Service was better before T-Mobile assumed Sprint. Nothing but dropped calls in areas that were fine before. Even with the latest phone my T-Mobile service stinks. I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER! #canyouhearmenow

Typically, I have not had the greatest of luck with T-Mobile itself but honestly could have been worse. That being said, I am currently not having any luck dealing with this location for T-Mobile at all.Dropped off a phone to be sent back. They worked with me to print the label and get it shipped out even though it sounds like it is self service and the device is to be sent back via UPS and Label. After approximately a week and a half, was told that they had lost the label for the device and a new one was printed out after the Store Manager stated he called in and printed it. After checking T-Mobile itself, they have no record of this manager doing that. Walked into the store, requested more info as to why the device has not been sent out and was told the label was replaced and the device was sent out. Here I am, approximately 3 and a half weeks later the device is STILL missing from T-Mobile and I am at square one and about to be charged for the device.Called into T-Mobile and requested to speak to a manager on 6/2 and was hung up on after being put on hold for almost 10 minutes.Honestly, I will never come back to T-Mobile. I have tried them in the past, gave them a second chance and now I will never go back. This is NOT how you treat a customer who was paying you for service that hardly worked in the areas that I needed it to work.I am at a loss here. I really am. I am an easy individual to work with and I just wanted to get a straight answer from someone as to what was going on so I would not get charged and made sure everyone and everything was covered.

This is a great location, very well run. Was a little nervous as a Sprint customer making some changes to my account while also migrating over to the T Mobile network but it went off without a hitch. Rick is the man, talk to him hes awesome and was a pleasure to work with as well as the other gentleman who helped me out here but was unable to capture his name. Thanks again though fellas much appreciated. Ill be back.

They will try to scam, rip off a customer in a fast minute! I agreed to $65 monthly, and patience been going as bills were as high as $80 monthly! Then, when billed me $90 upon a $65 agreement I left! Enjoying verizon less expense, more service, more rewards, less scamming cost

I would give them 5 stars if I could rate a single employee. I have been to this store 3 times. 2/3 was pretty disappointing. The guy I spoke with fed me lies (so I found out my final experience) so he could make a sale.My last experience was just Saturday, I spoke a guy about a promo and he informed me things about my contract that was very good for me. He did lose a sale bc of this but I believe establishing trust with your. Uatomers is the best sale you can get. As long as he is around, I will continue to use t-mobile.

Went to this store yesterday to upgrade my son’s phone. I was told it would be $13 additional per month to OWN the phone after trading in his iPhone 8 for $415. The store could not print out my receipt so I may go over it. Instead they emailed it to me. I was not able to pull up the receipt on my phone while in the store because the servers were too busy. Today I find they put me on JUMP lease and I was only given $80 for my son’s phone and I have to pay $30 a month. I called the store manager when the store opened today at 10am he said he would fix it. Called again at 1:30p, 2:15p, and finally at 2:45pm someone answered and got the manager again. He said it had been extremely busy and he hadn’t had a chance to take care of their mistake yet but not to worry because he was there until 6PM when the store closed. He said he would give me a call back today after he fixed it. I called from 5:30pm - 6:00pm with no answer from the store, since he has not called me back. I am now calling tmobile customer service because I feel lied to. I have been a T-Mobile customer for 13 years now. I will never ever buy anything from this store again.

I agree with the last review. I was lied to twice from this store. They dont care at all about others time. The employee there made us a offer on a new phone and new line that they didnt honor when we arrived. I must have at least 10 -12 hours trying to get new phones. In addition they gave my son the wrong phone and called us asking to bring it back and said they would give him a free case for returning it. We literally had already made 4 trips to this store. So now we had to drive another 40 minutes there 40 minutes back to return the phone. He also told us if we didnt return it in 14 days he will charge are account for a more expensive phone even though it was his mistake. My son gets there and they dont give him his case they said they could only give half off. I tell you the problem the store manager is high on marijuana ... The whole store reeks of pot. Maybe if he didnt smoke pot while working he wouldnt make so many mistakes...

Just recently went into the T-Mobile on 6/20, and there is so much good that became of my business. I live out of state as my mother does, so trying to get on her plan I thought was going to be hard. I was welcomed by Antwone and he helped make the process of switching so easy. I wont go into all the deatils but he truly has a heart of gold and helped my mom and I stay connected. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for being such a good person and helping us both in a time of need. Not only did I leave a happy customer but I will be sending my friends your way. Keep up the superior work!!! 💜

Having the same ongoing problem for 3 weeks now. Went into the store and the sales rep refused to help, he would not call in and verify my identity so I could speak with them about my account. This type of customer service is exactly why I went to Verizon. I got two phones they wont unlock because they havent updated my last payment in the account from March of 2017! I wouldnt recommend tmobile to anyone. Terrible service, terrible customer support, terrible company.
