Came here today because I’m about to put close to 500 miles on my car. Thought I was due for an oil change but they checked it, brought me out to take a look and explained I could actually go another 1,500 miles without needing one. Topped off my fluids and sent me away for no charge. Very cool place with lovely professional people.

Great service from Samantha! Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and even with two other customers ahead of me was able to get out in 45 minutes. Even came back later the same day for my husbands car and they were able to give us a discount! Have been going here awhile will not do my oil changes here again.Second time I was told to change lanes while people in back was able to be serviced first. When finished checked oil and it was over filled by a quart and had to drain to proper level.Also never stopped off coolant even though was charged 15 extra for it.

Very fast, tried to sell other services but thats expected at these places. No biggie. Biggest issue was $100 total for a 6.4QT Full Synthetic change, but it was fast and i didnt have to worry about cleanup at home.

My girlfriend and I took her car to this location for a oil change and for the plugs and wires . When we was there they told us that they had to jump start the car which we have never had to because the battery is in good shape and they also said the starter was acting up which it has never did before .The car was running fine when we took it in but when we left it is acting like it wants to shut off and is sputtering . WTH DID YALL DO TO THIS CAR??? Will NEVER GO BACK THERE NOR WILL HER OR I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Seems like a scam is going on to us . The staff is friendly, that is the only good thing about our experience here .

Polite employees who follow proper COVID protocols. Not pushy, simply give suggestions without obligation. This is a nice change from 20 years ago when you felt like you had to spend $1000 or your car would blow up.

The Covid precautions are weird, but auctually quite interesting. Getting to hear everything they do as they do it and hearing the inspection going on was quite reassuring. Always friendly staff and got me in and out in under 20 minutes. Would highly recommend for your oil change needs.

I went for a oil change and tune up today, The techs there are always so friendly and knowledgeable, They were so friendly and welcoming, I was unable to get the tune up done due to an issue unrelated to any of their work, Their service man Evan really took the time to show me what the issue was and explain what needed to happen.

I told Sami I was driving out of there and going cross country to CA. Never met her before and she was awesome. Watched my dog so I could run to the restroom, and they checked everything well and she asked for my phone number to check on me (I was alone but for my dog). Good value - good people.

Always a great experience filled with laughs from the employees who always seem to make a personal connection with the regular customers. Wayne is my favorite employee at this location and is not pushy with the up sells/extras but will be completely honest on if it is absolutely needed at that time or can be put off till later.. This is probably my favorite Jiffy Lube I have ever used

My visit at this location was great! I have been here for service several times and its always a pleasure. The workers were fast and safe. During the pandemic we are all a bit nervous however they all maintained social distances while providing top notch service. Thanks again!

They refuse service if youre not wearing a mask EVEN though you remain in your vehicle during the entire service! No provision made for a major health condition. This defies logic and the governors order. Common sense is needed people.

Extremely friendly and very understanding of what I wanted done. Since I have off road tires on my jeep i asked them not to touch the psi and they asked me what is the psi for my tires. I told them it was 44psi and they checked my tires and filled them to the level I asked. And they were very quick

Manager on site is great and so is his staff. I went yesterday for an oil change and radiator flush for my Camry. My only complaint is how do you offer a complimentary vacuum but my floors weren’t vacuumed. Only the driver side.

I drove up yesterday afternoon to get my oil changed. Happy to see they were open! I didnt even get out of my car. They had my oil changed and had me on my way in 5 minutes! Awesome.

Had to get my steering wheel fluid replaced it was making noises when I was turning. They hooked my car to a machine that took the old fuid out and then pumped the new fluid in. No more noises...

The first few times I went to Jiffy Lube in Martinsburg WV the service was great. I took it in for an oil change and the technician said that my battery was corroded and needed to be replaced. I saw a grew SUV pull up behind me after I agreed to have my battery replaced for an extra 100.00. The technician, took an already used battery out of the SUV and installed it in my van. The battery turned out to be used and I felt ripped off. I didnt know how to express my feelings and didnt want to go back and make a scene or get in trouble for starting a fight. I am glad that these types of sites are here for the public to view.

I am deaf and the staff was very cordial and patient with my situation. I made 3 visits the same day for multiple vehicles and service was top-notch each time.

Customer service was quick and efficient. I had windows in vehicle tinted the same day at another installer, Jiffy Lube team was very careful not to disturb the new window tint. Good coffee and dog friendly.

Got an oil change and they left my coolant cap half way off. Didn’t notice until my car over heated and coolant pressured out. When I called they said you can dive without a coolant cap and be fine so it’s not their fault. Which makes no sense. Now my car is shot and they refuse to do anything to help.

