Lisa listened, knew exactly what was going on, fixed it, and taught me how to fix it myself in case it happens again. Does anyone else have to call every month to complain about their bill not being the price we were promised? Or call every month to get the gift card you were promised for switching to AT&T?Just me, okay.Recently switched phones services and I’ve regretted ever since!! My phone bill is more expensive then before, I was promised the opposite!I’ve had wifi with them for going on 3 years now and it’s gone from $50/month to $80/month and I haven’t changed anything about my internet service.It’s to the point where I want to cancel everything with AT&T.Their customer service is okay… everyone has a great cheery voice, but they just give you the run around and transfer you around, put you on hold, just to fix one part of the whole messed up situation. Still making it to where I need to call another department to fix my other problems, like they haven’t already been transferring me around and couldn’t do it again. Then if you go to the store to try and get anything figured out they say you have to call, so I’m just back at square one.I am getting tired of fighting every month for something I was promised before I even switched.
Loved working with Ahmed, he was extremely helpful in explaining everything to me. I was super grateful for the time he spent helping me and his ability to break the billing down to make it easier to understand.

The lady who helped us was very good and worked with us to get the best deal. BUT, The manager was very loud, opinionated, called me a liar and argued with me. Extremely unprofessional and I wanted to walk out until he walked away. Poor poor management skills, loud and very rude!

Kevin did an excellent job of listening to our service needs. He understood the issue. He was knowledgeable and personable. He did everything within his power to satisfy our request. He informed us of several ways we could save money and left with two additional phone lines and are still saving money
The rep Ray that helped me was wonderful and very helpful, her manager pulled her away from helping me to help other customers and my issues never got resolved. I was at the store for over two hours and now I have to go back to try to get everything resolved. Its seems that the is poor leadership at this store and he only cares about more many people the help, not how well the help their customers. I have been with AT&T and Im now considering changing carriers based on this interaction.

I have a prepaid unlimited plan and have had for about a year. When I went in to the store to make payment the kiosk does not show my rate plan after entering my phone number. It has options to pay different amounts with no information in reference to what I am buying for $70. it appears that if you choose the options on the screen your rate plan then turns into a daily fee plan rather than keeping my prepaid unlimited plan. Im glad that was an employee there too correctly apply my payment. I would think the company is large as AT&t will be able to afford the cost to properly program the software for making a payment. Especially with covid-19 contact needs to be minimized not escalated due to a software problem.

Ahmed couldn’t have been any more helpful. My initial reason for going in the store was a simple sim card renewal. I left with my bill being lowered and a new accessories. He took his time and was genuine with his service he provided. I felt like we’ve known each other for years. Thanks again Ahmed! I strongly suggest requesting him on every visit.
The worst experience EVER!! If I could give negative numbers I would. The first person to help me went to check and see if the phone I wanted was in stock, he never returned. Then when I was about to leave the manager came over and talked to me assuring me I would be taken care of. He then placed his hand on my shoulder telling me I would get great service.GOLDEN RULE: NEVER EVER PLACE YOUR HANDS ON A CUSTOMER. THAT IS CoNSIDERED BATTERY.The next person to help me had no clue what she was doing! And wandered around looking lost before she ended up taking care of me. I ended up leaving frustrated and empty handed. I will never go back and will warn others.

The staff was nice at first, but then started giving us different information amongst coworkers and then asked me to get an ID for a certain SIM card, come to find out an hour later that I couldn’t enroll in the program because it was a holiday. The store then gave me my phone back without a SIM card and was not very helpful in getting that resolved so I have to come back after a long work day to get things resolved.
I went in with some issues(not due to the store, but the services) Micheal, the store manager & Raylisha were so helpful to get my issues resolved. They went above and beyond. They display customer service better then I have had in a while.
Very poor customer service the salesman is what I will call the gentleman had nothing but poor customer service and did not have a clue with what he was doing. We went in and got a AT&T RADIANT Max paid for everything as what was told to us. First off we were having issues making phone calls so the manager got that fixed this was for a 40$ plan. we were able to make the phone calls we needed when the manager fixed it. Come to find out the money we paid wasn’t for a phone plan and the phone. Was just for the phone. We spent 140$ on a 75 dollar phone. The salesman not the manager gave us the phone back when the manager fixed it and told us we can set up on autopay online and pay the difference online for the 65$ Plan. Come to find out that was a lie. Do not come to this AT&T unless u want a bunch lies fed to you. Manager was more then helpful but I’m not very happy I had to come out another 65 dollars because your employee didn’t take the time to set up your 75$ phone correctly.
I had bought a new phone and it froze up on me and I brought it back to the store for tech. support and they were friendly and helpful by explaining that it can happen to anyone but the young lady got it fixed for me and I was able to start work my new job that night I was soooo thankful!!!! Great to have kind people take care of you when you are upset..
Jesse was amazing when I visited!!! He is the only reason I continue to come back to this store. The working environment when I walked into this store today was horrific! I can not believe the store was open. It smells like a zoo cage that had not been cleaned in a week.How can employees work in such an environment? I did not last 10 minutes. Well another day without a phone. Signed up over two months ago and still have not had a working phone. Signed up with the promise of a free one then was told I had to pay 600 or could wait till 5-21 for a free phone upgrade.I get a different story with every sales repIt is almost like if you want high blood pressure call AT&TIf you want cancer go and wait in the store on sooner and breathe in the sewer line for hours while waitingAT&T doesn’t care who they abuse

