Just love driving 25 minutes to look at changing my plan and buying new phones. Just to be told to call a number if I wanted to do it over the phone I would have called if I did I like doing this stuff in person. To me it seems they would rather sit at the desk play on there phone then help customers.

Im giving you guys a high 5!!!! My dad went to the store off of I240 and Penn yesterday and they were not helpful to my dad at all. We came here today and they were closing and still took care of my dad! They waited on us to get back from the bank and were so helpful. My father is 72 yrs old and cannot go without a phone. They had us ready to roll in 15 mins. He now has a phone thanks to these guys here. All his Verizon needs we will come to this location!!! Thank you!! Yall rock!!!

Spent over an hour on customer service to cancel my landline with Verizon they sent me to this Corp store where I went with a power of attorney as they said to do on the phone now they are making us drag my 91 yr old grandpa into the store to cancel a line won’t ever spend another dime of my money on Verizon and I’ll be sure to spread my opinion to others
I got my first grown up cellphone plan at this store in 2012. I have done business at other stores and was left disappointed due to either not having the model of phone I wanted, or they try to stack me with charges when youre trying to do something simple. The Midwest City store has always done me right and its where I go when I have a choice.

Odd little branch. Almost nowhere to sit. Definitely nowhere to sit when you are dealing with the associates. We set up appointment to come in and set up our company account. We show up, 3 people are assisting 1 person, we get pretty much ignored for 40 minutes, so we finally walked up and said Hey, we had a business appointment set up for 40 minutes ago..... After another 20 minutes or so they finally sent someone over to help us, and he informed us that they had no one on staff that day to handle business accounts. Then why did yall set it up to begin with and have us come in? I mean, it makes no sense to set up an appointment with a business when the person who handles the business accounts is on their day off!!! Regardless, the gentleman helped us, and he did try, but he was awfully lost. We ended being up there for over 3 hours, standing around the entire time and I HATE just standing around idly. If I NEVER do business with location again, it will be too soon.
Bad customer service treated me(customer) like criminal. I understand we have to follow covid policy but when couples walked in the store and only my husband allowed to enter that bulletin. I wanted to pick the phones for my daughters. They should be more smart about enforcement of this covid policy. Just like many restaurants allowed the entire family.

Poor customer service. Store clerk inside no customer not busy or helping anyone, could not make an appointment to see me had me call verizon who never answered the phone. Waited outside of verizon corporate store for 20 minutes.
Verizon has a tendency to tap you for small charges. Coverage is good. At this store the associated are good..Update 08/06/20: The coverage is bad now. Verizon claims it is their changeover to 5G.
Started visit with sales guy that was pretty new (you did good) but Melinda came to assist. She never gave us a full answer when we asked questions. We spent ALOT of money in there that day and couldn’t get her to answer how much our bill would be, pressured my husband to start a business account until told he didn’t have one. Was told she would call us back next day after she discussed with manager regarding business account and she never called back. She took the sale away from the young man we started with which is Wrong. We received an email telling us we did not have insurance on phones so we went back there to find our more about this. Again we had to deal with Melinda. She tried to sell us a policy that would have raised our bill another fifty bucks. We told her no and went to a different Verison office and was told that the insurance we had with our old phones is now covering our iPhone 11pros. She never told us. She was only in it for the sale. She was rude and pushy. And she never answered our question on how much our bill would be. We will never go there again because of her.
Great service from staff went to buy iPhone 11 and also was able to upgrade my service to unlimited data while lowering my monthly bill by about 10 dollars.Staff was knowledgeable and courteous.Oh if your a veteran don’t forget to get your military discount just remember to bring a copy of your DD214,they won’t except your military ID card.
I learned there are corporate owned and franchise locations. This is a franchise and their employees are great. One employee, Felicia, is a hoot❣ and very knowledgeable. I usually dislike phone stores because youre usually not for sure what youre leaving with but no problems here.
Went to the store to obtain new service, one rep who says I need an appt. After attempts to call for 72 hours and no answer, I came. Ima take my business elsewhere....one rep.. tho?!?!?
Clean store with a decent selection of devices. Customer service representatives are polite knowledgeable and not over pushy with their sales. My sales rep listened to my needs and wants and delivered them.

This store’s customer service is trash. They told us us if we spent a hundred dollars on ZAGG products we could come in to replace the product whenever we wanted to. They specifically told us we did not have to register anything. Now that we came in to get new phone covers they refuse to give us new ones. I will never work with such dishonest people again.

