I was on a road trip traveling through the area when my gas tank hatch would not open. I went to Audi Mentor Service Department and the were able to fix the faulty latch. Great customer service.
This dealership has been nothing but a headache since I bought the car in January 2020. I never received the service nor refund for the service I paid for. In fact I received a letter from Audi that the service was not provided. I reached out to Audi Mentor to discuss this, but they are ignoring my emails and phone calls. I’ve been waiting four months for this issue to be resolved. I emailed the GM [email protected] a few times, but still no response. Never trust this dealership.
