I stopped in to grab a couple of items and while I was there I asked the pharmacist if they carried a product called working hands that if they did I wouldnt have to make another stop. The pharmacist stopped what she was doing to look it up and told me that she didnt think they carried it but could have it in the morning. Then came out to check the area it would be in . Reiterated that she could have it by morning. Thats what I call going above and beyond. To help satisfy a customer. Thanks Winn Dixie

Store was clean, staff was really nice, produce looked amazing, meat looked beautiful and selection was not bad...I want to come back! And will most likely refer other people to come shop here. It was a pleasant experience.

I love how they have carts for my little one. It makes shopping fun.

My problem is really about the pharmacy. I went to purchase syringes, I always have trouble locating them. The pharmacist refused to allow me to purchase even one, even when I told her what it was for. She said I had to go to the place I had my prescription at, which was out of the size of needle I needed. When I asked why, I was told theres a national needle shortage... no, really??? Im aware of that, thats why I was trying to purchase a needle!!!!!

Wide variety of food and produce. Has what I need. The meat selection is great. The lines can be long at the busiest times. Overall its a good grocery store. I go here often.

I dont shop Winn-Dixie very often but I do like the flowers available at this location. Im going out of town this week so I decided to stop in and purchase flowers and a card for my wife. The individual working the flower department was abrupt, discurteous and just plain mean. I went to the customer service desk to see if there was maybe someone else that could assist me. I was told there was no manager in the store and nobody seemed to know how to assist me. I wont go back.

My experience was the most disturbing event in Winn Dixie ever! I live in Hammond La. But i visited my Son in Covington La. 10/24/21 Yesterday. I Decided to shop at the store at Hwy.59 Covington. I bought about 65.00 dollars of items.and chose to go through self check out, which dont like to, but the lines were pretty long! So i used my rewards and the register when scanning my items kept messing up the young lady had to keep resetting it and the register in front of me was doing the same. So i checked my receipt before i left. And my Wesson oil rang up regular price $5.29 was supposed to be $ 369 i went to the lady that was running the self check out line. She told me to come back tomorrow, she wasnt going to take care of my purchase, So i went to customer service and another young lady said to come back tomorrow, they were to short handed to come back tomorrow. By then I was so frustrated and explained, where i live and i wont go back, and im not going to be able to go to Hamminds store,and how this was way to much for me to buy your Winn Dixie s product that is on sale!! So i asked for a manager 3 or 4 times! The young lady said there was no manager in the store at that time. So i said one time either some one gives me the correct price for the oil, or I want my money back! Because Winn Dixie is stealing from me! She snatched the receipt out of my hand,went to customer service and refunded me, my $5.29 cents, Now was all that necessary??? NO! I SHOP WINN DIXIE ALOT! BUT IM TIRED OF THIS, AND I AM A NICE LADY! IT CAN BE FRUSTRATING, WHEN THE PRICING IS WRONG HAPPENS OFTEN. BUT NOT LIKE YESTERDAY, THAT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!

Super big store, huge variety of products you cant find at other stores. And I love the 2 thick pork chops they keep at the meat counter. They are awesome to marinate and smoke at 225 degrees for 2 1/2-3 hours until they reach 145 degrees. Marinate is 1 quart apple juice, 1/4 cup kosher salt, 1/4 cup dark brown sugar, 2tbspns molasses, marinate over night. Totally juicy, flavorfully, just incredible.

One of my favorite stores to do grocery shopping. Great selection and my favorite, self check out.

The employees were nice and helpful, but I would never shop there since the prices are too high . Walmart is way cheaper.