I havent had the best experience with Verizon. I went to the Corporate store (over byTown Center Drive in MWC) and the heavy set African American woman with no hair was extremely hateful and rude to me. She wouldnt even let me tell her what my husband was telling me, and when I left that store I felt about 2 inches tall.
Did not have a good experience today in the MWC store. Nobody greeted me when I walked into the store. Employee said she would be with me in a minute after standing for a long time and then another customer walked into the store and they were helped first. I sure pay lot of money a month to Verizon to not feel important when visiting your store. They didnt even act they cared if they made a sale so I left without upgrading my phone
Corporate scheduled an appointment for me to return a phone at this store, store did not allow me to return the phone and told me to take it to ups and they can help and everything I needed was on the outside of the box and that ups has to do it. Took the phone to ups and they said they cannot use the label on the box. Having to call corporate and ask them for help, this location did not want to help.
Our customer service rep was patient, thorough, gave us all the options, helped us pick the lowest price plan, and then called around to find a discount for us to get our phone glass fixed! Best customer service experience at a phone shop ever. Thank you Will!!!!
Other than having to stand outside for 40 minutes due to covid, while I watched 50% of the staff improperly wear their masks was pretty annoying. But, once I got inside, I was in and out.
Came in because my phone has been majorly glitching and I bought the insurance. They worked with me to get a replacement and had a great attitude. Best Verizon Ive worked with.

Great people n fantastic customer service
Had no isses switching to them, but when we decided to switch to T-mobile they were a huge pain. We went in to cancel and trade our phones back and they said that they couldnt do either of those things and we would have to call a number. Called the number and canceled and went in to trade the phones in like the guy on the phone said. Guy inside said that he couldnt do that since they canceles the account. What? Seriously? Never coming back.
The clerk greeted me right as I walked into door. Nice! I only had a few questions, and she took care of me very fast.
The staff are really helpful and take the time to,make sure youve get everything you need before you leave. The wait time is a little long because of this which caused my rating to drop one star to a solid 4 stars. Be prepared to wait if you dont get to the store before they open.
We switched from Sprint and our lady that was helping us was AWESOME! They made sure we got the best bang for our buck. The trade ins for our old phones was extremely generous and they told us we had so much credit we could just go pick out goodies in the store for free. We ended up with 3 phone cases, screen protectors, and two awesome Bluetooth speakers that were $150 each for free!! Only boo boo was they had a computer error and my phone transfer got messed up so I have to go back when its fixed but its not a big deal. I never had good service from Sprint, ever. Thanks Verizon!
Worst customer service ever, waited 20 minutes and no one bothered to look up from their screens or phones.Edit: 12/26 and 12/27 I came in for help with my account. First night was a lost device, handed a pamphlet and told to go use the Verizon app, this was by the solutions manager.Second visit, came in begging for more help with the lost device and I was told again to go use the app, this time it was from the brunette who literally spent 30 seconds with me before moving on.Do not buy the protection plan thinking youll get same day service, its a mail order system and they will only 2 day mail it to you. Also, dont think youll actually get any help from anyone in this store after the sell is made. Ive never been let down so hard by a business. The management should definitely be replaced if this is their long term customer experience plan.Zac

I have had good luck with them in the past but have never had to do any work under warranty. I went into the store after taking the 30 min trip and asked them to help with my phone. They didnt even look at it. I told them its still under warranty and still they turned me away.I then called into customer service and explained the situation. They said that I should have been helped and that the issue should have been resolved. I had already made it back home since the hold time was long. Im not driving back to the store since they arent helpful but I will be more open to choosing another carrier next time I make an upgrade.

Dont buy anything theyre selling if you dont mind paying an arm and an a****** for phone service then Verizon is the way to go. But do not ever under any circumstance purchase any of their accessories. Especially zagg screen protectors . They claim to have a lifetime warranty you have to pay a minimum of $10 shipping to get a replacement. My Advice is to get on eBay and buy 10 of them for a dollar because it wont last a week anyhow . Oh! And if you are unfortunate enough to purchase a phone from them keep in mind that there is $30 fee to activate a line that is already being used . In other words $30 FOR ABSOLUTLY NOTHING!!!!.
I took my mom in to ask a few questions and maybe to switch her over from US Cellular since they hadnt been very good to her in the past 10 years she had been with them. She recieved a Droid as a gift from a friend and it was specifically a Verizon phone. We went in expecting it to cost around $100 for everything and maybe her having to sign a contract which she really didnt want to do. Once we got there we were helped immediately, they were super understanding and helpful giving her a amazing deal for unlimited talk, text, and 1GB of data, which she will hardly ever use since she upgraded from a flip phone! Ha! She was thrilled, she didnt have to sign a contract and with her montly payment and activation fee it was still cheaper than her usual monthly bill from US Cellular and she didnt have to pany ANYTHING in store .They transferred all of her contacts and she got to keep her original phone number. The staff was so helpful and happy, they answered all of our questions and were patient. Incredible service and we will be recommending them to anyone and everyone!
