Went in this store immediately was told that I needed a mask. She said I could take one. Over ten employees working standing around. I asked the same girl for a charger.She said so and so could help me no idea who he was lol. Went back to the chargers area and a guy helped me. Probably the same guy she was talking about.I guess they have different greeters and people that can assist with purchases.

If you ever have to come here for a technical issue (UGH), I hope you have the fortune of having Ahmeen. Occasionally, my low expectations of present-day customer service are redeemed. He took my sons new MacBook and shipped it right out to get a host of issues hopefully ironed out. He was such a pleasure and so helpful in diagnosing the issues to hopefully get fixed for the fast approaching fall semester. Thank you, Ahmeen!!

Worst retail experience I’ve had in a long time.I knew what I wanted, just a simple charging cable. (I’ll leave out the part about how annoyed I am about the new USBC connector) I had the item in hand, AND NO IDEA HOW TO PAY FOR IT. Other than a greeting when I entered, there was no other interaction with a salesperson. I reshelved the item, and departed. Again, not a single interaction on my way out. Everyone working here needs better customer service training, ASAP.

I dropped my macbook air off for a screen repair last thursday after coming to the store two time previously becuase i needed a gaurdian signiture, okay. came with gaurdian to drop off was told to wait in the back, took 30 minutes for someone to take my macbook in,they didnt even need a guardian signiture they just needed my signniture, charged me 500 dollars for a screen repair. was told it would take about 5 days for it to be ready for pick up. now its sunday the 24th and still not ready for pick up. unbeliveable

Went to the Apple Store at Sagemore for issues with my phone. Stevie helped me and she was absolutely amazing! She was so respectful, personable and so very helpful. I felt like I was working with a friend. Would highly recommend this store. Ask for Stevie!!

Was on the phone with Coustmer service supervisor talked to me for close to 45 minutes told me that she had and appointment with me set up for the 4th to come in and get a replacement since I have been paying for insurance for a year + and my phone is been dropping calls left to right and the speaker was shot and they wanted to have me pay to fix it to it went from a free replacement to fixing it and paying because the apple rep says he ran a software on it that told him my phone was fixable smh 2021 a software told him the phone was fixable but the Coustmer with them for years with the unsatisfying iPhone 11 that’s explained to them multiple times the phone is been acting this way it’s nothing new ever since the insurance sent me this phone I have been having problems left and right SMH😂

Went today because my daughter’s macbook air screen cracked on its own. I told her that this issue has been happening to some other users already and mentioned a forum in apple/reddit and even apple admitted it. She said that the damage is not covered by warranty and insinuated we caused the damage. Quoted $480.00 to repair the screen even if the item is still under warranty and we had nothing to do with the damage. I told her that this is a case of flawed design, hence a product defect. Told me that if i do not want it to be repaired at the cost that was quoted, I should leave. Good thing that there was a staff that was emphatic with our situation. But i really felt that the manager was rude. I did not appreciate her blaming us with the damage as if we are going to waste our time going there just to make up stories.

IPhone 13 day..... 1st IPhone. This Apple store did not live up to the reputation Apple has in retail. I pre ordered my 1st Iphone, upon arrival they had two lines for check in and no one to greet you. After waiting for a rep to check me in I was sent to the other line. Where I was asked the same questions as the first line. Check in was pointless as they took people by a que line not check in times. Upon receiving proper welcome by my rep she was handed a open Iphone box to give me, I thankfully spotted this and requested a sealed unit. Accessories, this is inventory management 101. Can I have a screen protector fitted No we sold out really? Yes they actually sold out and didnt order enough to match the number of guaranteed sales through pre order. I left feeling like they didnt really care or go above and beyond like I was promised by Apple. A lot of money no service.

I brought my macbook in because it wouldn’t reboot and Kim one of the Apple genius techs took it for two days and it’s working perfectly ! You guys even cleaned off my little sauce stains I had on it 😭 lol thank you so much ! I knew I was going to have to buy a new computer but nope ! Thank you guys again for saving a nursing student lots of money . I will always shop at this location ❤️

Bought and went there to pick up two iPads with an appointment, and decided to buy one more iPhone. I was told that this is against policy, need another appointment to come two hours later. Come on Apple!!! Is this your world class customer service? Is this policy written by Apple or the store manager? Instead of spending another minute to sell an iPhone, wasting the customer’s time, and the Apple rep’s time... Was it busy? No. Many reps were hanging around chatting among themselves. Customer is already there, the rep is already engaged with client. Can’t buy an iPhone 😢

Entered the store, told them I just needed to buy an Apple Watch charger and nothing else. They directed me to one of the back tables saying they’d get it to me. I’ve been sitting here now for 15 minutes waiting to pay for a product that’s sitting right next to me on the wall, while 3 employees chat with each other at the front of the store. This is why people are always looking for apple knockoff products….they’re cheaper and you don’t have to go into these stores.

