Never getting business from me or anyone I know. Gave him my father in laws moped to try and fix...keyword is TRY. Never in all my life have I been treated that bad from a business person who obviously doesn’t take criticism well. By the way didn’t fix the problem because everyone knows Covid has delayed many things. So I understand why it was taking so long. This is the part that gets me... if a customer gives you a running working battery that has a receipt that says it was just purchased for wouldn’t you give them the battery that was in it back because that’s the battery it came with? Tried charging me 100 dollars for an hour of labor and a new battery that I never once asked for. Instead I had to pay 60$ and no battery put back in the moped...If the battery is dead as it was newly purchased put it on a trickle charger. Either way you don’t treat customers like dirt because they have a Chinese Moped and then proceed to try and belittle them because they should have known they break apart easily. Not to mention you store other ppls property outside! Hey I’m glad you think being in business for many years gives you the right to treat paying customers like trash.

Hard to rate it honestly. I looked over there website, traveled a little over 1hr to get there. They were closed 2hrs before there website said they were. Upon arrival there building is not what the pictures make it out to be. So I did not get a chance to go inside. My review is basically judging a book by its cover..

Very rude service. Had some guy tell the people I was with that he was wrong about asking for a part. Guy goes no I don’t want to see a picture and walks a way. Very unprofessional service. Will never go here again not after how rude the gentlemen at the counter was talking to the people I was with.

This guy had my bike for 1 YEAR. Picked it up today and it was in 25 pieces. CHARGED ME $62 and told me to enjoy the rest of the week.
