The girl working the drive through this Sunday AM was really rude when I picked up my mobile order. I just went through drive thru even tho I placed lobby pick up but lobby was closed. When I get to the window she rudely said to go to the speaker box to know that I was there. I placed the order ten min in advance and was sitting right in front. When I got to the window I said I had a pick up order for makayla. Extremely rude. Not coming back

Love the coffee. The breakfast sandwiches are a mess. Sloppy and messy. This is a problem since its drive thru only.

The people here really know their products. Very helpful in picking colors and products for your job. Friendly service with a smile. I would recommend them to anyone.

They have made something incorrectly every time Ive gone here. Even stock menu items with no modifications are usually wrong. They have literally never gotten an entire order correct. Note that this has been a consistent complaint in the reviews for this location for at least 2 years. They always get everybodys stuff wrong, and theyre not going to do anything about it. Please dont give them your business.

Generally, Ive received what I ordered. But, there have been a few times when my chai latte was nearly devoid of chai or was all chai mix and little milk (One assumes there a standard recipe they must follow). Today, I ordered a Caprese on Focaccia sandwich and upon opening the bag found a turkey and cheese on a bagel. Um, hullo. what?If I hadnt already arrived at work I would have gone inside and had it corrected. Instead, someone else is eating my lunch and I am sad. I think I shall have to take my business to the new Tenbucks down the street.

Well, June 298:45 dove up for my favorite bagel sandwich 🥪. Told prepared biscuits no bagel sandwiches. I knew what was going to happen. It crumbled, WAS DRY AND THE LAST TIME I WILL STOP.I’ll go to Kwik trip at least the sandwiches are not crumbing.Hope you cut backs in staff saves you money. Cause you won’t get my money.

I ordered an iced mocha, when the barista called out iced latte I told the guy I ordered with that I asked for a mocha, and asked if they could remake it. He told me that I ordered a latte and if I wanted another Id have to pay for it. So I repeated very clearly iced mocha and paid another 5.50 for my drink. very frustrating to pay $11 for a drink when he misheard my order. Why is that my fault. never had this problem at any other caribou and Ive been a customer for over 7 years.

They no longer sell freshly made breakfast sandwiches - looks like you either have to love what they have or not go. Without competition, looks like these are our only options

Amazing customer service! I ordered a box of bagels and they were out of some flavors, so I got a call informing me of such and giving me options for substitutions. Ready a bit early, very friendly staff. :) Great experience!

They NEVER get my order right. I get the same sandwich every time I go and I think theyve gotten it right maybe twice. How hard is it to make a sandwich?! I just got it and they gave me spinach instead of lettuce! Like if your out of lettuce thats fine but say hey were out of lettuce is spinach alright? Last time they gave me a bagel for bread instead of the actual bun again without telling me. The time before that they put tomatoes and onions on it when I specifically asked for them not too.

Been to this caribou a few times this week and asked for my drinks with only a little bit of the sweetener. I don’t think the person making the drinks is catching that as they are wayyyy too sweet. My husband who likes his drinks sweet won’t even drink them. I’m not going to spend over $5 anymore for something we just throw away. In addition most of the employees are not very pleasant. There’s a few of them that are fairly nice but most of them act like they hate their job.

Busy due to drive up only being open, but line moved quickly. Staff was all friendly while maintaining proper social distancing protocol. Very satisfied and my coworkers were thrilled with bagels

Good quality and selection had a negative experience once but corporate made things right 4 complimentary drinks and full refund of order where hot chocolate was messed up twice.

Just ordered a mocha cooler from this location, and they messed it up twice in one order. Through the past several months, theyve consistently messed up my orders. Im not sure if Im just unlucky, or if they really do mess up peoples orders this much. I like their food and drinks, but only when I get what I ordered.

Went to the drive thru- took a 20 dollar bill out of my phone case (I rarely use cash and this was the only bill I had for weeks- just sitting in my phone case) and handed it to the barista. She then was too distracted by my puppy to give me the correct change and I was given 4 dollar change for a 5 dollar sandwich. Waited outside the store for 30 minutes afterwards waiting for my money. Was told I would have to wait until tomorrow so the drawer would “bounce”. I told them there was a black mark on the back of the bill and they couldn’t seem to care. I got a call 26 hours later saying that nothing bounced and all I could receive was a gift card for a sandwich and a drink. It was black friday the day I was shorted and with the holidays coming up anyone could use their hard earned money. Absolutely will not be coming here anymore. Used to love this place, but hated how this situation was handled.

The ambiance of this spot looked inviting. Everything seemed clean and inviting. My problem is there was no communication between the order taker and the person making my drink. I travel for a living. Pretty much every day I order the same thing. Whether its a Caribou, Peets, Starbucks, or some Mom & Pop Coffee spot, its pretty easy to make if you make what I ask for. Quad Espresso with light Steamed Heavy Cream. But when the Order Taker doesnt communicate with the person making the drink and they fill the rest of the room in the cup with steamed heavy cream, it becomes undrinkable! Especially when the smallest cup they have,,, is not small. I even reiterated to the order taker, showing him with my fingers, super light, like maybe 3/4. Crummy drink, threw it away and moved on to the next coffee spot.

