Good service nice people to get answers
They sell over priced phones where after a month of using hotspot to another device the service stops working properly I have had several phones I bought from them wich did this in the last year.They failed to put me in a new phone and tried to put me in a phone at a cheaper cost but had to change my number wich I did not want to change because of having to notify everyone of a new number and I would have had to go back to phone I disliked.Never go back to metro PCs again.
I never got a survey but I said I would give you guys a 5 star review!Thanks Jake & Emily for helping my wife and I, its been several years *** since we have switched phones and they were able to get everything over, down to our wallpapers and work files.Took about a half hour total between both of our phones and thats including them setting everything up, switching our stuff and contacting Verizon to get our phone numbers switched!
***Review was originally for their other store***(Jake was awesome)A few days ago my husband and I came in looking to possibly switch from Sprint, we had Metro several years ago and the service was terrible but I heard it was better. He took the time to pull up the coverage map and show us detailed areas of our concerns. We actually ended up switching that day because we noticed there were tons of spots that Metro covered that Sprint didnt (including my job which was very irritating)He transferred all of our things over to our new Motos and we even kept our same numbers!The whole transaction from when we came in to when we left couldnt have been more than 25 minutes or so. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING THAT AN EASY SWITCH
Was looking for a good deal since boost mobile wanted to charge me over $200 to replace my phone, went to metro and Mark and Jake hooked me up with a brand new phone for under $100 and even helped switch all my info to my new phone. 100% recommend this place
Should be negative 1 star.... this company are crooks and they steal your device when you try to switch service to a better company. I bought my phone worth cash(not free) and its locked. When I called to ask why they said tough luck and that it. DO NOT EVER GO TO ANY METRO!! when their service doesnt work you have to wait 6 months to switch to a better company. Freaking criminals:(

Please just close down! Unprofessional girls standing around in there. Need to dust the phone and shelves off! The weird looking dude with the glasses. Will look dead in your face yet dont say hi or how may I help you! Next month I will go elsewhere. Service sucks now with all the new people.

Some of the employees/managers are rude and not professional. nancy has an unearned sense of self entitlement and pride and slams the phone down on customers. Not helpful at all.

This place is great. I dont understand all the bad reviews cause iv had nothing but great service from these girls. I love nancy, kat, and ashley. They answer all my questions and are great with selling.You may take nancy another way cause she is very blunt but thats what i love. Kat is very giggly and fun to talk with.Ashley is very sweet and knowledgeable.I love the new promotions they get every month. They just get better and better!!! I LOVE METRO ...

An unbelievable experience. 5/24/17 appx. 530pm. I walked in with my girlfriend to have some questions answered concerning her account. One lady (the one who helped us) had what appeared to be half of her lunch all over her shirt. The other one was video chatting with what I am assuming was her daughter. Talking real loud about getting her a princess something or another for her room. Wasnt eves dropping...... she was speaking loud enough for anyone in the store to here!! At one point the person helping us started talking to the other about the princess whatever the other one was buying her kid!!! Then.....the one on the phone begins yelling at her kid about food on the floor. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!? Done...my girlfriend is now with ATT. LMAO. THE WORST CELL PHONE STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN!!! Complelety unprofessional. More like ghetto fabulous!!!! Whoever is running that store needs to fire both of the hood rats that were working during this incident.

This place is Oz. I stood in line for at least 15 minutes in invisibility mode. There were two people behind the register, that seemed to be occupied on one customer. I only needed to ask a question..Where was my welcome to Metro PCS? Im right here! Finally; I said excuse me and delivered my question and left the gap in time span that this place obviously stood in.
Bought a new phone upgrade 2 hours later went to plug in phone wouldnt charge took back phone was told I have to be without a phone for up to 5 days cause it was broken from factory and some warranty they have to send it back and it takes 5 days besides that the girl that tried to help me was very polite
