I bought a fridge and the ice maker didnt work. After months of having it checked, rechecked and finally replacing the entire refrigerator I have ice again. I am very pleased with the way David and Sean handled the situation. It was very frustrating for us all and I believe they handled it with grace and they were always courteous and kind to me even when I got agitated with the whole situation. I would definitely do business with them again.

Made an appointment for 9am when they opened. They got me in & out in 30 minutes and fixed an issue I was having for months with my radio in my car that the Honda dealership couldn’t even fix. And they only charged me to get it looked at so it was super affordable. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

I’m so glad I found World WiFi Video & Appliance in Milledgeville GA! I was in search of a new refrigerator and found it. Customer service was awesome! When I walked into the store I was immediately met with salesperson and was shown their inventory. Once I spotted the GE side-by-side, black stainless that I wanted for a very low price (compared to Lowe’s), the owner approached and said they would be able to deliver the next day. Which was another plus! I ask about warranty and the owner stated there was a 1-year manufacturer warranty and if something went wrong, I was to contact him and he would handle contacting GE to get repaired. So far the refrigerator and ice maker are working great.They did indeed deliver the next morning and took away my old refrigerator, all for $75. The nice men who delivered were very professional and fast. I will definitely keep this company in mind the next time I need an appliance. The owner stated he’s been in business for 30 years.

If youre shopping for anything this store sells you should shop here first! Youll be so happy you did. Friendly, knowledgeable and very competitive pricing. Delivery/installers guys are excellent. This store represents the type of business that the big box stores have destroyed in many communities. We are blessed with having them in our neighborhood!

Return policy was not disclosed with me before installation. That may be failure on my behalf for not asking or just not seeing it posted in the store. I let them talk me into a system was far more than I came in asking for and now Im stuck with trying to sell it just to get back some of my money because they cannot take it back despite it being practically brand new. I can understand not getting my money back for the installation fee but to not take back and refund the product is a terrible way to handle this. I will never go back to this place nor do I recommend them unless you know exactly what you want and know youre gonna keep it. Otherwise, the employees were knowledgeable and friendly and they had some pretty cool stuff in there.

Call ahead of time. Showed up and he agreed upon time. Waited at the counter for 15 minutes and no one ever came out to help me. Could see and hear them all goofing off in the garage. Extremely unprofessional. I will be glad to spend my money elsewhere
