Daughter loves her bear and the people working there were very pleasant. Final for bear was $80.94 which includes bear, 2 outfits, shoes, scent (bubblegum), a heart that makes a heartbeat noise when pressed, a sound piece that make a cat noise when pressing hand and a very cheap back pack. If all this sounds reasonable to you then you will love this place.

Loved it...to see the joy in my grandsons eyes as he helped to make his bear was priceless.

This was my first visit. The staff was very help and polite. They were patient as we made our choices, even when they had to redo some things.

My kids age 6-1 absolutely loved how much fun it was. They got to pick their own animal and watch it be made. Pick clothes for it everything they had a blast.

My daughter got a birthday build a bear unicorn here. The staff was very nice and sweet to my daughter and helped her along the way with picking out what she wanted. My daughter had just turned 4.

So much fun for our girls play date, such patience, care, creativity and laughs shown from Chelsea. The girls had a blast and we thank you so much for last night!!!

I came in today with my friend (we’re both 17). I was a bit embarrassed at first because we didn’t have any kids with us, and I was worried the staff would be judgmental. They weren’t! They were just as kind to us as they were to the kids in the store. My favorite part was when the lady running the stuffing station had me and my friend do the whole ritual with the heart just like she would have if we were younger. Absolutely phenomenal experience.

First time there and I loved it the staff was amazing very friendly I will be going back

I went for a party l, and It was fun! Depending on the package you get different things. The tough part was $25 a kid and there was no food or cake involved. This is a good opportunity for the mall because now you have to go out and get food in the food court. My 5yo girl loved it; my 3yo boy was ready to leave the store and ride the train!

Amazing staff. Came in to get a bear and BAB slippers repaired. Was fast and staff was amazingly helpful with the new pay your age program. Got 2 more toys for my daughter while I was there.

Everyone here is so nice and made my kids so I happy to make their bear.
