Feras is an absolute STAR!!! Im obsessed with my frames!!!!! (Shout out to Robert & Frandy too!) Nothing but good vibes and creative solutions! I wasnt a fan of the blue light coating on one pair and Feras was able to swap it no problem! If youre looking for one of a kind frames, this is the place! If youre on the fence with a frame - sleep on it! As per See policy no refunds but!! they will work with you and make sure you leave happy!

I hope I can spare somebody elses time with this review. DO NOT shop in this establishment. The customer service is horrible, they are very sketchy, and the glasses are heavily overpriced.- They canceled our first appointment and failed to notify us. We went in for our exam, and they straight up told us that somebody else called earlier on my name to cancel our appointment. This never happened to me before.- I got their number from our insurance providers list, and I also asked them if they worked with my insurance to double-check, and they said yes. After we finally got the exam, they told us that the doctor didn’t work with insurance, so we need to pay $80 each (when our insurance copayment is only $10). The services were provided, so we were forced to pay.- They ended up charging us around $250 for a single pair of glasses. Our insurance covers $150 for the frames and the lenses for free. So a single pair of regular acrylic frames cost over $400!- After I came home, I checked the receipt, and it didnt say anything about the services provided or the products purchased. It just said $45. Of course, my credit card was charged for the full amount. It just lives me thinking they may do this for tax evasion purposes.- They called and asked me to pick up my glasses before 6 pm. I went by at 5:45 pm, and they were closed!Its been 3 weeks, and I still dont have my glasses! Avoid the headache and get your glasses elsewhere.

We have been buying unique glasses at See for a few years. We just picked up my wife’s new pair and the service we got from Feras was top notch. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and made everything go smoothly. We picked up our glasses as promised and we could not be more happy! I recommend that everyone should feel very comfortable doing business with such great people!Thank you

I was fitted out with a cool looking pair of prescription sunglasses and was promised them before I was to return north for the summer. I hadnt heard from them and my departure time was nearing so I called. I was told that the lab was having a problem (I wasnt informed as to what the exact problem was and. So why wasnt I called considering the time constraint?) and that I wouldnt get the until after I left. The manager was contrite and provided me with a discount if I stayed with the order. He would also have them shipped north to me. Very good. I finally got the glasses but the frames unfortunately are junk. They looked good and felt fine when I ordered them. Unfortunately what I didnt realize when ordering was that the frames dont have a nose piece and so they are constantly slipping down on my face. So I can wear them driving (although reluctantly) but not walking (which I do daily) as they just dont stay on my face. Poor design and ultimately a waste of time and money. Ive been wearing glasses for all but a year and a half of my 66 years and Ive never had a pair of glasses without a nose pice. I dont think Ill be paying See another visit even considering their buy 5 get the 6th free ongoing deal. Too bad. I really wanted this to go well as they have some pretty cool styles.

I have been shopping at SEE for 15+yrs, Miami Beach, West Palm, Georgetown and Boston (quick fix). Both work, dress and prescription sunglasses, other than a mix up on a pair of Rx sunglass tint once, never had an issue. Great styles and people. I do use my own Eye Doc.s though, friends.

Yeah, dont go to this location. While the initial sales process was pleasant, everything after was a disappointment. I had to get my prescription updated, so I took care of that and sent them my prescription by e-mail. I never got an acknowledgement to that e-mail. Then I had to follow up several times to find out the status of my glasses, and each time I spoke to someone down there, they had no idea what was going on and I had to explain my order (I sent an updated rx, I live out of town, please ship). When they finally did ship (very quickly FWIW) and I received the glasses, it turns out that --- in their haste --- the left lens had been cut wrong and it wasnt fitting into the frame properly and could pop out. Great job, SEE. Good luck competing with Warby Parker...

Purchased a progressive, transition pair of glasses. Within 2 months the frame stretched that started to falling off from my face .I was traveling and when I got back we got hit with Covid so I couldn’t service it or ask for replacement until they opened again.So I was out of warranty by then. Meaning I had to buy a new pair a s “discounted rate” for a cheap frames again.I’m being kind for giving it 2 stars. I am really disappointed because the glasses are not cheap. now I have to spend all this money again.The right response should’ve been, yes we will replace since our frames are falling apart and the damage in the glasses are from falling from my face ( scratch) .

