Would not give me service because I had my 1 year old and my 6 year old with me to drop off my phone. They said only two people were allowed in the shop. I said I could not leave my minor children alone in the car. I am a single mother, I do not have anyone to leave my children with. Was told too bad, we will not serivce you. But was not wearing a mask on their face properly! This is absolutely outrageous. I will never recommend this business to anyone.

My Apple phone froze to where I couldn’t see any of my apps. I explained what was wrong with it and in less than 20 minutes my phone was fixed at a GREAT PRICE!! Going there from here on out definitely. Thank you for the great service.

After hearing how your employee treats moms with kids I will NEVER use your business. To expect a mom to leave one of their children in the car if, god forbid, she had 2, because of some ridiculous 2 person policy? Are you insane? Understand its against the law to do that.

I called before I visited the first time to insure my phone could be fixed same day. I drove 10 minutes to get there only to be informed same day service was not possible. Next day I drove back and spent 20 minutes for an incompetent clerk to tell me the only screen they had was already tagged for another customer. He indicated he would order a screen for me and call me when it came in. Although he indicated it would take 5 to 7 days, it has now been 10 days. Go elsewhere for your repairs!!!

Wife broke her S10+ screen and was horrified to be without her phone. Looked this place up and scheduled an appointment for the next day. After scheduling appointment had a couple of questions and called the store. Sierra answered all my questions and said she had a no show so if I wanted to bring the phone now shed fix it. WOW instant service, yes we got lucky. Hopped in the car and drove the 40 mins to get there and Greg and Sierra were both so nice, responsive, and adhering to Covid protocols. While the website quotes 3-4 hours they thought, couldnt promise, it should only take a couple of hours. Rather than drive home we went to local waterfront bar for a few drinks & to watch sunset. UBrokeiFix website gives you status updates and in about 2 hours they called and said they were done. OMG couldnt have worked out better! Felt like we turned lemons into lemonade....Phone broke at 10AM, dropped off 3pmish, had a few drinks watched an amazing sunset & picked phone back up at 6pm good as new! Like that rather than just fix the glass they do it right and give you a whole new screen, frame, and battery. Not cheap but better than buying a new phone. We thought Greg and Sierra owned the store but they just work there....they should be commended for excellent service!

Their prices are reasonable and they will let you know if its cheaper to replace it rather than fix it! Very customer friendly!

Just days after paying $472 to fix my screen, the screen cracked corner to corner when I set it down on my granite countertop WITH a phone case on it! My iPhone 11 gave me constant warnings immediately after the original fix that the replaced parts werent genuine Apple parts and could cause problems. Despite their 90 day warranty they would not redo their obviously low quality work claiming screen cracks arent covered. I set it on a countertop, something we all do daily. Very disappointed.

Erick provided prompt and excellent service. He performed a much needed battery replacement on a Google Pixel 2. Not only was the service performed correctly and in a timely manner, but also he ensured that the supplies he needed were in stock and took a moment to consider the opportunity cost of purchasing a different phone or a refurbished model over doing a repair.Erick is a pretty cool guy.

I dropped my phone and it wouldnt work, I was so upset. I took it in and Erick, the manager, was able to fix it in minutes! I was delighted and very satisfied with the kind, prompt service. Hopefully nothing will happen to my phone again, but if something does, Ill bring it back here.

Scheduled a in home repair. They never showed up. Had to reschedule. The charged my 30 dollars a second time and promised a refund never got my money. Winter Springs Store is useless. They still owe me 30 dollars. Very poor management. Dont honor their Scheduled appointments. Then charge the customer twice.

Took 6 hours to fix my phone. Not a big deal, except I live over 30min away and when I called to see if the phone was done I was told it had just got done. So I went to pick up, only to find out it wasnt actually done, and wound up waiting another 35min for it to be done. The girl at the front didnt even apologize and was rude when I mentioned I had just called to see if it was done and was told yes. Wont go to this location next time

Gregory was so helpful in getting new screen for my cell phone, when no one else even tried. Cost and time fine but with as busy as they are, they need more help. Circumstances beyond their control had to make several trips. As a Senior it was difficult. I still prefer this place over any others Ive dealt with.

My cell phone battery was starting to lose its charge after 3 years, and needed replacing. Phone was an LG and it was a special order. UBreakiFix was recommended by my phone carrier. It took 2 trips to Merritt Island to accomplish this task, but I am pleased with the results. They are very nice, and professional. I recommend their work, at least on cell phones.

Sierra (hope Im spelling that right) was amazing. I had called the day before to get a quote. When I showed up to drop my phone off, I was a little surprised to discover it was originally from Brazil (i bought it from a random Pawn shop in Massachusetts and how it traveled from Brazil to Massachusetts Id love to know.) At first she told me there wasnt much that could be done but took the the time to help me and I couldnt be more appreciative. Not sure if employees actually read this but if you happen to thank you!

I went here two times, each time they couldnt fix my phone. This is due to not being able to get manufacture parts.

