These guys are one of the last remaining quality service centers I would recommend. They shoot you straight, they value their customers, and they go the extra mile every time Ive needed maintenance or new tires. Example; I rolled up to the shop entrance in a wheelchair a few years back and at the time had a difficult time getting in to the building. They of course made all necessary accommodations that day (which isnt very common at most places unfortunately), but whats even more impressive is that the next time I came in for new tires I noticed that they had poured a brand new concrete ramp at the entrance, and without (to my knowledge) anyone ever mentioning ADA. Wow! Just good people, period.

Hours were listed wrong on the website, I showed up at 5:05 and couldnt get my car back.

Really bad experience. Very nice over the phone. “Sure bring the car in, we will look at it for you”. Even offered a ride home as it is my only car. Showed up and basically was told they would charge me to look at it but better to bring it to a dealership very rudely that it seemed they were incapable of fixing it. I have never been treated so badly that I left in tears. Use to get my tires there but never again. So incapable they gave me a number for another shop. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone even if they were giving tires away. Be careful who you trust with your investment. Cars are not cheap.

They have a great tell. Honest advice, fast service, quality results, and great products. Thats a winning combination. Not just tires, I trust them with my oil changes and other maintenance. Rotate and balance your tires when you change your oil and your tires will last longer and perform much better!

Friendly staff and great work. Price was comparable to Sams Club with much better service. Id rather pay Superior Tire a few dollars more than go to Sams for a 3-5 hour wait while being treated like they are doing me a big favor to let me buy their tires.

Good people here. On a recent road trip, they let me in at closing time to fix a rubber shield that was scraping the street, no charge, but with a smile & a wave. Made my day & helped us have a safe trip home. Thank you!

Went to superior recently to see about a tire that had a leak. Essentially they told me it couldnt be fixed and I needed new tires all around. I knew I probably needed tires but I was hoping to squeeze a few more miles out of my old set. I got a quote for a new set and I decided to shop around. Long story short, I ended up going to Sams which is a lot less convenient but a good bit less expensive. I wanted to give Superior the business but I ended up with better quality tires than the set they quoted for a few hundred less. Tires aside, they installed a part in my engine for me and they did quick, excellent work. Ill definitely go back.

Quality work.... Surprise pricing fixing flats and other charges after work completed...Always confirm price with this company and let them know to not do extra work...You may have extra charges when you pick up your vehicle..

Fair people. Always try to get it fixed in time and reasonably priced. Brought several cars in for work and maintenance. Brought wifes car in for trouble shooting and didnt charge me anything even though the problem wasnt occurring at the the moment.
