Dr. New was amazing and truly concerned for my health as I was. Both Ambers are amazing, again also genuinely concerned for the help of others. If its your time for a check-up or review of your eyes, I wouldnt hesitate to make the trip to Lens Crafters at Southpark Mall in Moline, Illinois.You guys are awesome! Thanks!!!

AMAZING experience!!! The dr was very knowledgeable and their equipment was up to date. The retail staff was AWESOME! Very helpful and friendly trying to recommend the best products without being pushy and overselling

Dr Tyson was absolutely amazing. He made for great experience for both me and my 5yo daughter (who is in fact not a fan of male doctors). He also kept me in the loop with all the information I needed to know, going into specific detail as to why, as well. Ten out of Ten would recommend. If you need glasses, I would look elsewhere as I spent over $500 on 2 pairs of my daughter glasses at 50%, too. Definitely would recommend coming for a normal exam though!

HATED the entrance (1st impression), This practice is located in a mall, Our appointment was prior to the mall opening so we had to wait at the door for someone from the practice to come get us. It was quite cold outside and uncomfortable to have to wait. Immediately put us in a bad mood making the staffs job of making us comfortable much harder. Gratefully they were all very good at their jobs and our experience was a very good one. Dr. Alexander and Amber especially were very helpful caring and knowledgeable.

Amber was excellent at her job. She has a perfect personality and you could tell she loved working with people. She made the experience very fun and efficient. Thanks Amber.

The soonest they could get me in was two weeks. I gave them my insurance card and they assured me they accept my insurance. 17 hours before my appointment, they called and told me the dont take it. They told me I could always just pay out of pocket. They waited TWO WEEKS to call!!! Are you kidding me?

Love this store and everyone there. Always a great experience! Even when I lost my vision insurance I refused to go anywhere else. Amber and Dr. New always make my visit fun!

I had the most informative visit here. I arrived kinda nervous but these are some of the nicest people I have ever met. They set me at ease right away. Amber was just as nice as she could be. She told me everything that was going to happen and it all worked out very nice. The doctor was very informative also and explained everything he was doing. Overall if you need an eye test or glasses this is the best place to go in my experience.

They are great. My dog ate my glasses They got me in on a Sunday of all days and got me set up with a free trial pair of contacts and Im coming back next week to get glasses. I just wish their frames were better priced. Over all very satisfied and I think the nicest Dr. Ive ever had!

Samantha was very helpful at the South park mall location in Moline and was SO nice! I also loved the Doctor i saw and appreciated that he took the time to answer my questions.

The eye doctor at this location was very friendly! The process of selecting glass was very easy and fast, but after spending $500 with them I asked for a free glass cleaner cloth. Melissa very rudely responded “ well we have them for sale!” I would think after just spending $500 with them they could give a cloth to me! Will never return to this Lens Crafters.

I have always gone to the place across the street. After being sick of the negative experiences over there, I decided to give this place a try.I couldn’t be more happy!! The staff was incredible. I was anxious due to not being great at knowing what looks decent, and they all jumped right in to help me out. Really put me at ease.Amber was the main person helping me and she was fantastic!! All I had to give her was “I need something that’ll look good on me.” After 2 tries she nailed it! Very informative and honest.Next time I need glasses, I’ll be coming back. Hopefully she’ll be there!

I had such a wonderful time coming to LensCrafters. The staff was very informative and friendly and the selection was unexpected. I decided to get the new blue light filtering lens so I had to wait for my glasses but it was well worth the few days extra it took. The team made getting my first pair of glasses a very easy process. Thank you!

Never get frames adjusted here. They adjusted mine and it looks like they took a sledge hammer to the lens. They dont take responsibility for damaged lenses and generously offered a discount for a ~$200 new high index lens. Gimme a break...

You know, I really liked going here, the staff and doctors were nice and helpful, usually. But I only just recently switched to a different provider through my employer, its Superior Vision. Now, Lenscrafters themselves told me they are in this network, and on Superiors website they are listed as such. The CATCH is - the only doctor listed and covered as in the network works primarily out of Joliet, Il. Also, the doctors office inside lenscrafters is not lenscrafters run, and apparently its Quad Cities Eye Care. So if THEY are not in your network, youll be paying out of pocket. I had appointments set up and everything for the day after tomorrow that I now have to cancel, since Amber @ lenscrafters let me know over the phone during a confirmation of appt call that their doctors were going to be out of my network, and that id have to submit a claim to be reimbursed. What a waste of time, could have told me this when i first inquired. Honestly its a bit shady, and sort of insurance scammy feeling. Were in your network.....technically. Yeah. double check. Would give LensCrafters (as a frame and lens store) a 4 star rating, but for this lack of clarity and odd practice, more like a 2. So.. overall it gets 3. If theyre in your network of course...

Beware of their insurance scam at this location. They told me the accepted my insurance when I made my appointment. When I got there they informed me that they do not accept my insurance BUT would I like to pay full price and keep my appointment. No thanks but thanks for wasting my time and trying to rob me.

Not very good customer service. Very gossipy employees. Not a comfortable place to be.

I have been a customer for 2 decades and will never be returning. Go anywhere else.
