I am 3 hours from this dealership. They were not honest with me like they said they were on the phone.. I get there. the one salesmen was rude and not helpful.. but I still ended up buying it. we made a deal. I get the truck home and it wont even pass inspection. I call them up and all of a sudden I owe them more money even though my paper work checks out. I asked them to fix the stuff. then they just say how about we call it even with the money I apparently owe them. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

They list a truck that I am interested in but I live five hours away. I emailed them a request for more photos and a Carfax report. They did not return my emails. I had concerns about rust on the frame and suspension due to being a snow plow truck.I called them and was given a bunch of excuses as to why they cant take more photos. Its a shame because I really liked the truck and would have paid what they were asking. They couldnt take the time to take a few additional photos but expected me to drive five hours.Aldo the fact that they were not willing to provide a Carfax tells me they are hiding something.Buyer beware

Hospitality out of this world. They worked with my bank and insurance to make sure everything was taken care of. I rode 14 hours to pick up the truck, when I arrived they had everything ready and waiting. They made sure I was satisfied, accommodated for and happy. I would make the trip again to buy another vehicle.

I worked with ward and the owner and found them to be one of the most honest decent used car lots ive ever been too. They went through hoops to get me approved and when i test drove the car 2 O2 censors went out on the test run and they fixed it immediately. I would recommend them to anyone. And on the way home i had a problem with the brakes and with no hesitation they told me no problem it would be taken car of. TOP NOTCH PEOPLE..

Bought a truck from here this past week. Working with kevin was great to get the deal done. Truck needed a few things done to it which they got taken care of plus a few things i didnt expect them to fix. There good people to work with only down fall is communication being that they are busy. But all n all it was a good experience.

Could have been a sale..never again.....2 online apps and told we never received them, went in filled one out was told we will call tomorrow.....still waiting on that call. Glad i didnt waste my time looking to hard here....over a 1 week period you cant even get a call of yes, no, or even a get lost. Lost any business or recommendation from me

This car dealer wont allow you to test drive a vehicle until you have been approved first. What on earth? I have never heard such a thing in my life. We pulled up in a brand new suburban to test drive a work truck and they told us they cant take the liability of a test drive without running my credit first..lol. I could see if I pulled up in a beat up junker, but it was obvious we could afford anything on their lot. Dont waste your time with these idiots.

Just stoped in my wife had her eyes on a escalde come to find out had alot of rust under it so she shifted twords a new surban we had park in a handycap spot my wife suffers from multiple sclerosis and is a brest cancer survivor and had my mother-in-law with us who had a sroke 2 moths ago and my 4 year old was with us two my suprise the owner comes our yelling that we need to move without noticing we have handycap plates threatened to have us towed mind you we were willing to pay cash if need be for the truck needless to say the one great person there helping us was kevin the salesman who lost a sale because his arroggant boss/owner being disrespectful to us!!!!!! Dont be fooled hats off to kevin for the great help and sorry for the poor work enviorment

WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!!!!!Do not sell your vehicle to these people they will give you a terrible rate that’s not even fair and they will ignore you.I spoke to a guy named Kevin, and from the start when we made conversation, his voice sounded like he was not interested in talking to me (no enthusiasm). Nevertheless, I told him I wanted to trade my Camaro lt 2013 for their 07 Avalanche 1500 LTZ. I also told him I buy lots of used vehicles and I wanted to build a relationship with him so they could be my main dealership (loyal customer) which is true. Right away he told me he would give me a quote and let me know ASAP what they want from the car (small talk). Well it took him SO LONG to send me my quote and when he finally did he gave me a rediculously lowballing offer of $10k. Trade value, he also told me the 10k offer is NOT NEGOTIABLE and nothing else and that is the manager orders! And the saddest part of all, they know my car is worth WAY MORE THAN THAT!Mind you, all of this is happening via text because every time I call they ignore me, and I can’t do business texting. I tried contacting Kevin to negotiate the deal but he constantly denies my calls. I also tried contacting the companies main phone # but the phone teller lady constantly told me that the manager was busy or she will have manager or Kevin to contact me and still no one did.How can I do business with you if your giving small talk in text message and constantly ignoring my calls? I even remember him mentioning that he would call BUT NEVER DID. I wasted so much of my time on a deal that never happened...if you would have called me I would have told you that it is okay, I also would have brought the avalanche from you and sold my car elsewhere but that is NOT going to happen.Congratulations! You just lost a loyal customer just like that. Not even because your people are professional LOWBALLERS, but because you just love to ignore your customers and Waste time that they do NOT have.MY HAPPY ENDING:Later that day after all this bafoonery, I took my car to CARMAX, and sold it there instead for thousands more I do that is their loss and my gain and I will also be buying an avalanche from another dealership tomorrow lol thanks for ignoring me!!! :)Beware everyone, These people are unprofessional and expert lowballers and I do NOT recommend these con men to anyone!!!!!!Be careful and also be mindful!!!

Stay away !!!!!! They wont let you test drive with out coming to an agreement first. Totally ridicules! I would never even talk about buying a car until i test drive it. Watch out for the 2005 Ram Cummings. The door locks dont work. When i asked about it he seemed like he was hiding something.