This Apple store has great service. I depend upon them for assisting me with replacements for damaged iPads covered under my schools AppleCare+ plan. They are always courteous and many of them recognize because I’ve visited many times. I appreciate their professionalism, and I am thinking of upgrading my iPhone XR there soon! The plaza has lots if great stores and some restaurants too.

I sat here for 2 hours waiting forever update only to have another employee tell me that there’s nothing apple can do. Some of the staff need to re-think their career choice. I work in IT and it was clear that protocol was being followed without the use of common sense or true customer care. I drove an hour to the store just to have the genius reset my network settings when I clearly explained the issue I was having. No further investigation was taken from their end besides a weak attempt to duplicate the issue. Inherently they have the mindset of onto the next case. I found it much easier and more efficient to deal with Apple on the phone, who quickly addressed and issued a replacement for my phone with no questions asked.I work for a hospital system and depend on my phone for my on-call work, which I stated to him. The issue had already impeded patient care with an important call previously, which I stated. Ive had issues with the network disabling randomly followed by flickering on and off, and I know its unrelated to the access points Im connected to. From my experience I can clearly identify it as hardware failure, potentially the Wi-Fi module being damaged or defective. I had a strong sense that he didnt believe me, as he talked me thru resetting my network settings and sent me on my way. Low and behold my phone is experiencing the same issues at work yet again this morning.Hopefully the genius that handled my case yesterday reads this so he can see the cascading effect of poor customer service. You failed at your job and and had I not had my backup device with me today this issue would have certainly impeded patient care.Next time a customer presents an issue please dig a little deeper to both understand their situation and help them. You know just as much as I do that resetting a network setting on a phone isnt always a clear cut fix, especially when the customer states that at the counter. Its just a gesture to get that person out of your store as youve done everything you could. Also, please take a little more faith in a customer that pays $150 for apple care plus. What good is a warranty if the customer service representative wont honor it.I will never use this Apple store again for my needs.

Its Apple. What can you say. Not always happy about how proprietary they are but it goes without saying they have excellent products. Maybe just as important is the great customer service you get not only at the store but online or telephone. That seems so refreshing in a world where it seems many companies clearly dont care about how difficult their representatives are!Thank you Apple.

Extremely well organized, given the impacts of the epidemic. Had to wait outside in 90 degree heat for a short time, but everyone cooperated and made the best of it. No masks violate my rights types.Advice: MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE BEFORE YOU GO.Kudos to Apple for handling traffic in a safe, controlled manner.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited outside in the cold rain for a watchband that I was told by “the manager” 2 days earlier was there and that all I have to do is show ID and someone would bring it out. Dealt with the ignorant security outside who said that wasn’t going to happen and go wait in line. 45 minutes later I get inside only to be told it wasn’t there. After arguing for another 15 minutes with the associate insisting it wasn’t there, it miraculously appeared right behind her where it was the whole time. Didn’t have to sign for it or anything! It could have literally been brought out like I was told without standing 20 deep in the rain like an animal!PSApple screwed up this return 3 times before they got it right

One of the worst customer service experiences I can say Ive had in quite some time. Brought my phone in for repair and was told they needed to order a part to repair it. Never received a call or email as to the status of the part. Called and was told I had to got to Best Buy to get the repair done, 3 weeks after they said theyd ordered the part. Waited at Best Buy for 30 minutes to just sign in, told it would take another 2-3 hours to repair, went home and on the way Best Buy called and asked me to call back. Called back and sat on hold for well over 20 minutes never to have anyone pick up the phone. Tried to contact Apple to complain, good luck finding anyway whatsoever to register a complaint. Ive got multiple Apple products and frankly, after this type of service experience, Im likely to never purchase another one again.

