You cant close your pharmacy down for FOUR DAYS with NO back up plan for customers to get their prescriptions and expect to keep your customers!

Okay some things are price the other things are reasonable but theyve had a big change on the Red Bull that they normally would havent started the 20 oz cans now they only have little tiny cans because of saying that theres a strike on the big hands I dont know what that the true thing or not but I seem to check them it seems that way had a few of the other stores around the neighborhood

This pharmacy has single handedly set me to avoid all Walgreens stores. 1 person works the pharmacy, closes it during the mid day for lunch for 45 minutes and alternating counter and drive through customers. If you have nothing to do but wait for your or your families prescription, then this is the place for you. If you value convenience, and quick, accurate service then avoid this pharmacy.

Would give zero or negative stars if I could. Worst pharmacy ever. Staff are terrible, rude, clueless, unprofessional, and incompetent. Not to mention they all have god complexes. Pharmacists there have actually denied filling my scripts just because, and I quote “ I don’t agree with it “. Even after my doctor ok’d it. The website/app is even worse than they are. It’s always wrong and all I ever hear is, “ it must be a glitch “ like that phrase is part of the training they go through. Stay far away if you value good customer service and being treated with respect. They treat people like they’re a customer in a McDonald’s drive through. You’re better off at ANY other pharmacy.

The lead Kristina is very rude and gives horrible customer service. The older ladies at the check out are angels and give great customer service.

This is my go to spot.

I come here often. The pharmacy is great. They are closed from 1:30-2pm for lunch.They are quick to get my prescriptions. The ladies working the registers at the front are really nice. The store is clean and well stocked.

Waited in line at one register, and when it was my turn, the cashier called someone from the other line over in front of me. Not great customer service, but with CVS right across the street, Im not the one who lost out.

Ive been shopping at this store for years and never had a problem. Friendly staff.

Very friendly staff, a sharp contrast to nearly every other pharmacy I have been to. Also a clean store.

Very friendly but berea location is far better than any Walgreens from here to Connecticut.

Walked here as I do several times a week for cigarettes. They didnt have my brand today. Informed me they only get cigarettes delivered once a week and would not have them till possibly next week. I asked...dont you keep inventory of these things? After all Ive been coming here for years. No they dont eben put in their own orders...corporate does it. Seriously now Im going to have to walk an extra 20 min each time because someone at corporate cant do the job a simple computer program could?! Can you tell Im mad!!!
