Do not use the vision center in Moline the the eye exam was given by a store manager not an eye care professional and later when I went to put my new glasses on I couldnt see out of them and got quite into a little tiff explaining to them why I couldnt see as they argued back with me that I was wrong and they told me that was normal and to come back in a week even after insisting I couldnt see they insisted they werent going to help me until I came back after wearing them a week and after I came back and insisted I couldnt wear them and I wanted another eye exam and the prescription had to be changed a little bit when I received the new pair of glasses I still couldnt see out of them the lenses were curved not straight so it made everything seem slanted and extremely round I highly recommend do not wasting your time or your money there its awful !!!

DO NOT USE WALMART VISION CENTER.A little over a year ago my wife took the kids to get eye exams and glasses if needed. My son needed glasses. All was well until 3 months ago when I tried to get an exam and glasses, (My son and I share the same name). I was told that I couldnt. I found out that Walmart vision had charged my sons glasses to my insurance and the eye exam to his insurance. Im unable to use my insurance. And according to my insurance company. Walmart has yet to to send an appeal, so now I have to pay out of pocket. The manager really doesnt seem to care.DONT USE THIS PLACE

My children went to this optical center and they received great service from the doctor and its staff.

Great service every time I come in!! My appointment was at 3:30 I got here around 2:15ish-20ish and they attend me early 🤗 We’ll done Walmart eye vision center !!!

Called ahead out if respect, let them know we would be 5 min late and the lady on the phone her name us Jill and said as long as you are not more then 5 min.late or else he will have to reschedule her I said okay thank you, but i got here and there was a person ahead of me that wasnt even seen yet, and Jill said Ill see if the Doctor will still see her and I said well I hope.so I waited a month and a half for this appt. Others were decent but she gave me attitude and my daughter smiled at the lady to be nice and gave my daughter a dirty look. Had not had this happen before here so was a little disappointed.

The Staff do not have any Customer Service or basic people skills. They are rude and lazy and they appear to hate their jobs. The Dr. is awesome if you can get to see her. Dr 5 Stars and Staff negative 3 Stars.

So irresponsible. Waited a week for new pair of glasses and they give me without prescription so I have to wait another week.They suppose to check the glasses before they give to customer. The stuff look lazy and doesnt seem like they care for their job.

Doctor very rude and impatient.

The customer service is always a hit or miss. Irresponsibly scheduling people and having them wait. Trying to schedule me a week after my contact lenses came in for a lesson in putting them in and taking them out..... ? If it wasnt the cheapest place around to get a persctiption for contacts and lenses i wouldnt havr brought my money here.....

Scheduled a eye exam week and half before hand. Went in to my appt and they tell me Im not covered with my insurance complete waste of time!