Excellent service. Went for Phone face replacement and was told immediately that it was my Screen Tempered Glass protector that was cracked. Not the phone. Awesome! Bought another Tempered Glass protector. Win win.

I can understand not being able to fix a water damaged iPhone 11. But I did not appreciate the staff telling me it should be no problem as long as I am okay with buying a screen and/or battery and then not fixing it. I also did not appreciate the 5 day wait when I figured out that he just let it sit for a few days. Furthermore, he knew he could not fix it 2 days before pick up date and did not contact me as instructed. If it is a $50 automatic diagnostic charge, what did they do to earn that? He could have just taken my $50, thrown it in a drawer, and waited 5 days for me to come back...

They were very upfront with the cost to repair my IPad, even helped me look on line to replace with either a new or used IPad. I decided to repair mine. The linked my order to my phone and provided updates. Due to the snow and cold temperatures in Texas the part was delayed, but they kept me in formed and when it arrived late on Friday worked late so it would be ready on Saturday morning. I’m very pleased!

I cracked my screen on my galaxy note 8 phone. I dropped it off and they had it fixed in a few hours. Its like brand new again. Really nice staff too! .

Took them almost a month to replace a battery in my tablet, and in doing so, cracked my screen, which took them another week to repair. Once I finally got it back, my keyboard no longer worked, but they said it was nothing they did, but while diagnosing it, they cracked my screen again. Took another week for them to get a replacement, and since I work out of town, and use my tablet for business, I had to wait until I had the time to bring it in. Once I did, no one was there who knew how to do it, so I had to come back, yet again on a day when they had a technician there. Again, I go back, this time the technician is there, but is the only employee so couldnt do what I was told, would be a 5 minute fix and it took 3+hours, so again I went back, finally it was done. So I guess 6 times is the charm here...would not recommend

Had a difficult time finding a shop to repair a Pixel2 XL. Called the shop and Erick said he could repair. At the shop he told me cost and timeline to order battery. Phone was repaired in time quoted for reasonable price. I will definitely use their service again

Went in for a repair, (phone was working, just wouldnt charge) they broke my phone, didnt call me for 3 months and lied about what they did. Now they are holding my phone (and my data) hostage.

This place is an absolute life saver. I went in on a Saturday morning with a cracked screen on my phone.They took my phone then had it ready for pickup an hour later. Even better was that the claim was fully covered by my phones insurance. I would definitely recommend going here. They are super honest, and they will help you out in any way possible.The person who repaired my phone even said that he cleaned out my phone because there was some dust in it blocking the sensors. Not only was my screen fixed, but my phone was working even better.

They provide warranty work for Samsung. A repair ticket was created 11/10. Phone call to schedule repair received 11/27. They reported to me they made 3 tries to reach me when I did call the back. I had only 2 voice mails on my phone. When I did reach them and was notified of the cancel, it was 20 minutes after they cancelled it. He inquired about the symptoms. -C4 code. He requested that install team return, They had already made 2 visits. Apt set for 12/8. I called to confirm 10 minutes before the window 1-5pm and it was confirmed. No Show. I called at 5:10pm was told that dispatch would be contacted. Still waiting.

UPDATE! After months, Corporate sent them an ipad to give me.This location broke my iPad. I brought it in for a Glass Replacement, however they messed up the backlight, claimed it must have been already broken and then gave me back my iPad with a new glass but bad backlight (they did refund me), however the screen isnt glued on right, doesnt charge or stay on and the home button isnt on right either. They want to charge me for additional repairs however they caused all these damages.Their corporate office asked me to go to another location in Palm Bay to diagnose it, that location mentioned its not worth fixing, they completely ruined my iPad.Owner isnt willing to work with me. Manager Eric is also cover up their employees mistakes.Terrible experience

Steven the clerk at uBreakiFix, is a goodhearted person, my daughter broke her phone and he gave my daughter the right screwdriver to open her phone so she can fix it, then gave her some advice on what to do. UPDATE: After months, Corporate sent them an ipad to replace my broken one.Picked up my iPad and after I got home I noticed the screen backlight was damaged. Store claims it was already like that or it was due to the crack on the screen. But I know I didnt drop it off in that condition. They offered to repair it or refund my money. I took my money and I wont be back

Took my Pixel in for warrantee repair. They had the phone for almost a week and didnt fix it. Just send it to Google.

I would recommend Noel and his team to anyone. Noel and his team helped me out when I needed my phone back up and running immediately for work. They went above and beyond to help me out and if I am ever in need of a repair this will be my one and only stop. They changed my charging port for only $65, they analyzed my battery and told me I didn’t need one(they easily could have told me a battery and I would have never known any different). Honest? Absolutely! They changed out the glass on my sons phone as well, I think that was about $120. I highly recommend them!

Outstanding customer service by both Noel and Lucas. They tried their best to restore my phone after it went through a full cycle in my washing machine :( They kept me informed of their progress and Lucas offered great advice on how to obtain a replacement phone. No charge since they couldnt fix it (which i find amazing since they obviously spent time trying). These guys are awesome!!
