Get there with my phone totally blocked. Ricardo was fast and helpful. I walk away 10 mins after with a big smile. My phone is very important and having a good store to go for any issues is a must for me.

I enjoyed my time at Metro PCS because of a certain employee named Coralie. I thank her for all that she has done for me and my mom. She helped get me the phones and other accessories we needed. She has made my experience at this Metro PCS amazing. I would return to this Metro PCS but only request the help of Coralie. She was easy to talk too and had alot of patience. I am very thankful for Coralie.

Coraline is an assest to Metro PCS, my father had gotten taken in by Assurance, afree service for low income folks. He wanted to keep port his original 305 # . The Assurance company made it impossible for him to call out. ( Seniors beware nothing is truly free ) well almost 4 hours of driving around in the pouring rain on Sunday - Coraline was able to reinstate my pops service and get his original phone # back Yeah 305! Coraline is a treasure. Patient, kind and knowledgeable .

I really hate this place I went with my husband to buy a cell phone their this morning I have never been humiliated so bad this two women that were there working they were so mad when they new I wasnot going to buy nothing else only the phone what a terrible customer service in no manners they almost call me stuped the way they address to me. After I bought the phone they both came out side the store watching me leave from the parking space and talking looking and me and laughing is frustrating people like this should not work with the public

The girl working here, I don’t know her name but she acts like the manager, unfortunately her customer service skills are not worthy of that kind of position let alone employee. She seems very uninterested to help you and acts like you are bothering her. Poor attitude and bad service. Will not go back here.
