Switching service or upgrading phones is such a hassle. Thats no surprise, but the associates at T-Mobile Marlton make it fun and easy to get me into a good deal and a awesome phone. Definitely will be returning here to do business. Theyre are very knowledgeable and attentive.

My phone stopped charging suddenly and I brought it in to see what they could do. Within minutes their employee cleaned out my charging port and my problem was solved. I was impressed with their kindness and expediency

This TMobile location doesnt deserve a star at all! But it wont let you leave a review without a star! Worst TMobile store! Customer service is the worst! And Jawa Kamara how you gonna write a fake review when your an T Mobile employee and one of the main reps that have a dont give a dam attitude! I went there the other day to fix my phone and tablet. Alexis couldnt find my tablet on the account and her co worker got the sound on my phone to work. But trying to tell me to upgrade my devices. I went home called customer service they pull my tablet up on the screen and happy to tell you theyre replacing my tablet and phone! Will never go to this TMobile ever again!💯👎

Similar situation as some of the other reviewers. Not only did the reps use misleading sales tactics, but flat out LIED about offers that doesnt even exist. They also set up the wrong plan for my account. If you confront them about it while trying to fix these acts of fraud, they claim that they didnt know. They will do anything to squeeze as much $$$ out of you, and hope you never check your account and realize what is happening.

This place is great. The employees are nice and they dont push you to buy stuff. For T-mobile Tuesday; we got towels and they just gave them to us, and we left.

Very rude customer service. Have an attitude and very condescending atmosphere. We fought with the employee there and left without getting everything we need. GO TO THE OTHER T-MOBILE STORE(S) IN THE AREA for your own good!

Customer service associates are extremely unprofessional and they are sneaky. I was sold a product at this location and went to return it within the 14 days grace period i was turned away and told there is nothing they can do. Stay away from these people there are plenty of other T-Mobile stores in this area, save yourself the time and money.

Terrible store. Huge wait (30 min+) to see a representative to get a plan for an upcoming Europe trip. I get to Europe and it turns out they set me up with the completely wrong plan. Now I’m sitting here spending my entire day fixing it. Most incompetent employees I’ve ever come across. If you have to use T Mobile (which I only did for this Europe trip) definitely find a different location.

Waste of time and clearly tyesha isn’t interested in new customers.. I went in to purchase my daughter a SIM card according to tyesha I’m not allowed too... I explained my kid will be added to a different account and I just needed the card to activate it over the phone she said I couldn’t unless I was starting a line in the store ... smh bye T-Mobile hello Verizon

If youre going to switch from another carrier do your research and dont take the associates word for it. I was promised that I could get reimbursed for both of my phone lines and upgrade one of my phones, all under the get out of the red prpgram. Not the case. I now need to return my upgraded phone, go back to my old phone, process the reimbursement, THEN I can repurchase a new phone. I never would have joined had I known this was the case. Im made whole at the end of the day, financially...but having to visit the store 3,4,5 times and go without my new phone that I had already setup and gotten used to is very frustrating. And the attitude of the store seems to be; youre not out any money so we dont care.. Apparently theres no value placed on wasted time and deceptive practices. Had I been offered a store credit, even for a small amount - I feel as though thats an attempt to acknowledge wrongdoing on their part that would have saved them from a negative review and made me a happy customer.I did speak to the manager and all she said was Im sorry theres nothing we can do for you.

The Customer Service Associate was not helpful at all. In the store I was the only customer and they dont pay attention and was asking help, the person said be right back and disappeared forever! The only stupid store of Tmobile i have seen ever.

EXTREMELY RUDE! We went there at 7:15. The representative complained that we showed up too close to closing time... 8:00!! Didn’t set up my phone right. Was sweating all over the brand new phone! Horrid.
