It was such a lovely experience getting my eyes checked out. Every staff member was so pleasant and nice. Things were quick and orderly. The manager had all of my insurance stuff ready and was very clear on the price of all the services and products I wanted. There was a high level of transparency and education. The tech and the doctor both discussed every test and my results right at point of care. I knew exactly how much everything was going to cost. It was also nice that there was a fair selection of designer glasses. I was able to get a cute pair of Coach frames, and it when I expressed interest in Kate Spade they said their office is currently working on getting them. I was just going in for a basic script so I could buy my glasses online, but Im happy I went in, and Im so excited to get my glasses in two weeks. Another plus- everything was clean and distanced. I felt like they took precautions seriously.

Horrible experience. I called as a courtesy that I was running 3 to 4 minutes eta after the appointment and they say no dont came in. I am 35 minutes away, then they say came in. By then is 5 minutes after my appointment since lost a few minutes with phone call. Got there and they tell me they cant take me because they took another customer and after that the Dr is going for lunch. I dont care but why are you making me drive 35 minutes one way when I called you? Never back or any of my kids to this place. And making sure to share my experience to everyone. I still cant believe it.

Always be been a good place . But tonight I came in, lady behind counter about a mask . There is not a mandate. She asked if I had a mask in car. I said no. She treated me like a scumbag . They didnt even have masks to offer. at the door!. Geez people! Rude,uncalled for. Wont be back

I ordered my glasses June 2. They were not made correctly. Went back and was told 7-10 days for my new glasses. It is now almost one month and I have been given nothing but excuses about the delay. I will be reporting them to the BBB asap.

Go elsewhere. They will schedule an appointment, let you drive 2.5 hours to the appointment, and then inform you that they canceled your confirmed appointment without and notice. Wasting your entire day off. Can’t speak on the quality of service.

This is the best place EVER!!!. first off no one has ever been able to give me a glacoma test. Well the girl who did the test got it I was shocked !!! She helped me find my frames I love this place highly recommend!!! Got my glasses and they fit great and look great I love them!!!

This location is great! In the past, Ive had issues with what I would call quick-service eye care facilities. This is not quick-service in any way. The doctor is super friendly, knowledgeable, and pretty down to earth. My visit took less than hour and I liked that I was able to opt out of extra services. The office staff was great, too! After my appointment with the doctor, the optical staff had about 25 pairs of lenses picked out for me! They were super, super friendly and my new glasses were ready within a week. Definitely check them out!

Although I ended up waiting for my appointment it was not too long. I saw Nicole Sidock, the optometrist, for the first time, she was nice and friendly. I specifically asked if I could buy any amount of contacts and she said yes. I purchased a pair of glasses and went to order the contacts and she told the girl helping me that I could only purchase one box of contacts for each eye. Essentially calling me a liar since that is not what she told me. I took my prescription after trying for well over an hour to let me purchase more and went home and called 1800 contacts. I purchased the number of boxes I had wanted and then received a phone call from All About Eyes stating that they would sell me what I had originally asked for if I cancelled the order I had already placed. I certainly was not going to give them my business after sitting there for well over an hour. I have not lived in the quad cities very long however, it is a repeating pattern of businesses playing games. I certainly hope that I will no longer need their services. Very disappointed in the game playing. This has been my experience since moving here a few years ago from Chicago, my hometown. I really do not appreciate the game playing and making me stay there well over an hour. I made it very clear I was not comfortable being in public places since covid-19. The bottom line is always money and they were very disappointed that they missed it on a substantial sale.

I visited All About Eyes with a script from another establishment ( whom I thought was too pricey) and to my surprise, Sam was able to get me a pair of glasses & a years worth of contacts for what the other place quoted me for just my lenses! Very impressed! Not only that, she informed me they price match contacts from competitors! Sam was very helpful from the moment I walked in the the door. She even helped pick out frames for me 😊 PLUS, I was there on a Thursday afternoon, my contacts were there Monday morning, now thats fast! Yesterday was my first time visiting All About Eyes. It was my first eye exam after 2, almost 3 years of regularly visiting Eye Surgeons. I read reviews on All About Eyes, and when I called to schedule my appointment the woman who answered the phone was so friendly and laid back, I actually looked forward to getting in.The facility is nice, clean, bright, open, and modern. Every single person that I spent time with there was so down to earth and helpful. I was able to ask questions, I was comfortable, and my overall experience was excellent!I have told everyone I know who wears glasses or contacts that they should switch to All About Eyes, I was SO impressed!Even though my insurance coverage is good, I thought the total amount I would have spent without insurance was extremely affordable. I had several exams, a fitting, and I ordered designer frames. The only trouble I had there was picking just one pair of frames. They have an excellent selection.I will definitely be back for some sunglasses, and any future eye exams, etc.

