Great and speedy service- I had ordered contact lenses at 8pm on a Monday, and the package arrived to my apt on Wednesday, despite having moved to NY! Very friendly and reliable service and it makes it so easy to handle things over text message too!

I am so glad I found this place! I recently moved to Miami and needed a new eye doctor. The office is super clean and sleek, they have a great selection of designer frames for glasses, and all state of the art equipment to test your eyes. Dr Tie Crisi was so knowledgable - she found that my previous prescription was not correct and gave me a new one, enabling me to see so much better. Very happy!!

I had an appointment with Dr. Pakzad, she was truly outstanding. She was really thorough with all the eye examination and talked me through all my options for glasses and contacts. She also took her time and sat with me through the contact training to make sure I would be able to put on/off contacts independently. Excellent service and attention! Theyre open on Saturdays, which is very convenient. The staff took the time to show me lots of frames and helped me pick the right one. Also, the building has valet (they validate it) which is a great point for the lack of parking in Miami Beach. Overall, a great experience. Im happy I chose to come here.

Had an eye emergency and called over to South Beach Vision - had not been before. They agreed to see me the same day. Amazing Service. Office is spotless, staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the doctor was incredible. I spent an hour and a half there making sure my eye was ok and then the doctor sent me for a follow-up eye scan. They went beyond the call of duty. Highly recommended - we are super lucky to have them on the beach.

Bar none, the best optometrist and the coolest practice Ive ever been to! I had the BEST experience here when I went in for an annual check up and to pick out some new glasses. For starters, the office is immaculate. Parking was super easy and theyll validate your ticket. I was able to valet and walk right in (its in the lobby of the Waverly building). Dr. Stelzer was friendly, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth (unlike most docs Ive seen). The exam rooms have brand new state-of-the-art equipment, and its an all-around comfortable and homey environment. The hard work and thoroughness he put into his practice is evident, and his ability to translate what he was doing made me feel like I got the quality of care I have been looking for.The staff was very knowledgeable and honest when it came to helping me pick out glasses. I really appreciated their honesty. The selection of frames is really vast and not your run-of-the-mill stuff; they are mostly private label, trendy frames. I love the pair I got!Bottom line, I really enjoy supporting a local business owner especially when you can experience first-hand how much hard work, care, and thoroughness they put into the practice. My sunglasses broke during my visit in Miami beach, a glass and a screw had fallen of. Went in here to see if they could help me and the man at the desk repaired them in notime and didnt charged me for it. Super nice!

I was informed they accepted my insurance prior to making the appointment, but they did not, so I was stuck with the bill. They sold me vitamins for $50 that I realized were expired once I got home. They do not wipe down equipment between patients and previous patients coffee cups were around the exam room. Their Valet wanted to charge me even though it was validated, because I went over by 5 minutes. I was standing outside waiting on them for 10 minutes. This was a terrible experience. They should be embarrassed. Its really unfortunate since I like the doctor who I thought I would be seeing from TLC (Dr. Steltzer), but instead they put me with someone else. I dont like to seeing providers without researching them first. All the positive reviews really have me confused. It just goes to show you cant trust peoples reviews, because anyone can write them.

Have been a customer for the past 5 years. Considering to change after a series of bad experiences in March 2019. I went for my annual check up, asked to tighten the two earpieces of my reading glasses ... they broke it ... had to work a few days with a spare pair of glasses ... doctor mostly disengaged with patients, but does the job. Ordered new pair of glasses for distance, took them >3 weeks to deliver, unacceptable.

Despite the emergency, which would have been done in 5 minutes, we were not served. The specialist sat in the treatment room with the female assistant and drank coffee. We were offered by the receptionist an appointment in two days or we should go to the hospital.The gentleman at the front desk was very condescending and arrogant. He was not interested in a quick uncomplicated solution. His dialect was an absolute disaster and the will to speak clean English was nil.Fortunately, we found an optician with an ophthalmologist 700m further, who helped us quickly and easily.
