I brought my wifes phone in the day she busted the screen on it pretty bad. Her phone is very expensive and I have used this place in the past. So he gave me a pretty good deal. We paid him and he was going to overnight the parts. After we left, my wife and I decided that we needed to just replace the phone. We went back and he graciously gave us a complete refund. He was very honest, and conducts business fairly . We highly recommend him and most certainly will use his services again in the future!

I spent almost $22 on getting a screen protector installed for my note 8. I can buy one online for $7. It didnt even stay on 2 weeks and they wouldnt warranty their installation & wanted to sell me another one for $10. I would not go here, they are rip off artists!

Talk about great customer service!! I broke my iPhone 7 plus screen yesterday and was about to buy a new one. When I walked in the mall I saw the iCover store. I typically don’t like to repair my phone because it is never repaired right but this time I told myself I should try. When I walked in I was greeted by the owner, I showed him my phone, he said “no problem I could have it fixed for you for $139 in 10-20 min go for walk come back and it will be repaired and don’t pay until you are completely satisfied with the repair”. That already sounded good to me that I don’t have to pay until its repaired to my satisfaction but I didn’t want to leave my phone as I have a lot of valuable information stored on my phone so I asked If I could watch him repair it, he gladly said “yes no problem I actually fix it right her at this table in the front”. So I watched him repair the phone and it was to my satisfaction. At the end he even gave me a discount on a case and screen protector. Bottom line GREAT PRICES!! GREAT REPAIR!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

ICover is great. I went in there with my broken iphone 6, the Manager Rob went above and beyond, he also was able to get me fitted with a good case, and a glass screen protector. They have the biggest selection in the county, and their costs are the best compared to everyone around. And they give really good deals. Thank you so much. Ill be back to get my tablet fixed when Im back in the area.

My iPhone 6 was acting crazy- intermittent non-response to touch, apps opening and closing with no input from me, etc. I thought Id have to buy a new phone, but then I saw this business from a Google Maps search. I called up and relayed my problems and the owner said No problem! We can probably fix it with 30 minutes! Sounded good to me. I drove to the Merritt Island location and was greeted by a young technician (the owner was elsewhere). I explained my problem again to him and he assured me that this seemed to be a pretty common problem and that all it would take is a Digitizer and screen replacement. He said it would be ready within 30 minutes. Long story short, he not only repaired it within 30 minutes, he also cleaned a speaker contact that had some corrosion. The price was very affordable and my iPhone is working like new again! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

Its one of the few places around that will fix or try to fix your phone just note they might have to order the part and that takes time so dont expect same day service if you need a screen for a Razer phone 2 or an Asus phone ect. They are only human.

Mis-leading,was told they cannt get into locked phones as sign says diffrence,Hell, I can do a factory reset myself.will not go back,No i will not buy toys from you,have a nice day.

You must pay 100% of the repair cost ahead of time, and the owner is rarely if ever at the store (he was in Israel while I was trying to work through this problem). That should be a big red flag to anyone who brings their phone here for repair.I was foolish enough to do that. I told the technician, Rob, that I would be traveling the following week and needed the phone back by then. He told me that would be no problem, as he expected the cover to come in Monday or Tuesday at latest-possibly even the weekend before. I accepted that answer, and, over the next few days, called every day only to be told the cover had not come in.Finally, I went down to the store again and Rob called the owner for me. This was the first time I became aware that the owner ordered the parts rather than Rob the manager.Needless to say, the day of my trip, I again called down to the store and-no cover. This was about a week after I left the phone with them.After my trip, I went back to pick up the phone, and another customer was complaining about the same problem-a part had not arrived when they promised it would. He wanted his money back. He was polite but firm with Rob, and eventually he talked to the owner, who told him there would be only a 75% refund, even though I Cover had not fulfilled its promise to him!While this customer did raise his voice, at no point was he abusive, yet Rob called security and had him escorted out of the store.So, to summarize-the promises they make to customers are not kept, but the money is. Do yourself a favor-go somewhere else where there are people with integrity.

Dropped S7 and broke the screen. Visited iCover and made an appointment to get it fixed. When the time came, we dropped it off. An hour later we picked it up, good as new. A little pricier than expected is all.

I covet is absolutely amazing!!!!!! I phone 7 screen broke and they fixed it for 89$$$. Everyone tried charging me 149🤬.. the owner I verrry helpful with a great spirit. Lenka who was hands on with the phone took 30 min top!!! Will definitely refer!!!

The store manager is a liar and the store owner is a shady sleaze. NEVER EVER EVER EVER shop at ICover store in the Merritt Island mall. I called up Monday to ask about a switch for a phone. I was told on the phone its a 3-4 dollar part and their money is in labor. I said I could have a guy install it for me can I just buy the switch for that price? Oh yeah sure. this was the STORE MANAGER. I showed up today and was told the price is $25.99. The manager remembers telling me 3-4 bucks on the phone but not that I could buy it for that. The store owner said Oh, buy it for 20 or have a nice day. I went online and bought a pack of 5 switches for $5 and free shipping. Rob the employee I spoke with tonight did his best stuck in the middle, its the higher ups that have no concern for honesty or good business.

DO NOT GO to Icover at Merritt Square Mall. Their customer service is absolutely horrible!!!! I purchased an item, they said it would arrive at the store in 2-3 days in SEPTEMBER. Come mid October after calls and stopping by, IT NEVER ARRIVED. I received excuses and was told they would call when it arrived, that call never came. Here it is NOVEMBER and after multiple calls I am brushed off and told they r busy and have other customers they need to attend to and only the owner can authorize what I am asking WHO IS NEVER THERE WHEN THEY SAY HE WILL BE. Oh and I should also check my receipt where it states no refunds. However, I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. Now today they all of a sudden have the item and its not their problem that I would prefer to have my money back rather than an item I badly needed months ago. DO NOT GO THERE! If you need a replacement go to the other kiosk Cellairis in the mall, they helped me out when I needed it. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!

11/07/15 I had purchased a tablet cover from their kiosk in the mall. When I went to exchange it (the next day with receipt), I was directed to the main store inside the mall across from Kay Jewelers. I was met there by a male manager who kept repeated the policy of no refunds. I didnt want a refund, just a simple exchange for one that actually fit my tablet. I was told the owner who resides out of country would not honor my request and the manager continued to be rude, evasive, unprofessional, and ignored me when I suggested other options to resolve my problem. Finally, after advising him I would make a formal complaint to the mall and Better Business Bureau, he granted my exchange. I will never step foot inside this store and discourage anyone to use their services for you will be welcomed with unprofessional and nontrained customer service personnel. This store has a kiosk in front of Yankee Candle by the foodcourt and their store is in front of Kay Jewelers. Again, the kiosk person was nice, the store manager was rude and unhelpful.

I broke my iphone screen, the guy told me it was a verified apple screen.. little did i know that is the reason my iphone has been broke for a few weeks now. i looked up the error on google and it is from a faulty new screen. not very happy that ispent $100 on my iphone 5s just to ruin it.

I went to get my iPhone 6 screen replaced. When I got it back half of the screen had lines going up and down it after it stayed on for a little while. When I brought it back they looked at it and replaced the new screen and fixed it up for me no extra cost.