I accidentally made an apple appointment at the wrong location that I was not comfortable going to due to COVID-19. I asked apple if they could switch the appointment to another location, which they were not able to do. I called this location and spoke to Nicole. She was not accommodating or understanding at all. She said they had some walk ins available but not many left, and it would not be worth coming over since they are going to likely run out of walk ins. I asked if she would be able to put my name down ahead and that I would be over as soon as possible. She was unable to work with me at all. She refused to put my name down even after explaining that I have a sick mother, and if my phone stops working, I will not be able to get in touch with her. Both her and apple should work on being accommodating to customers in difficult situations due to COVID-19, especially since I have multiple apple products and have purchased apple care+.

I was not allowed to go into the store after buying an iPhone a few day Earlier. All I wanted was a new case and accessories and I was not allowed in the store to look at cases and accessories. I bought an apple watch on september 19th, and I no longer wanted it, it wasn’t what i expected it to be. I called apple sagemore (where i bought it) and explained my situation. The lady on the phone said to make an appointment with the sales team and come drive 40 minutes to this store, just for them to turn me away, and not let me speak with a manager. Simply, i was discriminated against because of my age, they thought that I am just a kid and they basically turned me away and told me there was nothing they could do for me in regards to returning the watch for a full refund, or even just obtaining store credit. Beware of the sales team here, I highly recommend if you plan on buying apple products in person that you go the cherry hill mall location.

I want to start by saying that I have iPads, iPhones, Apple TVs, Airpods, and Apple Watches. I really like Apples services and products, but a particular manager at this store has left a very poor taste in my mouth. She was condescending and sarcastic when dealing with an issue. I shared my experience about this condescending manager and very poor experience with Apple directly and to their credit, they apologized and were very helpful. This experience suggests that she doesnt know much about customer service or repeat business.

BEWARE! BAD SERVICE - WORSE OUTCOME! The so-called “genius” team failed to properly transfer my old phone contents to new phone, and I lost 3000+ pictures and 90+ videos of precious family memories off my phone. The “geniuses” repeatedly assured me that everything would successfully download and proceeded to have me wipe the old phone. The data wasn’t properly checked by 3 different “geniuses” who came by to look at my phone to ensure backup was complete. Don’t trust them if they tell you the rest of your data will continue to download “when you get home”. If I could give negative stars I would.

I went to the Apple Store today to simply buy a phone charger. I saw that there were two Apple employees standing outside talking to customers, which I thought was a little odd. I walked up to the door and the woman said to me, Someone will be with you shortly. I said Oh okay, thats fine and continued to walk into the store. She then stopped me from going in and told me I have to wait outside. Ive been going to this store for many years and NEVER had this happen to me, so I was clearly very confused. She then asked what I needed help with and I just said I needed a phone charger. She called another employee from inside to help me and she just waved me inside, which made me feel like I was doing something wrong and that I cant just go inside and purchase something without being escorted. The whole situation was very bizarre and I probably will not be going back in to an Apple Store after this. I could be ignorant as to why they were doing this, but an explanation would have made me feel better.

My computer is 6 months old and has issues. To resolve, I had to purchased another one while they were fixingmine. They reimbursed me when it came back and it was still not working. They refused to take responsibility. I spent hours on the phone with support and now again, I have the same issue. the manager is till not able to give me a new one. These employees clearly hate working.They admit out loud that if your apple product is malfunctioning they will only factory reset... Uhh thats avoiding the issues. They are also acting as a buffer human to have you call apple support. Waited a week for an appointment, saw a team member this is what I and many others experienced this week. Just stay closed youre being the opposite of helpful. Evaluation of the employees in this particular store from associate to the manager should be looked at. My first negative experience with them was 2-3 years ago when they claimed my iPhone was refurbished but when I brought the original phone case and receipt they had no idea what I was talking about. They made me waste a whole day. The second is more recent is when they claimed to make an appointment for me for the following week but when I called them the day before they did not have me registered.

Terrible customer service and Misinformation provided about screen replacements. This took a call to Apple Corporate to resolve my issue. Honestly I would avoid this store all together and maybe with the lack of traffic it will be closed.You were absolutely no help and I can’t even trust what I’m being told that it’s accurate. Seriously Samsung is looking better and better. No need to reply I’ve handled this issue my self with corporate Customer relations with a shining score of 3.7 that is not something to be proud of.