Somewhat concerned about my services. I had thought oil changes came with fluid fills and tire check as well. When I mentioned tire check to the gentleman working on my truck, he didnt remember if he had or hadnt checked them. (I have 1 tire that runs low). After service I stopped to check tire pressure and as I spoke of.....VERY LOW TIRE. Now Im wondering what else may have been MISSED!

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they dont force additional services on their customers but provide them with the options of additional services. This is the only JL I will ever take my car to locally.

They offer other services that I may have overlooked without trying to push those services on me. I am always pleased with this Jiffy Lube.

Good service and good staff. We have been there multiple times and have never been mistreated. The last time was about 10 minutes total for the oil change. We will keep going back unless they give us a reason not to.

Did not tighten filter, had to have another oil change at Millers Dodge, at my expense

Quick but not 100%. Supervisor checks the obvious but doesnt look over details. At the end of service, checklist says they wipe outside of windows and vacuum. I have never seen them actually do this. Also, holding the vehicle for 1 minute longer and wiping filter again might keep residual fluid from dripping on my garage floor when I get home. This place is good but with 2-3 extra mins (maybe less) of attention to detail and care, they could be excellent.

I am so impressed with the kindness and exceptional customer service I experienced yesterday with this team. I came in for a typical oil change and they were able to find the reason why one of my tires was leaking air. They went the extra mile and literally took me over to where I could get it fixed. I’ve been to this location several times and every time has been great. I highly recommend!

I had the worst experience possible at this Jiffy Lube location. Although the staff was welcoming, the oil change experience was horrific. After receiving an oil change for my 10-month old car, 30 miles down the road my oil filter came off, resulting in all the oil in my engine leaking out. This caused my car to turn off while I was driving and my engine locking up. I had to get a new engine for my vehicle. Thankfully, Jiffy Lube paid for all damages, but this could have been easily avoided if the employees were more diligent. Will not be returning here in the future.

I was told by another tire place that I needed brakes and rotors on my vehicle. I took my car here to Jiffy lube and the gentleman here explained that was not the case. My rotors were not worn at all and all I needed was pads. Thanks Jiffy lube for saving me some money. I will definitely be back there for additional services.

This is a revised review. I visited this place and got my oil changed only to find out a day or two later that they broke or neglected to put the oil change cover door up properly. I took my car back yesterday. The gentleman tried to put it back on. With no luck, he says that he thinks theres a piece missing. He was very nice and courteous. The young lady I guess that was the day manager or whatever she was, was very rude and and confrontational she expected me to be just as sweet as pie when they broke something I tried to ask her if she would be upset if something got broken her newer car. I couldnt even get a word in edgewise because she kept rattling off the mouth, telling me she wasnt going to argue with me when all along thats what she was doing. On top of that I brought back one piece when The technician come back, after trying to put it on he handed the part back to me in pieces. I will never take my car back there again and would advise others to do the same. As it turned out I had someone else fix it there was no piece of missing from it. The technician apparently did not know what he was doing..

Fairly standard oil change & engine flush for my car. All the guys were friendly and competent. The cashier was very nice as well. The customers in the waiting area discussed current affairs and technology.All in all, not a bad way to spend 40 minutes.

Totally impressed with the Jiffy Lube crew on Queen Street.They were courteous, quick and efficient, every one of them. Genuine smiles, engaging personalities - it felt like I had just walked up to a group of my friends.I did not feel like I was being roped into adding additional services and the final cost was very reasonable considering what the Subaru dealer charges.As long as I am living in this area, Im sticking with the Queen Street Jiffy Lube crew. :)

I was having a difficult weekend, and to make matters worse my car needed an oil change. When I pulled in I was greeted by gentleman that immediately was ready to find out what I needed. I asked for an oil change. It was rather busy, and started to rain. When I was about to hop outta the car one of the associates said it was really packed inside that if I would prefer to sit in my car I could and so I did. Once it was my turn they had me step out of the car and head to the lobby of their facility. After only about 30mi. (If that) my car was done. I really appreciated everyones speedy service and their customer service is impeccable. Thank you to everyone at the Martinsburg Jiffy Lube for a great service to my car.

They over filled my oil witch caused my oil pan gasket to blow out... wont be going back there... the employees didnt seem to know much when I was asking them questions about my vehicle... they kinda just stared at each other and shrugged there shoulders...

I was able to get in, get my oil and filter change, and get out in about twenty minutes. In fact, I went to have lunch at the Wendys next door, and they were done when I finished eating. Very friendly and efficient.

My first visit to this JL. I was greeted promptly (even in the rain), invited in to the lobby and too a seat. I was called to the PC to go over my personal info and the service I wanted. 5 minutes later I was paying! The fastest Ive ever gotten in and out of a JL. They even vacuumed with the floor mats wet!! Definitely going back there again!!
