Many thanks to Jarrod and Alec for fixing the seal of the panoramic roof on my 2014 Rogue SL. I was treated with great courtesy and honesty which is not found every day. They could have charged me close to $1000 to replace rather than try to repair the issue which is what another Nissan dealer wanted to do. I will be referring other friends that own Nissans to you. I’m on the West Side, so it’s a trip, but so worth it! Thank you again!

I searched several weeks for a used vehicle online. I was looking at specific models within my given budget. In Ohio I found comparable vehicles were thousands of dollars cheaper thus I looked out of state. During the pandemic of 2020 I did not have the option of driving out of state to purchase a car. I required a delivery to my address. I found a great deal on a vehicle I was looking for in Mentor and the staff at Mentor Nissan worked with my needs for facilitating the trade of my current vehicle and the sale of the new (used) vehicle. From my initial internet inquire through the delivery process staff at the dealership promptly followed up with me and answered my questions. I was there to purchase a used car while on the test drive we heard a noise. Chad checked things out to see if it was from inside the vehicle he didnt see anything he then took it to the service center for them to check it out. I was still ready to go through with the transaction they were looking into the problem I couldnt ask for anything more. Chad came back and told me it was a strut or a shock and it would probably take a couple of days so I said ok can we still do the paperwork he said give him a minute. Next thing I see is a service person driving off in my new purchase then Chad came back and said they found the part I needed here in mentor and they were going to go get it. They did and fixed it in no time! THANKS SERVICE DEPT!

Their repairing service is definitely disappointed ， I asked service for repairing horn，but finally they charge 600$ without fix it out，they said it should cost 2540 for replace harness，I can not believe local Nissan dealer can deal with like this，i highly recommended do not go their repair service, it will waste your time and cost unreasonable money.

This place is a joke! My husband is buying a 2009 Silverado from them, they claim they did a safety check...which is by far what they did. We have only had vehicle for about 6 months, and the things breaking are things they would have seen in their inspection. It is what it is I suppose, but I surly know when time comes for my vehicle, I will not be going here! We got better quality vehicles from shady buy here pay here businesses.

Got a 3 year old vehicle from them in December 2019.. it is currently July 2020 and it needs over $1,000 of repair work. Scammers. They’re not good people and they sell even worse vehicles. Save yourself a headache, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Anywhere!

I went into Mentor Nissan with a car I had been looking into online. I wanted to take a look at it in person. Andrew Chinchar was a super personable salesman, let me give the car a test drive and see how everything worked.He knew exactly what he was talking about, seemed very into his job and knowledgable, professional, and easy to talk to. All around a great guy. I also wanted to mention Brian Moorefield who was a great finance/sales manager. Very informative and sweet, also hardworking. Thank you both so much for a great experience. 10/10 recommend them both and will definitely be going back.

This place deserves more than 5 stars in my opinion. I had an extremely difficult situation where the vehicle I was driving was actually my boyfriend’s whom lives out of state and my daughter and I broke down one afternoon over an hour away from our home. Long story short, I ended up at a shop where they gave me an outrageous quote and ended up towing my car to Mentor Nissan where my boyfriend and myself had communicated back and forth with Rick. He reassured us they would look into our vehicle and do so for cheaper than the quote of the other shop even with our car being out of the warranty, while giving me a free rental car without a hassle! This is huge, considering I have no other transportation nor family up this way, if Rick can get a promotion he needs it! Rick and his team really dug into the problem of our car and found out the underlying issue was actually covered under our warranty and since it was the main cause he actually got everything covered for us. We saved over $1,000 by simply communicating over the phone and trusting Mentor Nissan and their judgement and I’m beyond thrilled we did so! It was a painless, fast and easy process! I’ve never had such a great experience with a dealership in my life. If anyone is in need of a new vehicle or work done on their car I would highly suggest going to Mentor Nissan! Talked to a guy about a nissan 370z. Even tho they didnt have the car the salesman talked with me for awhile and wasnt rude. He was straight up. I was looking for a specific car so im not buying from them but if i ever need something ill go here just because of the customer service.