I have purchased 4 pairs of glasses from this store (2 prescription and 2 sunglasses). The quality of their products is excellent, and the service is even better. They have kindly repaired my glasses after I have either stepped on them or sat on them. I highly recommend this store.

I had the BEST experience at this location! Benji & Dr. Vanessa (she was very informative regarding my vision & optic health) were superb and the entire crew were just overall gracious and super helpful. Most of all though, they all had the utmost patience with me (as I am very picky when it comes to eyewear), and I left satisfied with my 2 frames after spending a couple of hours in their store. I highly recommend this location for all your vision & eyewear needs!

I have been shopping for glasses 10 years ago in this place. Love the style, love that they only run limited of each style, and the quality is pretty good, service is great. They are a little pricey but definitely original, and clean with no branding logo anywhere, which i Love. I highly recommend this store to anyone that has a fetish for glasses.

Such an AMAZING STAFF...The Store Manager Feras Jarwa is totally Amazing. HES helped me twice on a pair of defective eyeglasses being so helpful, courteous, & kind to the issues at hand...If I could give him 10 stars he would definetly get my vote not only for his Professionalism, but for keeping his word and the Policy of SEE EYEGLASSES ON LINCOLN ROAD, and to come back if there were any problems...Thank you Feras and SEE EYEGLASSSES..YOU ALL ARE THE BEST AND I WILL KEEP COMING BACK...

Last week, after I purchased a frame + lens salesperson promised me to delivery to my hotel. On the date that supposed to be delivered I made a call to confirm and the manager said he was sorry but they couldnt delivery. According to him it has been a mistake. Simple as that. I had to rush to pickup my glasses just before my flight. What a shame service and support. Watch out.

Horrible experience. My wife bought a beautiful frame plus corresponding rx lenses for 465$. When we came to pick them up we realized the lenses where a bit loose. We complained and they gave us a hard time repeating to us the lenses are not going to fall with a nasty face. The sales woman said this to my wife twice until I got serious and threatened to complain at corporate headquarters. Only when I got really serious she apologized. Until then, the woman tried to make us feel stupid. At the end they replaced the lenses.Their products are great but they should definitely do something about their hiring process

Going to SEE for my eyewear was one of the best decisions. I went through a Groupon promotion and ended up getting two pairs of glasses! The frames are fun, unique and great quality. I get sooo many compliments when I wear either pair. What really won me over was the customer service. I was lucky to be helped by Lorena Pulido. She was patient, knowledgeable, professional and made the process so fun and easy! My order was ready most a week early than expected. To make the experience perfect they have a cool gift when you open their credit card!!

This is my favorite eyewear store. Their glasses are actually made in Italy as opposed to Warby Parker who charges the same prices for low-quality Chinese frames. In my opinion they compare to Moscot which are double the price.

Purchased sun glasses. Lasted little over a year until the glue stained the lens. I ask for replacement and was told sorry need to pay 50% of cost for a new pair! Told them they can keep them and never coming here again. Worst customer service ever!

Few days ago I went into See Eyewear to look at some frames . The store was an absolute mess there was two girls one white girl with dreads and a black wiman with dreads.The white girl was busy helping customers while the black girl was sitting talking on the phone about unrelated work issues .I was completely turned off but I thought why not give it a shot .I ask for help she looked at me like I was bothering her and she continued her ghetto conversation on the phone.The poor white girl tried to help me and also ask her coworker, the black girl if she can help finish working with me .She also received a dirty look. Not once did the black girl get up out of her seat or hang up on her personal phone call.Im completely and utterly turned off and disgusted. This black woman needs a to be fired. She is not a good look for the store . I have worked on Lincoln Road for 15 years . I never have I ever seen such a mess at See Eyewear .Im completely and utterly turned off and disgusted.I have been shopping at See Eyewear for many years . everyone has been so wonderful and so helpful and a pleasure to work with . Hopefully corporate will take notice to this yelp . Certainly do something about it .This is not the first time I walked in there and seen her doing absolutely zero. Hip without the rip . Higher tasteful people theres a tip !