Ive been shopping here for years. Store tends to be clean. Pricey if you dont opt into their rewards program (which they use to gradually up the prices on things you buy.) Some good deals on meats discounted near their expiry date.Recently, things we buy regularly have been out of stock for weeks (or months.) I know there are distribution problems these days, but theres no excuse when it comes to SE Grocers products (the house brand.) The cashiers should stop asking if I found everything I was looking for, since theres nothing they can do when I say, No, not for weeks now.Wasnt crazy about the hand-written conspiracy comments on a covid info sheet near the bathrooms/staff area a while back, particularly as an at-risk person.Most cashiers are clearly unhappy (and sometimes too busy socializing with one another,) but once in a while you get a good one. Baggers tend to be friendly and helpful.Recently I was flatly ignored at the lunch counter--even after eye contact was made with 2, different people. The first actually turned her back and walked away.One of the cart guys never responded to my greetings--maybe hes mad because I always return my cart to the store? I dont greet him anymore, at any rate.The last time I got genoa salami from the deli, it had gone bad in just a couple of days. The entire half a pound went in the garbage.On the plus side, the pharmacy and its staff are always friendly, helpful and efficient. Same for the meat guys and the fish counter.I have no doubt that many of the employees do NOT get paid enough for what theyre doing (particularly during the covid pandemic.) I work in customer service, myself, so I know it when I see it.

Absolutely a dream to shop at Winn Dixie! Love the employees and their knowledge of the product placement and details of various items! Deli, bakery, and seafood are all incredible!

Come on guys... How can these big chain stores let this slide??? This is way more serious than people seem to think. Clean the MOLD up from your store... For not only for your customers sake, for your employees that work in this for 8 hour a day... If it looks like this from the floor, I hate to see what it looks like above this drop ceiling...

I have always been loyal to Win Dixie but now the prices are much higher. I still go in there for some things because of convenience over Walmart. However, what really aggravates me, and the reason I only gave them a 3 rating, is because the employees can never, ever help you find something. They dont even try to help. Sometimes they just shrug their shoulders and say they dont know. Unbelievable!!

Asked if I needed help loading in my vehicle. I didnt. After shopping in Slidell so long and rude people in Walmarts it was refreshing. I know where Ill be shopping and dont have to go to Keesler anymore. Thanks Winn Dixie. Sometimes worth paying more.

Found my large pack of Bounty towels that I have not been able to find. That was a plus. But, was not happy that not only one but two people handed my bags. The cashier filled it, handed it to the bagger, who put it in my basket.. I like to bag my own at this point in the pandemic. Otherwise great selection. More organic veggies than in the past.

Winn-Dixie always has the best deals great prices. This store specifically is always decorating for the seasons or holidays. I love the cafe inside perfect spot for lunch. I definitely recommend this store for their customer service. Friendly and Active

If you ask for help from someone, they tell you oh thats not my department or tell you I have no idea where its at. Also have been told Im off the clock cant help you sorry. Very rude employees.

Great store with nice people

Went there to pick up a few last second food items and came across this very awesome lady, sweet and talkative as can be, serving samples of peppermint martinis. Yum! This is the only way to shop, sampling high end alcoholic beverages. Cant wait to get back and sample more beverages!

I work as a front end associate, meaning that I do bagging and carts. And I have never been so disgusted by how I get treated. I was starting to get heat exhaustion and I asked to go work in the air conditioning bagging and was told no, plus the personal manager told me that the job wasnt for me, bc I got sick in the heat and blamed me for not being in the last month even though they told me not to come in until I had a doctors note. Also I had a fever of 102.5 after they refused to let me go in so I didnt get sick. If youre a customer its great, but not as an employee

I just love shopping the sales at Winn Dixie. But my favorite thing to buy there --- Rotisserie Chicken Salad from the deli. Winn Dixie makes the best tasting Rotisserie Chicken Salad of all the stores around St. Tammany. In my experience, it lasts well best the sell by date printed.And if youre lucky enough to get there when their hotline is just cooked, its very delicious!

Nothing like a good place to shop with good pricing

Prices are good. Sales are good. Great location near the highway. Cashiers are friendly quick. Plenty of room to get shopping carts up and down aisles. Staff is knowledgeable of the product and where it is located.

I got a bounce in my step as I walked in the door. The store was very inviting & clean. Everything just seemed so fresh. Employees were friendly & helpful.