This is my 3rd experience with All About Eyes, and I have to say that after each experience I am left completely impressed. The Doctor is very knowledgeable, and always answers my questions. The staff have worked with me so well, and have always left a good impression on me. The glasses are affordable and I have never had a bad pair after 3 visits now. I am thankful for Ambryn specifically, who worked with me on my newest pair of glasses. She made sure all of my needs were met and had a wonderful attitude the entire time. Ive been going to this particular store for about 4 years and have consistently had wonderful experiences. The staff is always courteous, greets you promptly when you enter the door, assists with picking out glasses (if needed, they dont hover), and are just all around pleasant. The prices are very reasonable and they will do everything possible to make sure you understand your insurance benefits and if you have no insurance benefits, they do their best to point out any specials or ways to save. I feel like the doctor remembers me from year to year and she never rushes you out of the office. She takes the time to answer any questions and gives you all options. Oh, and the selection of glasses is amazing!

First time in this store and I’ll be a return customer. I came in with an outside prescription just looking for frames. They had a wide selection. Chelsea explained the layout of the frames in the store and then let me alone while I took my time and browsed. I really appreciated that because I like to be leisurely and try on a lot. She checked in with me regularly and was there for me when I picked out the frames I wanted. She was very thorough in explaining all my lense options and while taking all the measurements. A very positive experience.

I switched to All about Eyes from Eye surgeons associates. Courtney helped me from start to finish and she has been awesome!! I called to order contacts today ( i am out and totally forgot) and she offered me to come and get a trail paid until mine came in. She is super helpful when i mentioned i needed to come get glasses still but didnt want to come alone she said she could help me pick them out too ! AWESOME! AWESOME experience!!!!!

We have to order through here as the John Deere Insurance will only cover from this outrageously expensive store. My husband, daughter and myself all get glasses. The exam is OK, and the staff will put on the fake smile for you, and pretend to be all about you. However, dont get into a situation where you need a replacement... I had my glasses a week. (July 27, 2016) took them in because they were already bending at the sides. I talked to the MANAGER, who said it was a default in the frame, and she didnt have them there, so had to order them. A WEEK... So I wait... today September 7, 2016; I called to check on these frames.. ONLY to be told, they are a premium frame. so there are none in the store and the no longer sell them... Ruff luck basically.. Im stuck with broken frames.. that broke the week after I received them., told the manager, and was assured to get them fixed.. NOPE.. not the case.. Save your money and go someplace less expensive.. because this company may care about getting that money for your eye exam and glasses, but unless you pay MORE, they do not care about customer service or if you can SEE with those glasses. we will be getting our eye prescriptions and going someplace else. AND writing a letter to the Deere company, and union...

Went back again for another appointment and experience was just a good as previously noted. Everyone was friendly and i was in and out quickly._____________________________________Great service with friendly staff. They were very patient as I took a long time to pick new glasses. Additionally, the doctor told me she was able to check out my eyes without dilation (because I have large pupils) which was nice because I think many places would dilate me anyway just to get the extra money.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. They worked well together as a team to get Customers taken care of as quickly as possible. The Doctor took all the time he needed and did not rush anything. Glad I stopped in!

I had an exam elsewhere and wasnt fond of their glasses and lack of interest to assist me. I bounced around and came across All About Eyes by SouthPark Mall on an accident. I was instantly greeted by Courtney when I walked in the store. She then helped me (currently didnt wear glasses) find two pair of glasses. My intentions were to only go in and look around and have my wife come help decide on glasses if I found anything I liked. With Courtneys help and sending photos to my wife via the phone, we were able to decide on two pair and took care of everything that evening. Very nice people in this place. They are not pushy at all, yet make sure you know they are there for any questions you may have. Thanks for making it easy!

