cheese on it and the bagel was burnt. Tried to call 4 times today and its a cell phone without voicemail and I did not get an answer. Very disappointed. Paid over $7 for something that I did not order, nor would eat or drink.

They never disappoint, in the fact that they ALWAYS disappoint. Every single time I go here, something in my order is messed up. I only go because its so close to my house. They consistently put cheese on our sandwiches despite repeated requests not to, due to a bad dairy allergy. Asked for a 20 oz drink, got a 16 oz. Asked for an extra shot, it tastes like theres no espresso at all. And on and on. A different problem every time.

The baristas here are always so fun and energetic! They know their drinks, and a great at making them. Its always clean inside and outside of the store. Only downfall is the price for a cup of tea! I rarely go here cause its so pricey!

It was a nice quaint & quiet spot to go to. It is the average coffee shop. I think there coffee slushee is good. I think there reg coffee is kinda just that. It is exspensive for there average hot coffee.

Very friendly staff: they are welcoming and kind but also quick and skilled. I have a dairy allergy and they have always been careful to avoid cross-contamination. The menu is good. Definitely go for a chumpkin charger... Way better than Starbucks PSL

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru line today because some machine wasnt working so I was late for an appt. I didnt get to drink my coffee right away and found that the order was wrong!!! I oaid over $4.00 for something I didnt order!I called back to speak to a manager, and there was none available. The same girl that screwed up my order, Im very good with voices, then gave me a phone number for the manager. I called that number and there was no one there that went by the name I was given and did not work at Biggby Coffee!!I guess this gal thought it was all a joke, so I hope the owner or manager will think its funny when people stop going there and it closes like the one at 13 Mile and John R.

So-so coffee, at best. unsanitary employee practices (without gloves, an employee sneezed a handful and then proceeded to touch coffee carafe, our cups, more. We walked out) ugly, cheap and plain environment and lighting. Inexpensive low-class atmosphere. It isnt Starbucks by a long long longshot. No way, no sir, no maam. Nuh-uh. Save yourself the trouble, and perc. a better cup at home!

Went to get my usual, Carmel Marvel, extra shot of espresso and extra Cool Whip. Now, I know that I need to start ordering something else, and I wil,l as soon as I get over my Carmel Marvel addiction. Man, that stuffs just GREAT!!!

Typing this as I am pouring out my drink. My drink orders kept getting mixed up and as someone who is lactose intolerant, I cant be flexible in that area. I will miss the girls there and the friendly staff but my stomach cant handle it anymore.

I ordered 4 drinks from this establishment. I wanted two 20oz and 2 24oz. The lady taking my order through the drive threw barely spoke english and the manager got mad when I said the sizes were wrong saying I changed them. Then to add on, all the drinks I got taste bland. The two frozen ones taste like ice with no flavor and the two with shots of expresso had no taste of coffee in them which makes me believe they never put it in. I will not be returning and advise everyone to go to any other Biggby. This one is absolute trash.

I am not a fan of Biggby but I took my Grandchildren to get a gift card and of course they wanted something while we were there, my granddaughter and I had hot chocolate and it was delicious.