Love their coffee but I will only pay with cash here last time paid with my debit card had some odd charges show up afterwards. Glad my bank called me on them. Somehow my card info was hacked from their system.

It took 15 minutes to receive our purchase of 2 drinks and a sandwich. One was to be a large but we received a medium and sent it back. The sandwich was to be without tomatoes, upon viewing the sandwich it had tomatoes and only half the bun.

Great place. Usually meet with some friends there. The only recommendation I have for them is to update their systems so that samsung, chase, apple pay are accepted. Also try to get the tables ready for the coming people as soon as a guest is left. That is, make sure that tables are cleaned promptly once a customer leaves.Great people and very friendly. I really recommend it.

This is a relatively new location. They recently opened up this combination cafe and bagel shop in Menominee and the restaurant has a nice, modern, upscale design. It is clean and comfortable and handicap accessible with plenty of parking available. The staff were very friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. The coffee I ordered was fresh, hot and tasted great. I have only been here once and only ordered coffee, but the idea of putting Caribou and Einstein Bros. in the same location is brilliant. Einstein Bros. bagels and sandwhiches are generally very good in my experience and I have been very happy with my experience when I have visited other Caribou/Einstein locations. Enjoy!

YES!!! This Einstein Bagels/Caribou Coffee is truly the best of both worlds. Not only is the food and coffee great, but the atmosphere is ideal for studying or chatting with friends. The staff is typically helpful and always asks if you have a perks account (get one if you dont have one already!) All around, this is one of my favorite coffee shops.

They know how to ring up and make a Breve even tho its not on the menu. I was disappointed that there is only low/non fat dairy. Frani did a good job of taking my order correctly. Premium prices for a good product. Note to self; always order to go to protect my food at the counter from the half a dozen sleeves reaching over it for drinks.

They have messed up my order three times in a row. I order an egg and cheese sandwich and they put meat on it EVERY TIME.

The bubble tea here is delicious, although its hard to suck the gelatin thru the straws they give you.

Super high carbs, so not very diet friendly, but good once in a while. 1/2 of one is enough. Share with a friend. Id never buy the cream cheese since it is 1/3 the price at the grocery store. I can add my own. Dont buy more than you can eat right away since they go stale within hours. Their offer to toast the bagels is a joke. They are barely warm and not the least bit toasted. They are still lily white. Not even light tan.

Love the bagels but always have a problem with my coffee. It never tastes good. I now go to the caribou up the road for better coffee

Excellent service! Everyone was very friendly, polite and welcoming the entire visit. Enjoyed the bacon and egg breakfast bagel and a latte, which were very good, while reading by the fireplace.

Everyone is always kind and happy! My favorite is a plain bagel toasted with blueberry shmear!I gave three stars however because I see employees lick their fingers while making food here all the time. Im not a germ freak so it doesnt bother me, but I was under the impression that in food service people wear gloves when preparing food.

Terrible experience. Took 3 times to get order correct I asked if this was what I ordered oh she didnt put that oh she didnt tell us that. Didnt tell person that it was a Northern lite turtle cooler. The other order was to be dairy free. The girls were TOO worried about sweeping the floor. More training is NEEDED at this Caribou. I generally dont complain but this was terrible

Attitude.In the drive thru I ordered 4 items. In review of the order at the window, it had been rung up wrong. They looked busy and things happen, so I politely requested an update, to which I was met with disgust. The window closed, and reopened to return my card and a bag of goods. May I have a receipt? More disgust -Awkward pause- HERE!The bagels are good enough for an extra star, but this was a sad display of customer service.

Its amazing thing put together great spot in town - keep up the amazing work.

Food was ok but was surprised with the attitude of the person at the register taking our order. We each were interested in different sandwiches but had questions and got an attitude telling us to wait for her to add it to our order before she could answer our question even though the answer may impact our decision to get the sandwiches or not. Being a busy time of day is no excuse for sassiness in my book.

NO Gluten Free marked options on the menu - In a time when you can buy TWO KINDS of gluten free bagels @ Aldi! Makes NO sense.(Good Green tea.)

$15 for two small egg and bacon sandwiches with cream cheese. The food was great but the prices are way too steep.

I’m going to stop going here. I’ve been a regular for about the past year going about three times a week. I usually get the same drink every time and it always tastes different. The iced drinks are the most inconsistent. The speaker is unbearably loud in the drive thru I have to plug my ears. I usually get sweet or fruit bagels and there is almost always one bite that tases like onion and ruins the whole thing for me. I get my bagel untoasted but more times it comes to me toasted. I really liked it when it first opened but between the staff making me feel rushed and poor quality it isn’t worth it anymore.

Despite two VERY difficult customers in front of me, service was incredibly fast, accurate, and friendly.

Very disappointed. After I drove all the way home I found that my drink was made incorrectly, it tasted terrible. Upon driving all the way back I received no apology or compensation. For now on I am taking my business else where.

I like Caribou as a whole, but as I begin to compare it to other places I have been lately, it just lacks in qualities that might make it special; friendliness in particular. In most ways, other than the coffee, I would say it is just okay.