I was looking to get contacts for the first time. The Eye Exam was good . Doctor had a smile on her face throughout the exam. She took her to explain and answer all my questions. Lyndsey was very patient with me while I was trying my contacts. I will be getting glasses from here next week.

I went for an eye exam and new glasses. Alaura was very knowledgeable of glasses she helped me find the perfect pair for me. There was one pair that they didnt have in the original color that I had originally looked at. They searched all over for them. They did bring over another color in the same pair that I ended up liking better than my original color. I had an appointment at 4 and was taken back at 3:55 to get started which I love because I am always early and I needed to get home to my dogs. I was in and out within 40 minutes! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I feel its no longer a chore to get my eyes examined but a nice experience.

I was surprised by the large selection of eyewear, and the staff provided me with great information regarding lenses and pricing. I also felt they gave me honest feedback while trying on frames. I ordered two pair of eyeglasses on a Thursday and they were ready for pickup 5 days later. I was very impressed!

No reply regarding a legitimate concern. A letter was mailed to a corporate representative, and to the local office, regarding a matter of informed consent for a procedure, as well as a perceptual manipulation of informed consent. No reply was received from the company nor the local store. Upon vocalizing this concern with a colleague, they too report a concern regarding similar behaviors at this location. One would expect a reply regarding such a matter. I will await a reply. I will edit this reply when that occurs. UPDATE: While there is the notation below, about calling them, I still have not received any contract that has been initiated by them. The original letter was sent on or about 10/1/17. If they reply, I will again update this review.

My husband and I have not had an eye exam for many years. We had our appointment and the staff was very friendly and the doctor was extremely patient and explained every detail to us. I was overwhelmed with the frame selection and Kyle did his very best to help me find what I wanted. Everyone was great! I called the next day to make sure we were getting no line bifocals since I was very focused on frames and forgot to ask. Kyle let me know that, yes, thats what we were getting and he made sure we were taken care of. I was also able to add the anti-glare that we turned down originally. We havent received our glasses yet, but so far, we had a very good experience. Thank you!

Well I was a little nervous at first because Doctors Offices can be very Scary. You know all those weird devices but then I have seen stranger things free with my Breakfast Cereal. But Doctor Sidock was very gentle with my eye. She even was gentle with the other eye as well. Never mind the fact that I was in a chair in a dark room with lights being flashed at me. In the end I got the prescription that I needed and a diagnosis. I wanted to stay longer but when they suggested they might call the police I knew it was time to leave.To be quite Honest I wouldnt trust my eyes with anyone else period.Absolutely some of the best most fantastic people in the entire city of Moline!And they really are All about Eyes. I know because I asked them about my feet and they told me no, ONLY EYES!!

Expected 5-7 days wait on my glasses and they sent me a text and email two days later that they were ready. I have been a patient of Dr. Nicole Sidock’s for years and have consistently received phenomenal customer service! Last year my insurance carrier changed (due to a new job) so I went to a different doctor in the QC that accepted my carrier and I have to say overall I was very disappointed. Since then I have changed my insurance carrier specifically to make sure I am covered when I see Dr. Sidock. Today I had the pleasure of also being assisted by her employee Sam. From start to finish of my appointment I felt very welcome, was given many options to fit my need, and received exceptional customer service from Sam. I will forever be a loyal patient of Dr. Sidock and her amazing team!

I love the Moline All About Eyes. Ive been going there since around 2012 I believe, and Dr. Sidlock has treated me like I was a 20 year customer. Even though Im bad at going to appointments regularly, she never forgets who I am when I do finally decide to get back in there for a new prescription. Shes always extremely nice and helpful that I really enjoy going to my appointments. All the staff has always been super helpful as well and went above and beyond to help me with letting me even try their glasses on to see the difference between certain coating options. Even after switching insurance and finding out my new insurance is technically out-of-network with All About Eyes, they explained why and I absolutely understood the reasoning behind it. Even after finding out that I would technically have to pay a little more money, I still go to Dr. Sidlock because I absolutely love my experience there.
