Terrible staff. Needed to only exchange pandora me necklace because charms keep falling off 4 days after 30 days exchange was up. Very rude about it. The male lead manager on staff this day of 11-5-2021 at mentor store should be fired for way he treats customers. Will not shop this store or maybe any others.
Ill pass! Associate wants you to stand in 1 spot and explain to her what you want. Not allowed to look in other showcases. She would bring a set of charms to the showcase & remove the other ones, before showing the items. Over 500 items in store & she wanted me to pull a rabbit out of a hat at 1 counter. Called to ask if I can exchange an item due to not having a receipt and they said yes come on in we can look it up threw email no problem. Got to the store and they said I could not do anything g without receipt. Drove 30 mins to the store for nothing.

Good luck getting someone to wait on you. The store was not busy. Two sales associates and only one other set of customers besides me. I never did get approached by a sales associate even after leaving the store and returning. This was my second trip to the store in the last month with the same outcome. I took my business elsewhere.UPDATE:Stopped in the following Saturday. There were 3 sales associates that I noticed. I was approached almost immediately by the one who was not with a customer. She was very helpful and I made my purchase there instead of online. Ive added 2 stars to this stores rating.

I had a terrible experience at the Pandora at Great Lakes Mall. The 2 reps working on Thursday May 10th never even greeted the customers walking through the door. I needed to exchange a ring for Mother’s Day so I’m assuming because I already had a bag in hand neither sales person wanted to help. I had one of the worst customer experiences with Amy. She informed me the store did not carry the size I needed. I asked if I could return it. She said because the ring was purchased at an out of state location that it was the “policy” that they couldn’t return-only exchange. I asked several times where this policy is listed. She never answered my question simply kept repeating “it’s store policy.” Amy did not offer to help find a location that did have it. I ended up calling the Beachwood location and they had the ring. A 5 minute phone call would have changed my entire experience. I would never shop this location or recommend it to anyone. The sales staff should be evaluated.
Everytime I go into this location the manager wont even acknowledge your presences. Very horrible place to shop and its sad that I rather wait on shipping online than to get help from someone in that store. GABBY And Danijela is the only people that will attempt to help but that manager has to be one of the worse ones Ive seen. No personality and just rude. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day but no its the same results everytime. You work retail and the merchandise isnt cheap, you would think the customer service was alot better.

XMAS holiday and a list of 9 people ahead of me.. (2 employees) Nice store.. But u have no staff on the Xmas holidays?? Why am I waiting 45mins + to get even asked a question.. Customers are telling me what to do instead of staff.. I dont think this is going well.... Did everyone quit after Xmas... Or were they all let go..ive never had to wait this long for even a question... The stars are mainly cause they usually have everything I need..
