Edgar and Edison were wonderful. They both helped me with my new cell. Im not a techy person so they took there time to help me navigate with my new cell. They were both a blessing.

Service was phenomenal. Davion helped me get a new iPhone 13 and Apple Watch. He was so patient and kind!!! Amazing service!!!!!!

It was a great experience. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, especially Mercy. The location is perfect, pretty easy to notice on a normal traffic. Theres always a parking spot available, in the back of the building. I recommend this location.

Tkeyah was great . She has great customer service skills . Very friendly and knowledgeable. Christian the loyalty person . Was very annoying and came in during a sell that she was almost complete with .Dont respect personal space. He shouldnt come in at the end of a sell offering anything. That should have been done during the start of the process. I been coming to this store since it was sprint. This the first time there was a loyalty person.

I finally made the switch over to T-mobile and I couldn’t be happier. My situation was very complex and I was in the store 3 days in a row. Ana had so much patience with me and we had been working on this issue for 2 days. She was amazing and took the time to explain all of my questions and concerns. I can be very persistent and difficult but her professionalism and great attitude turned my frustrating situation into a positive one. I went home and sure enough I had issues with my new phone so I went back for the 3rd day and Ricardo assisted me with swapping my new phone out. He was very understanding and I felt so much better after speaking with him. I was truly frustrated during this process of changing carriers and getting a new phone but these 2 associates honestly made my experience 100 times better. I highly recommend going to this store even if it’s a drive for you, you won’t regret it. :-)

Went to this Sprint store on an early Saturday to purchase a protective case and screen protector for my iPhone 8 plus. I was greeted by the store manager (I think, never got here name) who then lead me towards a professional and also very beautiful, store representative named Mercy. She helped my out with getting the proper case and protective screen for my phone. There was a relaxing atmosphere in this store. I came in very anxious and left calm as can be. Mercy also helped me acquire my first Apple Watch, which I’ve always wanted. She laid down all the info for me such as the pricing, monthly bill, insurance coverage (I was very hesitant at first when it came to insurance aha) etc. Also another representative by the name of Ricardo assisted her as well. He helped out with the activation of the Apple Watch. He had the kind of energy about him, like the type of person who could make you laugh or turn a frown upside down. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience. As they were setting up the phone and watch, we got to talk about life and have a few laughs. The Miami Shores location will definitely be my go to Sprint store for future visits. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. - Francis R.

This is hands down the best Sprint store (soon to be T-Mobile store, I guess)! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Yesterday, I went in to get information on switching phones and associated accessories. Ricardo was so informative and patient with all my questions. It should be noted, this store does repairs on site and has very knowledgeable technicians.

I usually come in and deal with Mercy, she always does amazing! Someone was shadowing her and Ricardo did a great job assisting. I also came in with a billing issue that customer care didn’t resolve and the district manager was in the store and was able to take my information down and help me. Great customer service and super attentive.

I Had the worst experience in this store. I was charged for items that I didnt buy. They told me that was a gift for changing from Verizon and after they put it in my account. They didnt change my plan as requested I had to come back to the store 2 weeks after. Basically a lot of problems plus all the phone calls

Last time I took my phone to fixed they returned to me without front camera and volume control inactives. And when I returned to fix it they asked me to pay again for repairs. Absolutely not a good place to fix your phone or any other services.

My strongly suggest to all Sprint customers and new people are trying to come to sprint mobile please do not get anything from this swindler company! go to T mobile or any other mobile company because I recently I got a line from sprint mobile and they added a Samsung Galaxy on my account and says you have financed with us a Samsung Galaxy while I didnt purchase or finance and they send $ 930 to collection service and now they never respond and whenever I go to the store they says we are unable to help you!

I am an Army disabled veteran who needed help with my assurance wireless phone I did not know how to use it. Tony was kind enough to help me and set it up for me. It is really hard to find someone kind nowdays, specially due to my condition. I was not in the store to purchase a product but to get help and found the right guy.

My experience at this location Miami shores was very polite and efficient. Despite the CovId-19 they were still able to attend me in such a professional matter since there was a bit of a wait outside, once I went in the store a manager Roberto offered water which was very kind of him! 🤩 As for the representative whom attended me was TRULY amazing ALDEN she took her time to explain all offers that were available, went through step by step regarding plans and payments and showed me all the fun and quirky stuff I can do via Sprint app! I’m glad she assisted me in purchasing my phone. GREAT JOB!!! Ohhh and they’re being very cautious with the sanitation by spaying Lysol everywhere lol 👍🏻👏🏻

Absolute favorite store!!!Whenever I come to this location, I am always treated with the utmost respect. From the store manager down to the technicians I have never had an issue with the staff. The staff as whole is very knowledgable of products and even advised us of what the best plan was for our needs.When I had to get my phone replaced, Woodley kept me abreast throughout the process. He would call me and let me know when my phone was to be expected and helped me make an appointment to cut down on wait time.Today I went with my mom because she had an issue with her phone and now they have tablets to sign you in; which is very convenient. The store is always clean and tidy. The is street parking as well as a parking lot in the back and a few spaces on the side (not street). If ever you have to wait for your phone, there are some eateries in the same plaza as well as a Starbucks.I have been to other locations in the past and their customer service sucks. That is honestly how I came across this location because of their hours and my need at that time. I havent looked back since.Keep that same energy guys!!