DO NOT BUY YOUR PHONE OR INSURANCE THROUGH AT&T. GO TO BEST BUY AND GET GEEK SQUAD! I spent two days trying to get my screen fixed that Ive been paying $15/month in insurance for. It promised same day repair in their store, $29 deductible for cracked screens. I went to the store 3 times, had to call the insurance people 3 times, and at&t corporate once. My phone was NEVER supported by the insurance Ive been paying for 8 months!!!!!! They stole $240 of my dollars because my husband has the same phone! I asked both at&t and the insurance people for a credit since I was never going to be covered and they said sorry but no. They said they could replace the phone for a much higher deductible or I can send my phone through the mail and be without a phone and/or have it get lost and be on the hook for what I still owe on it.
Came in just before closing and the store manager and Terry Walker were simply amazing and very helpful cant say enough good things about my experience and switching from Verizon over to AT&T was the best thing I have done
Manager is AWFUL at this location. He wasted my time and was not helpful in the slightest. You’re better off going to the 240 location because at least the service is quality there. I would not recommend!

Kevin Sullivan is the man!I decided to upgrade to the Galaxy S20, and set an appointment. As soon as I walk in there is Kevin, Welcome to At&t, do you have an appointment?Long story short, this Hero of a man made me feel welcomed, and excited about the experience. He fixed a contacts issue i was having on my old phone in just seconds, and setup my new phone faster than I believed possible. Before I knew it I was walking out completely happy and with this feeling of total confidence that I chose the right device.This man was extremely professional and knowledgeable, he even helped my wife figure out a few settings on her apple 12 mini!
The representative that assisted was unprofessional an wasted our time. We were informed that there were only 2 phones available for purchase an the rest was sold out. This was after the representative went back to check on the availability of the phones we were interested in. He went to the back 3 times. He only had 2 phones in the store but had to check 3 times?We were treated rudely and an hour of time wasted. We simply wanted to purchase 2 phones.This ranks as the absolute worst service, I have ever received in my life !!We drove to the DeL City location and they were extremely nice an helpful. They also had all phones in store available for purchase.

Well, if you want to waste 30 minutes of your time, this is the place to do it! The manager was sharp, rude, unwilling to help, and lazy.I’ve been an AT&T wireless customer for a decade+ and have AT&T Fiber internet. The Store off i240 is MUCH better than here.Some people need some Chick Fil A manners & service quality. Do better.

The team at the store was great. I was in a panic because my phone was stolen. All my info for debit and credit cards along with bank info was on the phone. They helped me with purchasing a new phone, filing a claim on the old phone and helping with discounts to help lower my phone bill overall.I was more confident about steps that needed to be taken because of the stolen phone with their assistance in handling the crisis. Rayline, not sure if that is her name, but she was very friendly and very helpful. She even reminded me to breathe.....

Yall made a huge mistake leaving millions of Americans behind when you announced your plans to go 100% fiber, without expanding coverage in rural/low income communities. How do you honestly live with yourselves overcharging loyal consumers outrageous prices for outdated DSL internet and forcing them to bundle services to save? Please rethink your strategy before people ditch your company for alternatives.
Ordered a phone online. Was told it was an new line not an upgrade. So I canceled and reordered only to be told the same thing. Called 611 and they said it wasnt a new line that it was an upgrade for my number. Going to be shopping around for new phone service because of this store. Absolutely the worst service possible

If I could give zero stars I would. If you dont plan on adding buying hundreds of dollars worth of accessories or adding new lines like they try to sell you, dont waste your time here. The staff only cares about making money off its customers. I walked in wanting to upgrade my phone and the staff was just in the corner gossiping loud enough for everyone to hear and I waited for someone to help me but instead, they decided to stand around and gossip about work. This is the worst ATT store Ive been to. The staff is horrible and very clicky. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

This is the second phone that Ive bought at this AT&T store and the second time that Ive been assisted by Becca. Both times she has been absolutely outstanding! She seems highly knowledgeable about the phones, the plans, and any other information regarding my AT&T account. Shes very straight up with her customers and she isnt just there to try and make a quick sale. Hopefully I dont need a new phone any time soon, but if I do, I definitely feel comfortable coming back here!

We went in two weeks ago to check on opening a business account with multiple lines. We did not open an account but now we’re receiving bills for an account and phone we don’t have. I wasn’t sure an att store could be worse than the one in del city, boy did they prove me wrong!

Want to thank Eddie and Vonte for taking care of a problem with a blacklisted phone that multiple AT&T support & loyalty department personnel claimed was resolved but never was. The original phone ordered was lost in transit and later delivered but not before a replacement phone had been ordered, then cancelled. By then, the original phone had been blacklisted. I spent 40+ hours over 9 days & spoke with multiple support & customer loyalty personnel but none were able to fix the problem. Eddie & Vonte listened, researched the issue & went above & beyond to find a solution. They were able to do in a few minutes what many others tried & failed to do. I left the store with a successful upgrade & a new phone. Can’t thank them & everyone else in the store that’s been super helpful enough!
January 25th and January 29th from 8am to 4pm, i had appointment for installation new internet for my new store. But they didnt show up which wasted my hours.
The people at this store are just plain rude. They may be a corporate store but l refuse to go in there again. They used to be good with customer service but they no longer are. Dont go into this location if you can help it.
