I went into the Verizon store to get a SIM card. Nolan probed a little further and I explained I was a Verizon customer and was trying to put my brother (new to iPhones) on my plan but the phone had not come with a SIM card. He said he could provide that and if my brother came in with his information he could transfer the phone number to the iPhone, add it to my plan and install the SIM card and have us set to go. I just happened to see the Verizon store as I was trying to figure out where to buy the SIM card. It appeared out of nowhere and I thought this is a good sign. No pun intended. Nolan went out of his way to make this transition EXTREMELY smooth and we couldnt have been more appreciative. Thanks again, NOLAN!

I came into the Michigan City TCC Verizon store. The associate working was very busy. Nolan greeted me when I came in and informed me there were a few customers ahead of me. He was able to get to me in a reasonable amount of time and worked very quickly to fulfill my inquiries. Nolan provided excellent customer service and set me up with a Wifi hotspot. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.! Thank you sir!

While I have had some interesting problems arise with my Verizons service, I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I have received on multiple occasions. My sales rep, Nolan, has skillfully found solutions to each issue. He has always been professional and knwoledgable and gone to bat for us each time. I cant say enough good things about the customer service I receive.

Well, went in there few months back because I had heard of a good BYO phone deal. So I signed up with them (Verizon) and was told Id get a $300 card for the BYO offer in a few weeks as long as we have service for a set amt of time. They also sold me on a Verizon Visa. I was told Id get $10 off my monthly bill if I did and paid my bill with it, so sure I signed up. I told them my wife was a teacher and that qualified me for a $70/month unlimited plan so I signed up for that. It takes a couple billing cycles for that to go through I was told. Ok.So, about a month later I go back in a was interested in seeing what they had for new phones. Theyve got a deal going for a Samsung S20+, like $800 off or something...its a ridiculous priced phone honestly...$1100? Sure.....anyway, I asked the guy would this affect my $300 card I was supposed to get for the BYO phone deal. He checked and called someone who supposedly knew.....nope! Wont affect it. Alrighty then! So I bought the phone. I asked the guy when could I pay it off. Give it a couple months, they want to know youre with them awhile. Ok.So.....I go in a month or so later wondering why my teacher discount isnt showing yet. You have to sign up on their discount site. I did that already. Its not showing. SO I had to sign up again for that. And BTW, where is my BYO card? When is it supposed to come? Lemme check. Checks his system. You cant get the card. You didnt have the BYO on their system long enough. Huh?!? I checked with you before doing it! Sorry, you cant get the card. Lie No.1Also, Ive noticed when paying with the Visa Im not getting $10 off, its $6 and theres a limit of $120 max. No one mentioned that to me and Im not getting the ten I was told. Lie No.2And when can I pay off my phone? I was told it would be a few weeks of having it before I can. You can pay it off but youll pay the full price of the phone. What?!? No one ever mentioned to me that I cant pay off the discount price! (Its a 24 month payoff discount deal.) So I have to wait the entire 24 months to pay this off or Ill get hit the entire full price of the phone?!? No one EVER mentioned that to me!! We tell everyone that. Lie no.3 No, they never told me that or I would have NEVER EVER done the deal.So...to break this very deceptive deal down.....I never got the $300 promised by card for the BYO even though I was told yeah I could. Im not getting the Teacher discount. The Visa card discount was a lie. And now Im stuck in a 24 month contract due to not being able to pay off the phone early or Ill get slammed with the full cost of the phone-all very much unexplained by them.Moral of this story....avoid this place at all cost. They wont tell you the truth and you can expect a bunch of lies. Avoid.

Do not use this place. They lie to you. They are only an authorized dealer they are not Verizon. So when you want a problem fixed like their lies they can’t fix the problem. The salesman put three phones under my name and social without me being present. That is illegal. Sad part is now it’s my problem and hours of my life getting the police involved. The manager has no authority to do anything. Use ATT they are a block away and they are not con artists. I hope Verizon at least fires the person that out the three cell phones in my name. I have left messages for the manager and have not received a call back. I will update about the responses from Verizon!

Went in with a question about battery replacement for my phone. Got the answer I fully expected. I asked about deals on tablets, specifically IPads. Bearded salesman said deals are personalized and walked to the back. I was ready to drop serious $$$. Lost commission for sure.
