Husband and I are visiting relatives from Oklahoma, and I noticed I had forgotten some of my powders! Stopped in because of my daughter in law’s recommendation. Was not disappointed! Very nice young man helped me find a few things, and made me feel like I wasn’t an old lady! I would put him in my pocket and take him home if I could! Very nice girl at the checkout counter helped me to understand the questions! Sure wish these two were closer to home! Couldn’t catch the names of the two very nice people, didn’t see any name tags. Boy with beautiful long hair and a nice young lady with tattoos! Thanks for all the help!

The store was bright and spotless, and the ladies there were attentive and very kind! We got tarte concealer, too faced foundation, and the James Charles palette--all of which is fantastic quality with great pigments. :) It was a fun stop on a day of errands.

All the staff is always very friendly but I go specifically for the brow bar to see Christi. She is an eyebrow magician. This Ulta is a bit further for me but its worth it to see Christi! The girl knows her brows! I also just like her as a person, super nice and genuine! Every single time I leave my eyebrows are flawless!

I had my eyebrows tinted and waxed by Christi and I am so amazed because I am loosing brows due to my pregnancy. She made them look so good I will be back again and again. On May 9th the door was still opened to the public. Apparently the store was supposed to be closed, but noone bothered to shut the door so customers knew about it. The person in the cash wrap, a white lady with dark hair and glasses was extremely rude and started to shout out lame reasons about why she couldnt lock the door earlier. Which we as customer dont care about the reasons, we are not there for that. I hope someone who actually knows about retail, tells hers that if customers walk thru your doors you have to take good care of them or at least be gracious and let them know like, hey we are closed or at least if the person is already inside let them shop quickly and at that very moment go ahead and close your doors. Once again Im in shock of the lack of customer service shown by that lady at the cash wrap on May 9th around 6ish!

I had some of my hair dyed pink today (I have very dark, very curly coiled hair) and I absolutely love it! Bryanna was amazing, and made me feel so comfortable and I am extremely satisfied with my hair. They follow covid restrictions very well. Super happy with my visit today!!

Friendly staff, a lot of choices, can be pricey but you get what you pay for. They also have a good return policy.

After having a poor experience a couple years ago, I decided to try Ulta again. I am so glad I did! I went in for a salon visit with Jennifer. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful and knew exactly what I wanted (even though I didnt). I did not consult with anyone else in other departments but the cashier in the front of the store was also very friendly. I cant wait to visit again!

I needed a new stylist and booked an appt with April for hair color. She is amazing and did an excellent job! The pic I showed her matched my result to a T! She explains what she is doing and also offers good tips for hair care. I highly recommend April you wont be disappointed!

I love the salon here. Amanda is amazing. She has been doing my hair, and my childrens, for a few years now. Shes very knowledgeable and sweet. Listens to what you want and does it. Shes great. Even with finicky teens.

This was my first time in an Ulta beauty and I got a haircut, picked out some great cosmetics and found a really nice cologne. I was very impressed by the amount of mens cosmetics and haircare. I dont wear makeup but these people really got me interested in looking at some of the new products released in the store. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly!! Great for having work done for your whole bridal party!!

This was my 2nd time here. It is a bit pricey, but it is well stocked and employees are knowledgeable and are there to help.

I will NEVER go here again! I have NEVER been made to feel so unwelcome in a store. No one greeted me or my husband. NO ONE TALKED TO US AT ALL! No one asked if we needed help. Employees avoided eye contact. We were in the store for 1/2 an hour, other people who walked in after us got helped, we were left to wander the aisles. You never have a second chance to make a first impression... Your employees blew it! I will take my money else where, and never return to ANY Ulta! This will reflect in my next YouTube review.

I want to take a moment to brag on one of the employees at your store named Sarah. I have come in a few times looking for a new moisturizer. The first time I wasn’t offered help, which was fine, but I was overwhelmed by the number of options and ended up leaving and not purchasing anything. I did a bit of research online and came back. This time, someone approached me and offered help but when I told them what I was looking for they named a few products, pointed me in a general direction and let me do my own thing. Also fine, but I still had no idea what I wanted and ended up leaving again without purchasing anything. The third time I came in I had 2 products in mind to look at but was thinking I was likely going to end up going to Sephora and purchase Tacha. As soon as I came in, Sarah greeted me and asked if she could help me. Assuming this experience may be like my others I told her I wasn’t sure and that I was looking for a moisturizer and was kind of thinking one of two different products. Rather than saying, okay and walk away since I had found the 2 products I came to sample, Sarah gave me a knowledgeable overview of the two and began to ask me specific questions about my skin and what I was looking for in a moisturizer. She was amazing! To my surprise, Sarah ended up helping me to find the perfect moisturizer for my skin, which happened to not be either of the two that I came to look at. This saved me from purchasing, trying, and bringing back an opened product which I HATE to do. Sarah wasn’t pushy about product purchase or what I selected she was very genuine and simply wanted to help me find the perfect product for my skin. I wanted to take the time to recognize her for being so awesome. Thank you, Sarah!

Just got home from an amazing experience! Had a great make-up artist Sean Stewart help my friend and I pick out the right foundation, eye brow pencil, etc. He did my makeup and I felt like a movie star! He was so nice, took his time and with out a doubt made my experience a great one! So happy and will com back just to see him!!!!

