Worst service ever.I visited the store to switch a defective sim card, people were zero helpful, more focused on the tv than helping me.I had to call Att myself to solve my issue, more than 30min on the phone I couldn’t get a hold on anyone.If you are looking for a horrible service, visit this store
Awesome crew at this ATT store in Miami Shores. I was helped immediately and walked out of the store with all of my needs met.
Received outstanding customer service from Sabeh and Alejandro. There were difficulties transferring over the information to my new phone, this caused Sabeh to stay after closing on a Saturday. He acted as if it were no bother and was very thorough making sure I knew all about my new phone. Highly recommend this store and will return for any future needs. Thanks Guys!
I have been to this store 4 times for help with insurance claim and affidavit. the 1st time i purchased a new case so when i got my phone i would not break it again they sold me the wrong one. Went back 3 more times and instead of helping they basically said do insurance your self. then when I went back because i didnt have the receipt yet I did have the original box and with upc and all the parts they would not simply exchange it for the ultra case instead of the plus that they sold me. this is just bad customer service i could have stayed with metro pcs who has lower prices for 4 lines of service and much better customer service. you think you go to a contract company and they will treat you better they dont I was paying 107 for 4 lines and withatnt I pay 148 pay for 4 lines and get you can do it yourself

Be aware of this AT&T location: If you had MetroPCs, you’d understand the type of people working there. They’re not helpful, always indulged in their mobile devices, or watching some comedy show. Last week Saturday, I was told that the Premium plan would be $150 ($50 per line with autopay, so that’s for three lines) and that I cannot make any changes to the plan that they’re giving me with my new account. However, I received a bill today that my cost for two lines was $160 lol, and a third one has not even been added yet. I was shocked, so I decided to call AT&T customer service to speak to a supervisor. He informed me that that was not true and that the premium has more features that will cost me. So he manage to switch my plan to a standard one and modify that plan for me (thank you Stephen) .So here’s my advice to the AT&T customers: if you want to not see your bill skyrocketed from what you originally thought the bill would be, I would highly suggest to call AT&T, rather than going to the store because these people are so lazy and so incompetent that they just don’t care about the customers at all.

Great experience yesterday. Upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra for my husband and I respectively. Received service immediately when we entered the Miami Shores store and wasnt there too long either. We knew what we wanted and the staff quickly helped us with our purchases. Also managed to lower my bill.
Ali assisted us quickly and efficiently. He was honest and friendly and made the process of obtaining new phones pain free. Highly recommend.

It says it open but when we drive all the way to that location th doors are locked and it says it closed but the lights are on. BE CLEAR OF THE OPERATION HOURS.
Not greeted, took half hour to properly scan the driver’s license linked to the account, store has no inventory and must order the phones. It cannot contact “sister stores” for available inventory. It’s clearly a licensed distributor with highly ineffective and inexperienced staff. Terrible.
Manager is a complete Richard. There is an ATT on every block, go to the next one.
