This company do not keep their word. I made an appointment with this company on a Tuesday morning to repair a refrigerator for me they said they would come repair the refrigerator for me on Friday morning I called them that Friday morning to get a time they would not give me a time frame so I waited all Friday for them to come by they never called and they did not show up. Very bad business for a company to not call and follow up with a customer!!

They have been my go to ever since I bought my washer & dryer from them. I have called them to service several jobs over the years. Appreciate him so much.

So unprofessional from the first contact to the last. They dont give you a time that they will out.Not even a time frame. Then when they final do show up well after 12. No call to tell uou that tgey are on their way. You have a house full of people they say they knocked you receive a call at 1:11, @ 1:14 they tell you their in millegeville. Mr. Durden use to be a reliable professional. However, his staff has dragged his business down. Calling them is a waste of time.