My computer works, but the employees did not follow/honor the contract I signed to reinstall a hard drive. Before signing, I asked if I could have my old hard drive back.. I was assured I could keep it, and no extra charge for it was discussed nor added to the contract. The original receipt/paperwork showed that it would be $191.50 plus tax for a new hard drive and the labor to put it in - thats it! When I went to pick up my computer, the payment was almost $300 because they wanted to charge me to keep my OWN (old) hard drive! Plus, they updated my computer to the wrong operating system when the operating system that I wanted to go to was clearly seen, in all CAPS, on the contract. The employees were all very nice, but Im really disappointed in the business.

I have to give credit where credit is due. This is probably the one and only Apple store Ive been to that is a actually overstaffed. Ive never waited more than 5 minutes. They are very friendly and dont push you to buy stuff or exaggerate the upsell. They have a decent inventory too for a small footprint.

My experience at the Apple Sagemore, Marlton, NJ was frustrating and unnecessarily inconvenient. Three 45 minute driving trips, First trip, phone tech did not mention that I needed an appointment just told me that I needed to go to the store with my laptop problem. Second trip, (with appt) purchased a new laptop but needed another appointment to fix my old laptop. Third trip, the tech told me that there was nothing he could do (didnt even open the laptop), and that I needed to go Macsultants. I asked why couldnt someone tell me that on my second trip? No answer, blank stare...$2300 later and my initial problem is still not resolved.

Its worth the wait. I walked in without an appointment and waited about an hour to handle a warranty issue for my watch. During that time I observed a few interactions between staff and customers. They displayed such patience and knowledge that made the customers feel at ease while still handling their issue. Naturally it made me feel confident that no matter what my problem was, it would be handled and Id get my watch fixed. My Genius technician was no different and talked me through the whole process. So for those reasons I give you 5 stars and a high five.

Was crowded, had to wait for salesperson. Went over some options with him and decided to purchase 13” Mac Book. He said he did not have it in stock but we could get next model up. Only $300 more plus another $60 for the “dongle” to read SD cards. Really wanted the one with built in SD card reader. Asked him if he could order it. He said 5-6 weeks to order’and ship to me. Could he find it at another store? No. We left. I looked on apple website, in stock can have to me in 2 days express shipping. Also in stock at Best Buy where I will be buying it later today!

I have to be completely honest, I’ve never been to an Apple store. I had forgotten my Apple ID password, and if you’ve done this then YOU KNOW how much of a headache it is. I got completely locked out of my Apple ID account & had to request for account recovery. Well, account recovery can take MONTHS! Long story short I went to get a new phone and the employee at verizon somehow convinced me to get everything from my old phone transferred and that he could “help the situation.” NOPE. So now my brand new iphone is on ACTIVATION LOCK because of my Apple ID. Needless to say, I took the trip from cape may to this Apple store. And thank god I did! They overrided the system and made my phone brand new! Very very happy🤩 You must have your receipt for the phone with the activation lock also***

Today I went in with a few month old phone were my apple headphones that had accompanied the new phone broke inside my headphone jack. Despite the fact the company had recently provided me with this defective product the employee who helped me said the best he could do is completely replace it for $250+. Every time I have ever gone in here with an iPhone issue, no matter what the problem or how new/old my phone is the only solution they have is a full replace for a couple hundred dollars. Waste of time going in here, I dont know how these people get away with the front of being tech support, theyre just there to sell, sell, sell.

My experience was great I went on Black Friday made a very large purchase and the employee who helped me did not hassle me to buy items that I did not need or was useless for me and he explained things very well. It took me a total from entering the store to finish an hour and half thats it. Will shop here again and no traffic jams like the one in the mall.

Went here to have my phone fixed because the battery died quickly. I dont think Ive ever dealt with such great customer service. Right when i walked in i was greeted and they directed me to where i needed to go. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, they even solved my problem quickly. I was in their for a total of 20 minutes maybe less, and they were extremely busy.

I really enjoyed this apple store. it was my first time going here to purchase new iphone’s for me and my sister. they closed the store near us in atlantic city. I really enjoyed my visit here. Our Pro Leroy helped us purchase the phones that we really wanted! his product knowledge was both expansive and refreshing. I can’t thank him enough for making our visit super easy and enjoyable! can’t wait to enjoy our new devices!!