Today I had the most pleasant experience I have ever had in an ulta store because I had such a helpful, informative and friendly sales consultant named Sarah. She not only helped me find a great skin care line but she also helped my mom find one! We were amazed by how well she knew her products especially Clinique skincare. She demonstrated such a professional and helpful demeanor & her product recommendations were spot on. Definitely 10/10 experience & would highly recommend going in to the store while Sarah is working. She should be promoted for the amount of passion, hard work & kindness she displayed toward me and my mother!

My first visit here and was very pleased with the selection of items offered. The prices of most everything is very reasonable. The store was crowded but I had an easy time moving around without bumping into anyone. Though no one asked me if I needed help finding anything.

I bought the wrong color foundation due to it being in the wrong slot. Didn’t notice until it was time to use it when my old foundation ran out. Didn’t have the Receipt since I always get the same color foundation and figured they could just do a store credit like every other store. Nope! The foundation is around $42 and they were only willing to give me .77cents for it!!!! Brand freaking new!!!!!!! This is ridiculous. Seriously!!!

Large selection but when I asked about a hair product they took me to a $30 gel and when I said that was too pricey she said if I wanted something that worked that was the price and I asked again and she showed me a $7.99 product if I wanted cheap. I really wanted something in-between.

Tonight was my first visit to Ulta’s hair salon. I made an appointment last night online, it was a breeze. I didn’t know anyone who worked there so I let Ulta choose the stylist for me. My stylist was Jeffrey. I was greeted by Jeffrey and he took me right to his station on time as scheduled. He asked what I wanted. I showed him a picture from Pinterest. He took a look at it and talked about it with me to make me understand where this would make my shortest layer and longest layer. He took a decent chunk off of my hair right away. Then he took me back to get my hair washed. He took his time, didn’t rush and provided a fantastic scalp massage. I felt so refreshed after this since my scalp has seen better days. I can say that this was the first hair cut in many years (I don’t go often at all because I’ve had such poor experiences, could very well be my fault for choosing styles that aren’t for me) that I left pleased with the results. He even styled it like I wanted it. Which almost never happens. He took his time the entire time and I could tell was particular and wanted my hair to be perfect. I can say that I have found my stylist now! I had been going maybe once every two to three years to get my hair cut. I will now book with Jeffrey and get my hair cut more often. Thank you Ulta and Jeffrey for making a usually stressful experience for me pleasant.

I am always greeted by several employees as soon as I walk in the door. Theres never been a time that I have gone in there that nobody has offered to help me. I love the store! I also take my daughter there to get her eyebrows shaped and waxed and they do a great job, very friendly!

All I have to say about this is horrible! I come from the city in Washington DC and it’s well kept than this store. I walked in and no one greeted me no employee to be found ! I get it it was about to close but when I went to the counter to ask for help and opinion for best mascara I got a rushed answer not even a good selection, also the store was very disorganized and comming from the city it’s a lot cleaner . But each employee is different.

This is a beauty store, I expect them to upsell you and try to get you to buy more than what you may need. However I dont expect them to tell you to not bother shopping here because make up cant help you.Sephore has no problems providing me with my make up needs.

Love Ulta! However, I went there to get my wedding makeup done, and it was horrible.The lipstick wasnt even done right. I kept telling her what to do because it honestly didnt look like she knew what she was doing. She wouldnt have done my eyebrows if I didnt say anything because she said they already looked fine: Such a snarly.....sarcastically rude lady. I went in there with a picture of a makeup look and got something completely different. The girl in the picture had very similar features so I knew it could work, because I understand that some people have different eye shapes and whatnot but I made sure to find a picture with someone who had my type of eyeshape. I have never written a review for anything but this one was worth it. Also, I had my hair done at some other place, and my curl had gone flat, so I asked the lady if she can just recurl the one strand (just one) of hair because I was supposed to be at the church for my wedding at that moment and could not go back home to fix it. Yeah, she was about to charge me $20 for that, but luckily, I had said something and she changed it to $10. My appointment was at 2pm, but she started at 2:30.....therefore making me late to my wedding by the time she got done. Im okay with being late, but because the makeup wasnt even worth it, thats where it becomes a bit upsetting. I believe she was the salon manager. Shes probably amazing at hair, but definitely not makeup.

This place is a little pricey, but I go there to shop for my wife and daughters and the staff is so helpful. I think they take pity on me because Im so lost. They off-set retail pricing with a ton of available coupons.

Services is horrible. No one comes up to you and ask if you need help. I have been there twice and have not received any help after being there for over 10 minutes. Shouldnt have to hunt down help when employees walk back. Very disappointed.

Worst Ulta I have ever visited,would rather have gone to Hagerstown to shop in order to hopefully to get some customer service. I did get the item i wanted at the store,it was in stock which is why I gave 2 stars because I got what I came for,(nobody in the store greeted me or offered to help) I will go out of my way to avoid this store in the future,I would order on line before I would go to this store again.

I know we collaborate on what i want but you are the one who makes ie happen and i wanted to let you know that your work is appreciated!

Was rudely followed around the store by the workers after i accidentally dropped a foundation that an employee had to clean up. I felt very uncomfortable and the situation was handled much less than professional i wont be back.

I have shopped at ULTA for years and the past few times I have been in Ive encountered the rudest associate. Actually I believe the title was Prestige Manager. She was condescending to me when I asked for help. But the topper was when I overheard her talking about other coworkers. Im sorry ULTA but this is a horrible representation of your store.

Was in the store for 30 mins and no one helped, said hello or anything. A staff member actually bumped into me and still said nothing. Had someone actually said something to me then I would have spent more money. Also, the store was not very well kept.
